I'm pretty sure WWE got 4s when on Spike. Not to mention on Monday nights when they have football and some decent shows to contend with. 1.1 is low, I expect higher but we will see what happens from here.

according to Meltzer, TNA got a 1.0. So maybe it's even worse than thought.

eh, I say we let it all play out before we talk about ratings... I'm enjoying TNA, so I hope the ratings continue to rise.

Like I said before. Wrestling in general has it's certain fan base. WWE fans watch WWE, ECW fans watch ECW, TNA fans watch TNA, and then there are a few that watch it all. And for the last year, that's what the ratings have determined. WWE(RAW) has been in the 3.5 range, TNA 1.0 range, and ECW started in the low 2's, but that's because the hardcore ECW fans tuned in. Now the hardcore fans have left and the WWE fans that like the new ECW have stayed, and it's been around the 1.5 average for awhile now. It's not going to get any better, the boom is completely over, and now wrestling is back to what it was in the late 80's/early 90's. It's like watching the old WWE show on USA with Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan, then waiting for WCW Saturday night every week to see the other brand. You can tell by the reactions to certain angles by everyone. If this would have been mid 96 and Angle left to go to the other company, it would have made an impact(excuse the pun). If the James Gang jumped to the other company and did what they did the other night, it would have been considered OMG!!! It's on. This DX just introduced ten years ago, OMG they did that on tv?!!!! That is insane!! Now days, it's considered stupid, seen it, washed up, can't they do anything new? I just hope wrestling as a whole is around the rest of my life. I take passion in watching it and enjoy it for the most part. Maybe not what I did in the 90's, but it is the one programming I will watch over anything else and support when I talk about it, no matter how much people bash it.

Yeah I think its safe to say wrestling in some form or another will always be around for our lifetimes... and if it's not, I'll certainly be a sad camper.
