This is what I meant but didn't really say very well, if Ziggler is in the midcard picture then he'll have less tv time, just a fact that those two belts can disappear for stretches.

If WWE would put him on television consistently with good storylines then I'm fine if he never wins another belt again, but with the WWE's writers that won't happen.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread

      - CM Punk commented on AJ Lee's RAW promo from last night and coined the phrase "pipebombshell." Punk tweeted:

"Okay, who's got this promo that @WWEAJLee cut on raw? I need to get eyes on it."

      "Yup. That's how it's done.

      #pipebombshell"

      - There's a feeling within Ring of Honor that The Briscoes will be returning although no time frame is known that their return is not official yet. They are not expected to sign with WWE but that could always change.

      - WWE has zero interest in any of the outgoing TNA talents right now. The feeling is that none of them bring anything to the table that WWE can't develop themselves with their own talents in NXT before bringing to the main roster.

      - CM Punk commented on the WWE Hall of Fame last night via Twitter, making a case for The Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage and the Poffo family to be inducted:

"Ultimate Warrior. Better be hall of fame bound. Savage too. All them Poffos."

      - WWE officials are reportedly very interested in bringing current New Japan Pro Wrestling star Prince Devitt, who may or may not be contracted to the promotion.

The story goes that Adrian Neville (the former Pac) was signed by WWE because William Regal brought a tape of Neville vs. Devitt to Triple H. This led to WWE going right after Pac.

The interest in Devitt continues. His name keeps coming up within WWE in regards to names who they would like to reach out to.

Ooo, Prince Devitt. I like it. He could team with Sheamus and have some Irish tag team or something.

Man, I'm really happy Triple H is looking for guys that aren't the "classic" look(like Vince does) and is looking for guys who can wrestle and what not. Triple H sees how wrestling is anymore and it's not about huge muscles or being 6' 7"+ tall.

I hope they can Devitt, I'm not sure about his mic skills but he would be a guy who could come in and have a major feud right away, maybe with Jericho at Wrestlemania.

I would love to see a Jr. division but I'm not sure if that will ever happen in the WWE but Nevile, Bourne, Kofie, Zayne, Sami Callihan, Seth Rollins, Samuray Del Sol (if he's actually signed), Graves, Bo Dallas, and I'm sure I'm forgetting people would make for a very deep division.

              - PWInsider reports that Matt Morgan has had talks with people in WWE but is nowhere close to signing a contract yet.

              - F4Wonline.com reports that there were a lot of people within WWE raving about AJ Lee's "pipe bombshell" promo on Monday's RAW. This was done for the continuation of season 1 of WWE's Total Divas show.

There were E! cameras filming an angle backstage, the promo by AJ and the reactions from other Divas. This will leak to AJ vs. one of the Total Divas at Night of Champions, also to be filmed for the E! show.

              - All signs point to Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards no longer being under contract to Ring of Honor. Both men are expected to be at the WWE Performance Center in September for another weekend-long talent evaluation camp.

              - Brock Lesnar is not expected back on WWE TV until late December or early January 2014, in time for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. At one point, WWE officials were looking at doing Lesnar vs. CM Punk at the Hell In a Cell pay-per-view but they have been backing away from those plans as of late.

So, could we have a Matt Morgan, Jack Swagger, and Cody Rhodes stable? As long as it starts with the letter S.

I'm expecting AJ/Natalya only because she's the only one who could say something that she wasn't some loser and wasn't interchangeable.

Also, I would love to see Eddie "Eddie Edwards" Edwards be in WWE. This upcoming Rumble is going to be loaded with top guys returning. Sheamus, Cena, Brock, possibly more, depending on injuries or just older guys returning for one time.

                  NOC/HIAC rumors:

                  - As noted, AJ Lee's pipebomb promo on RAW will lead to her defending the Divas Title against a cast member of Total Divas at Night of Champions. Speculation is that we may see a title change, which would be the "main event" of the final episode of the first season of Total Divas.

                  - Kane's return match against Bray Wyatt will likely take place at the WWE Hell In a Cell pay-per-view, possibly inside the Cell.

                  - Another match scheduled for Hell In a Cell is Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton. As of this week, the Bryan vs. Orton feud was scheduled to run through Night of Champions, Battleground and Hell In a Cell.

No word yet if they plan on putting the WWE Title back on Bryan at one of these pay-per-views but word from this week's TV tapings is that Orton is heavily written into the WWE Title picture until January at least.

Assuming this current angle is supposed to run into Mania, I don't see why they wouldn't just wait until then to crown him champ again. Unless of course they're going with something like 55's idea, which is to have a match against Triple H be the end game, in which case they'd probably give the belt back to Bryan around the Rumble, I'm guessing.

What is that 8 months to wait? Thats alotta time to keep people caring about a failing(to reclaim the belt for 8 months) Daniel Bryan. He would need to be sidetracked alot. Then you have John Cena making a return and you know they are gonna have him usurp this storyline by then.

This appears to be the only time I can remember, though, that WWE seems to have planned that long term.

I actually buy Bryan getting his WrestleMania Moment and finally, mercifully winning the title.

I think he'll lose a couple to Orton and win the Rumble. Possibly eliminating a returning Cena to do it.

If their plan is to have Bryan win the Rumble, I'd bet he is the first entrant, too. Just to give him that, as well.

That would be very possible. I can see Trips coming out to announce Bryan is the first entrant since you know, it's best for business. Bryan then proceeds to get beat up by the shield in the match and then eliminating all three of them.
That's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life.
