Plus it would have made sense for Brock to come back and "show Batista who the real animal is".
I was pissed off too that I seen that spoiler in here.

But, I don't see how we're having two part-timers screwing up Wrestlemania. The only part-timer involved as of right now is Brock Lesnar. The plan for Batista is that he's going to pretty much be full-time for 2-years and than officially retire.

Batista vs Brock Lesnar, IMO, wouldn't make sense anyways. Orton and Batista have a lot more history together.

Anybody who complained about The Rock coming back last year OR anybody who always promotes WWE pushing their current talent shouldn't be okay with Orton vs Batista for the title at WM30.

Also since I forgot to mention it before. Cena vs Wyatt as a Main Event...W....T....F.

-- While the plans are still currently set for Triple H to face CM Punk in a singles match at WrestleMania 30, creative has been discussing a Roman Reigns/HHH match as a "backup plan" in case plans for Punk need to change.

WWE has reportedly been considering a babyface turn and a major push for Reigns following next month's Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
Good guy Hunter, always making new talent.

I'd prefer a three-way for the US Title involving Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns though, Reigns coming out on top of course.

Am I the only one that doesn't mind that Mania has turned into a sort of "dream match" one-off feuds show?

Would it be cool to see the regulars get a chance to shine on that stage? Sure, and I get that. But I love irrationally marking out like a child, too, and if this year's Mania brings Sting/Goldberg/Batista there will be no shortage of those moments for me. And I will enjoy the hell out of it.

I don't mind them coming back, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoy it, but I also am thinking about 5/10 years down the road. They aren't putting very many people in position to do this sort of thing in the future. Take 2013, outside of D-Bryan, who got pushed enough to leave/retire only to come back and get the pop/nostalgia we see out of Batista/Trips/Rock...etc. Lot's of guys with lot's of talent and potential, not many got moments and many continue to lose moments to these guys.

I wouldn't mind it either but at the same time, I don't necessarily want WM to become a HS Reunion Show of sorts, if that makes sense. Like I don't want to have to be figuring out or look forward to seeing the next "past their prime, was the hottest thing going during their hey day" guy come back every WM.

                Boo to Sting.

And Lesnar Batista has to happen. The match would be so stiff it would make Bobby Lashley jealous. Im just waiting for Lesnar to challenge for the WWE Championship. Thats when he will be relevant to the program imo. The one offs have lost their luster.

The more elaborate rumoured WrestleMania plans:
According to a source we spoke with over the weekend, WWE is beginning to put together the WrestleMania 30 pay-per-view card. We saw a memo that was sent to several members of WWE's creative team within the past week that featured some of the top early matches that are being discussed.

As of this writing, Dave Batista vs. Randy Orton is being talked about to headline the event. According to the creative memo, Randy Orton is still WWE champion at the time.

As we've been reporting, John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt is penciled in but is NOT the main event of the show.

As far as The Undertaker is concerned, there are two scenarios. The current plan is to have him face Daniel Bryan with 'Taker playing the heel. The other scenario is for 'Taker to face Brock Lesnar but that all depends on whether they agree to face each other or not. We have confirmed that when 'Taker agreed to a match at WrestleMania 30 about a month ago, he specifically mentioned Daniel Bryan as a potential opponent. As of now, Daniel Bryan is the rumored opponent for The Undertaker. If they go with that plan, that leaves Brock Lesnar without an opponent. If they go the other way, Daniel Bryan is without an opponent.

As noted earlier, there has also been talk of Dolph Ziggler defeating Dean Ambrose for the U.S title heading into WrestleMania. If that were to happen, we'd likely see Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus for the U.S title at WrestleMania 30.

As we've been reporting, there are plans for Roman Reigns to get a huge push following the Royal Rumble pay-per-view next month. The current plan is to turn him babyface heading towards WrestleMania. According to the memo, Dean Ambrose and Damien Sandow (heels) vs. Roman Reigns & Big E. Langston (faces) is penciled in for WrestleMania 30. Langston is still being billed as Intercontinental Champion come WrestleMania 30.

A "Team Alpha" (faces) vs. "Team Bravo" (heels) match was also on the memo. Next to the match were the words "To Fill." All this means is that the teams are still undecided as of this writing.

There was no CM Punk or Divas match listed as these are the very early plans that are simply being talked about. While the rumor is for "The Game" to face CM Punk in a singles match, creative has been discussing a Roman Reigns/HHH match as a "backup plan" in case plans for Punk need to change. If they were to go with the "backup plan", the tag-team match involving Dean Ambrose and Damien Sandow vs. Roman Reigns & Big E. Langston would obviously need to be changed.

As always, plans can and always do change but according to a memo that was sent to most WWE creative team members within the past week, these are the current WrestleMania 30 plans. Stay tuned as we plan on posting a screenshot and more news on these matches in the coming days.

Curious as to why they would turn Taker heel if he were to face Bryan?

Turning heel and playing the heel are two different things. It'd probably be like how HBK was heelish at times during his run with Taker.

It's probably better off that way (Taker being... 'heel-ish' or at least somewhat of a 'tweener'.)

Bryan doesn't need a heel turn, that's stupid at this point in time. As proven by Cena/Rock, WWE can't book a face/face program to save their lives.

Just to be fair, that's not what Mill says in the OP. Totally a non-issue for me either way, but it's confusing when one says spoilers are fine and another comes much later and says no spoilers at all.

I don't think he means that its ok to just go ahead and post flat out spoilers like someone did.

Sometimes "dirt" can be spoilerish. But not directly being spoilers.

Not sure why anyone would want to post or read straight up spoilers in this thread when we have another thread just for that.
