Idk, I just disagree. I don't hear people that don't like wrestling blaming Flair. It hasn't hurt the company to the point of losing money has it? Serious question. He's still a legend. He's an example of anyone that makes a **** ton of money and lives that life style. Not just wrestling.

I don't think it cost the WWE meaningful money, but when guys like that give you bad press, you don't know what it costs.
He is a legend, but his legend is being buried under 20 feet of ****.
Ric Flair doesn't have a bunch of money. That's his problem. He's whoring himself out for money because he's a real life mess, a total loser of a human being. He's not doing to be set financially in his later years, he's doing it so he has a place to sleep the next night. He's not more financially set than David Otunga is right now.
Which is why I have no pity nor need to see any more of him. He's a loser and his time has long since past. Shove him out of the business and let him finally deal with the **** life he has created for himself.Too Old To Game Club

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
News on the main event:
- While many backstage at SummerSlam believed that the work was fantastic, some took the "now we can tell a great story and when Bryan gets his revenge it will get him over even more" stance. Another portion took the "They should have let Bryan have his moment and it would have made him right there and he wouldn't have had to be made after a chase" position.
Several with the company also commented that the it made no sense for Bryan to being on the receiving end of a Pedigree, have all the time pass between then, and Randy Orton getting to the ring, ringing the bell and then get the pinfall, yet Bryan couldn't kick out. Few people also pointed out that it's ridiculous that a maneuver from a retired wrestler is so devastating that it outdid anything that John Cena did in the match.
- As noted earlier, John Cena is expected to take some time off to get his "baseball" sized elbow taken care of. Usually when Cena takes time off for an injury, he blows through the recovery and is back earlier then expected, but that may not be the case this time around. It's believed that Cena will actually take time off and let his body recover 100% this time around.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I really hate it that Flair is such good buddies with HHH.
I'm going to get real honest here, and a lot of people who grew up loving Flair are going to hate this, but **** it, here it goes.
I hate that man. I hate him with every fiber of my being. The guy is a two bit scam artist who doesn't know how to stay committed to a woman, much less to an organization. How many times has this bozo retired and then had to lace them up again because he doesn't know how to get his wives from hating him?
He has no place in such a high profile organization as the WWE. He barely belongs in TNA. The guy is a drug addict, he's a woman beater, he's a cheater, and he's a bull****ter. This guy has whored himself out so many times that I wonder why the WWE has any interest in bringing him back time after time.
Here's how it should go: The WWE should pay him however much money he needs to shut up, stop getting on TV, creating a scene, doing Skype interviews for money, and all his other bull**** and just let him rest in peace. I'm so sick of this glory whoring ******* and all I have wanted since I was 10 years old was for him to retire and ride off into the sunset, never to be heard from again.
The Wrestling business will be much better off without Ric Flair.Comment

RAW news:
- Rosa Mendes will not be part of Epico and Primo's new repackaged team, Los Matadores. Mascarita Dorado, who signed with WWE earlier this year, is penciled in to join the group at a later date.
On a related note, WWE recently trademarked "Torito" and "Torlito," which may be the new names for Epico and Primo.
- WWE told certain key people that some of the match finishes at SummerSlam would be changed last minute in order to prevent leaks. At the end of the night, none of the finishes were actually changed.
- Sin Cara commented on his dislocated fingers, writing on Twitter, "Pues gracias a dios q solo se dislocaron los dedos y ya nos volveremos aver arriba del ring ALBERTO DEL RÍO
This message translates to: "Well thank god for only dislocated fingers and as we ring back above over ALBERTO DEL RIO"
- John Cena wrote the following on his Twitter after last night's Raw, "I leave. Los Matadores arrive.....I say....even trade. Enjoy @WWEUniverse @TMZ @ESPN @SportsCenter"
- The individual that got the "Ryback treatment" on Monday's Raw episode was an independent wrestler named Christian Cole. Cole worked for Championship Wrestling from Hollywood in the past. Former CZW Champion Drake Younger was bullied this past Friday on SmackDown.
- The Facebook page for the Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA mentioned that Rey Mysterio has been added to this Friday's live event at the arena. As you can tell, there is currently no indication on whether he will be in action or just simply making a special appearance.
- The reason that Alberto Del Rio appeared to be angry after his bout with Sin Cara on Monday's Raw was because he wouldn't finish the match. As we noted earlier, there was backstage heat towards Sin Cara for this incident.
- The segment with CM Punk going off on the fan at ringside on Monday's Raw was not part of the script, and the fan wasn't a plant either. For whatever reason, the fan cause Punk to lose his cool.Comment

I'm really glad that fan caught Punk's attention for some reason, since that was the best mic work I've heard out of him in awhile.
I loved the absolute hell out of that segment.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Flair is far from rich, brother. He's in massive debt and needs to continue to whore himself out to help with the money he owes. I totally agree with OSUFan_88 and would love Fair to just go away. Here are a few articles:

That's odd that Punk just flipped **** on the random guy, but I loved it.
As for Epico/Primo's name, I'm going to be calling "Tortio" the name "Dorito" is he ever wears orange, or it's just going to be his new name. Their new gimmick so dumb, that it might be funny in that campy sorta way.NFL: Houston Texans / Carolina Panthers

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
- There has been talk within WWE about possibly dropping the "Hell in a Cell" pay-per-view event after this year. The match itself would stick around, but be used more as a gimmick match rather then an actual pay-per-view event. This topic has been brought up several times in the past.
Speaking of WWE pay-per-view changes, there is talk of having next year's SummerSlam event at Madison Square Garden in New York, which was where the first SummerSlam event was ever held. For the past five years, SummerSlam has been hosted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
- As noted earlier, Save Mart Center's Facebook page in Fresno, CA is advertising Rey Mysterio for tomorrow's live event. Mysterio has recently been added to Saturday's live event in San Diego, CA and Sunday's live event in Ontario, CA.Last edited by philliesfan136; 08-22-2013, 01:59 PM.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Hmm, I also read AJ Styles' contract ends in September. I'd love it if WWE picked him up.
Matt Morgan might end up back with the 'E as well at some point.
It's actually a great time for AJ to jump ship to WWE if he wants to. I doubt he would do much NXT work (maybe a few matches to being him up to speed) and then ship him to the main roster. The best part is because most know who he is, he can fit anywhere. Imagine him showing up as a Paul Heyman client against CM Punk. Or the "Corporation 2.0" brings him in as a counter to the similar style of Bryan. The Corp shows him off as a prefect example of future face of the company ("A" material if you will.)
Or have him come in as a face in a Bryan and/or Punk's former ROH buddy.
There's a ton WWE can do with AJ if he comes to WWE. "IF" is the main thing though.Comment
