Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Yeah, I remember something to the effect of "a prominent big-man could be returning to the WWE" coupled with his bio being added to the WWE website under the former wrestlers section (I forget what they actually call it). It died down after Big Show came back, which is probably who they were talking about in the first place. I guess anything can happen though...Comment

I'm hoping it's all bull****. I really enjoyed his work with Taker, HBK, and Lashley. Since the injury he has been jerked around so many times, though.NBA: New York Knicks

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt'/Spoilers Thread
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE has been discussing The Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak quite a bit in recent creative meetings. They are toying with the idea of having 'Taker's streak come to an end, but are in the midst of discussing who would be the best candidate to defeat him. Vince, at this point, feels that the streak should never end, however he is open to hearing ideas that would involve a superstar on the "rise" to be the one that defeats the dead man. Most creative members feel that an established star should NOT be the one that ends the streak, but rather a rising star that could benefit from the enormous rub. One wrestler talked about is Ted DiBiase, as Vince is very high on him and hopes to push him as the next Randy Orton. There has also been discussion of bringing in Ted DiBiase Sr, to work a possible angle with The Undertaker and DiBiase Jr, as The Million Dollar Man introduced 'Taker when he debuteXBL: DTX3

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
It should be done his retirement year, and as described. DiBiase is a great choice because he won't bail. He's not a Lashley, pro wrestling is what he's here for. That said, he wouldn't be choice for this year or next. It has to be someone on the verge of carrying a show.
In a perfect world, the streak would last forever. But it's gotta be done eventually.xbl gamertag: jiggidyjames72Comment

HBK-Taker and Mania would be awesome, but TDJ-Taker is a great idea.XBL: DTX3

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
He'll retire with the streak in tact. No doubt in my mind about that.
I could see Ted Sr. coming back for an eventual feud at Mania though.NBA: New York Knicks

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I'd never watch WWE again if this happened. Allowing one of the greatest of all time to go out being beaten on the biggest stage by a complete chump of a wrestler like Cena would just be a disgrace to the sport....or course, WWE doesn't really care about the sport aspect of wrestling anymore...perhaps they'll call in some random actor plugging a movie to defeat their big star and win the title. OH wait...that's how WCW died.Comment
