Well, what did Vince expect? Nobody's going to get too excited for a heel vs. heel tag match. The only reason anyone cared about that match was to see who Jericho's partner would be and while I don't mind the choice of the Big show for that, it's hardly anything to get excited about. I do wonder why they changed the IC title outcome though.

They have tossed titles on up-and-comers a little recently IMO. Ziggler's time will come, just not yet. No need to rush him.

In light of the news of Maryse needing surgery to repair a recurring knee injury, there was talk on Monday of turning one of the face Divas heel, with the mostly likely person being Gail Kim. It definitely appears she will be given the nod as there was a subtle hint in the Divas match on Monday as Kim tagged herself in to win the match just as James was getting ready to win the match for her team.

Another hint was given later that evening during the Raw Live Chat, which James participant. In an in-character statement, she felt her blind tag was selfish and that she should have shown more respect. James said: "Well I kinda had it under control. I just don't understand why she would tag herself in. Seemed odd. Maybe a little selfish to me. I mean we still won. But its just a matter of respect."
I think Gail was a Heel when she left the WWE

The specific details on the changed Rey Mysterio/Dolph Ziggler match finish have not yet emerged, but the decision was definitely political in nature. All that is known is that Ziggler was scheduled to win the Intercontinental Championship as of Sunday afternoon, but WWE ultimately decided to keep the belt on Mysterio. Mysterio had been promised a significant championship run when he made rumblings of leaving the company earlier this summer, but the exact nature regarding if and how that played into the decision is not clear.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread

The latest victim of WWE's dreaded "future endeavors" announcement was The Brian Kendrick, and a PWInsider report sheds the first bit of light on the matter.

According to the report, Kendrick's release can largely be attributed to his backstage attitude and motivation as a performer. The internal feeling was that while Kendrick did what he was told, he carried a negative attitude and gave the impression that he did not deeply care about being there. WWE thus saw little potential for Kendrick to breakout as a valuable member of the roster and opted to sever its ties with the wrestler.

It remains to be seen if Kendrick's release is a compounded consequence of his behavior or if a specific incident brought WWE officials' concerns to a boil.

Sources are also quick to mention reports that Kendrick was one of WWE's most frequently-fined Superstars for marijuana use, although it is unclear if that played any role in his release--under the Wellness Policy, there is no punishment, beyond the fine, for using the drug.

                            - I hope he goes to TNA. I think he would be fun to watch in the X-Division. He would match up well with Eric, Suicide, and others

Kendrick has a history of the negativity. It's not really his fault, he's a different kind of guy. He loves his work, he just comes off as a little 'off'. Really sucks, because he is one hell of a talent.

It is a shame too because he had an interesting character until they broke him up from big Zeke. Then he went into la la land.
