Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread

Well it looks like its official, HHH and Steph are the heir to Vince's throne.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Triple H's new job in WWE has been confirmed, and he is now formally an executive within the company. Triple H has been given a new office in the WWE headquarters located in Stamford, CT and his official job title is Senior Adviser. This essentially means he will be working directly under Vince McMahon. Triple H's job responsibilities will basically be the same as they have been for about the past ten years, which have seen him assist Vince McMahon on the wrestling and creative end of the company. The new job title is more or less a formality, and now cements HHH as part of the corporate structure of WWE.

With news of Triple H being promoted in this way, some are looking at it as early confirmation that him and Stephanie McMahon will indeed be running the company once Vince decides to step down.

            How is the WWE doomed?

And you know that "all titles are going to be unified" rumor came to the surface when they united the TT Titles, right? Someone sees that the WWE are going to unify a title, and they go "If they unify one title, that means they are going to unify all titles!"

Until Vince gives up control, I don't see Triple H's on-camera role changing very much. They've been talking about him more on TV recently, so I'd imagine he's close to coming back and finishing up the feud with Sheamus.

Perhaps the only change will be he'll work fewer house shows.

HHH/Sheamus HIAC could be really good.

I don't see how HHH and Stephanie with a team of writers on creative will be the end of the WWE. At least they aren't crazy like Vince. Maybe, just maybe, these 2 people who live and breathe WWE Wrestling will actually use the talent they have. That's the problem, even IF they see a lot of young guys as potential stars, right now Vince is the man. If he doesn't say yes, then forget about changing something.

I think the Company will be just fine. It's bigger than just Stephanie and HHH. There's a heck of a lot more people involved.

Exactly. For the most part, the product suffers when Triple H is away for extended periods of time, because when he's there, he's involved in the creative direction of the whole show, and he's one of the very few people Vince will listen to.

Last I heard, Steph wasn't so popular within the wrestlers and you know Trips is going to favor his "golden boys". But only time will tell how this works out.

As long as something like "Katie Vick" doesn't happen, WWE is fine. Some of the things that the creative writes is written more to appease Vince than to make the product better IMO. Thats why you see a lot unfunny and corny comedy skits, we all know Vince has a weird (also sick) sense of humor.

I would rather have a young upcoming wrestler beat Taker 1 on 1 rather than Cena who wouldn't need the push that someone would get by ending the "The Streak".
                          exactly.

i agree. Trips has a real passion for the Business, he wants to put out a good product as much as anyone. now if it was in Stephs hands alone, i would be worried.

Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.

At least HHH's Golden Boys aren't to bad. Sheamus... And anyone that was affiliated with HBK (Danielson, Drew Mac).

They are still advertising and referring to the NoC main event as a 6-pack match even without Jericho, so it seems likely that someone is going to take that 6th spot. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Triple H replaces Jericho.

CM Punk has a twitter now.

Not really dirt but didn't know where else to put it. It's quite amusing so worth mention.

@CMPunk saw a young man in my audience tonight with a 'straight edge society' shirt! Representin'
@Billy Niiiiiiiice. I had a 12 year old kid in MSG tell me he drinks! I told him he was stupid, ugly and had no friends.

                                (Haley Williams)
@CMPunk I knew you'd get a twitter you big softee.
@yelyahwilliams go drop a phone in the toilet/ocean! I'm no softie!

The real fun is with Jericho but I can't post that stuff here.
