Those Sting .gifs make me sad. He was in bad shape the last time I saw him but not that bad.

Still, he is in no worse shape than Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Vader, or Jake the Snake and it was still pretty awesome to see those guys wrestle. I don't think anyone is going to ask him be the athlete he was in the '90's.
"Maybe I can't win. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that."

Except those guys you mentioned didn't actually wrestle with the exception of Duggan in recent memory.

I'll pass on seeing Sting come to the WWE.

Yea, I was all for it until seeing that. I'd rather keep my memories of Sting, than watch him stink up Wrestlemania.

I could've sworn Vader wrestled Heath Slater. Sid too.

If that's what you want to call that "match", which was basically a minute and a half squashfest.

Still my point remains in that I have no interest in seeing Sting back.

If Vince owns all of WCW's library, can't they just release one??

Yep. Which means we'll either get one when he signs or if he doesn't WWE will probably stop giving a **** about his feelings and release one anyway.

Eh, it's a bad execution of a move. Happens to every wrestler. Could've also been due to Matt Morgan's long legs in that specific .gif. Here's Sting's 'comeback' sequence from this week on Impact. Still doesn't sit enough back on the Deathlock, but maybe his knees do suck at this point.

Certainly moves around better than Bret Hart did when they put him against McMahon at WrestleMania. Obviously Bret had his health issues, but I'm talking just in terms of generally moving around the ring. I think Sting could still put on a decent match. Great? No. Embarrassingly bad or anything? Not by a long shot.

However the Sting wearing a sting mask over his sting makeup gag was and still is the greatest thing TNA ever did.
Possibly. LOL every single time I see it.

I watch pretty much any type of wrestling and let me start off by saying I am a HUGE Sting fan. It makes me sad to say Sting is done. He's out of shape which is why anymore he wrestles with a t-shirt to hide his belly. He gets gassed quickly in his matches. When he does his punch, back hand chop, punch combo he looks fatigued just doing that. He hops more than jumps when he does the Stinger Splash now.

Now are his knees shot or is he just way out of shape I don't know, but inorder for him to put on a decent match the WWE or himself will need to get him in the gym and have him build up his conditioning and trim some of his access weight.

Sting vs Taker would be just ok if its a no rules match. It would give each of them time to just lay on the mat and recover for the next sequence of events anything else and its doomed for HUGE failure. The hype would be great though. I'd like them to sign Sting and wait to use him, ( have him show up the night after WM to confront Taker) have him be a part time guy and at WM 31 have him face Taker and defeat the streak.

I'm just happy that was at the end of the post, other wise I would have stopped reading. No way that someone who's coming to the E for one match would go over WWE's greatest kayfabe accomplishment.

LOL Hence the reason not to do it this year let him be a part time guy earn some wins

I don't mind if Sting doesn't defeat Taker I just feel theres only a handful of people in the business as a whole worthy of defeating the streak. Taker should lose either this year or next since he is done as well. I just want a epic build up great promos and lengthy build towards it.
