Its going down with the Storyline alot of us seen coming. Cena will get help from HHH and win the title. He will still be the smiling Cena and Kid/Women loving wrestler he is while not wanting any help from the faction, he will be cuddled by them. His refusal for help will eventually lead to him feuding with CM Punk or Daniel Bryan calling him a sell out!! BAM!!!

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread

WOW! This is becoming a serious issue. Wonder if any of these guys will jump ship to WWE or will HHH and company not bother with any of the wrestlers..

Regarding AJ Styles leaving TNA, it is not part of the storyline that they
began a few months ago. Things could change between now and December 16th but
Styles is indeed leaving TNA if they don’t.

Styles is currently taking independent bookings and word is that he’s asking
between $3,000 and $4,000 per appearance. It was noted that Styles’ scheduled
Q&A tour of the UK was pushed back due to a Diamond Dallas Page tour taking
place around the same time but another reason for the delay is that TNA’s
lawyers sent legal letters to the promoters to make sure they weren’t infringing
on anything TNA owns rights to.

The main problem between TNA and AJ is money. TNA simply would not give him
what he wanted. Now there’s a feeling within TNA, with so many contracts coming
up in the next year, that a lot of guys are going to end up singing deals for
less than they were previously making just to keep their jobs. The feeling is if
TNA wouldn’t give AJ Styles more money, then they probably won’t be giving any
        one else more money.

They've indicated that they're only interested in their former guys + Sting but I'm sure if someone like AJ or Bobby Roode is available for a fair price they wouldn't mind picking them up.
That's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life.

My guess is they'd lowball Styles and Roode and ship them to NXT.

The only guys worth going after would be:

              AJ Styles
              Bobby Roode
Samoa Joe (perfect Paul Heyman-guy candidate)

I really don't think they see a lot of money in Styles. And his age hurts. Sucks because I'd love to see him against the usual suspects in WWE.

Those TNA guys would be jobbed into oblivion in WWE. But at least they would be collecting a check.

They would be lucky to be signed at this point. Almost all of them had opportunities to join WWE when they were hot and turned them down. WWE doesnt forget stuff like that. Guys who have history with the company would be better welcomed though like Bubba Ray and Angle.

I agree. He's a less-charismatic version of Daniel Bryan. He'd still be a great guy to have on the roster to put over younger talent, and maybe eventually transition into a trainer role down the line.

Roode is the same age as Styles. They'd still have enough in the tank for a nice 3-4 year run. Roode is a guy I could see doing some business as a upper-card heel in WWE.

That was exactly my thinking, a very poor man's DB. And if his mic skills are still where they were when I watched him, that's just sad.

Roode is a top champion for a few months in WWE. He has a lot of what they look for.

They probably would. It's not like either of those guys are young, and they're probably both mid carders in wwe. I don't see how much they'd actually add.

WWE has guys that they can use from NXT that can do just as much or more than what AJ/Roode could do for WWE. I like Roode as whole, but AJ is just a good wrestler and has hardly any mic skills. Roode could work as an upper tier heel for a short while(hell, it would've been cool to see him as the "corporate" guy if he was in the WWE for a couple years.)
NFL: Houston Texans / Carolina Panthers
                            NBA: Indiana Pacers
                            MLB: Cleveland Indians
                            NCAA: Purdue Boilermakers
                            NASCAR: Ryan Newman

One day, Purdue Men's Basketball and Football will become relevant again.

Yeah, if Roode had joined WWE a few years ago, it'd be great. But he'll be 38 by the time his tna contact is up. I doubt anyone would invest time in him. They have other guys that can fill that roll (Ziggler, Rhodes, Sheamus, Christian, etc)

I'm sure those TNA guys wouldn't care if they were jobbing or on top, I bet knowing they have a steady paycheck would be ideal. I don't see WWE signing any TNA guy really outside of Sting/Hogan and that's more of just for the legend status.
