Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Morrison's always been slightly overrated.
He's pretty much like face R-Truth. A guy with a decent look who can do alot of flips but have no real character. The only time he was really entertaining was when he was teaming with Miz. They fed off each other.
Don't get me wrong, I think Morrison could be a great mid-card/upper-midcard guy who could sub in for the main event on occasion in an emergency and be fine. At best, maybe he could be Smackdown World Champ. But people seem to expect a bit too much out of him.
But he won't even achieve all of that because of Melina. I'm not really knocking the guy for it. Everything I've heard about them, they seem to be the perfect fit for one another and have been together for awhile. If they feel their relationship is more important than professional wrestling, all the power to them. It's not like there's not other opportunities out there for both of them(even outside of wrestling). But it seems like they'll both end up burning their bridges with the WWE before this is all set and done.Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I'm not seeing the big deal WWE is throwing about Melina coming with Morrison to the arena, sure obviously it might be awkward, but unless they have a rule family or whatever is not allowed what's the big deal?Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

How many companies do you know of that would let an ex-employee who was just fired/released come and go as they please?Comment

She can also be a liability considering that she was just let go less than a week ago. She can get hurt in the back or say that she did and bring on a lawsuit against the WWE as vengeance, go out of her way to bash her former employer to friends in the back, etc.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
That and considering the reputation for causing trouble she apparently has, I doubt she's quietly staying out of the way while she's there. At best, it's an uncomfortable situation anyway.Comment

Does Morrison not realize he can do so much better? And in the process save his career? WTF is going on in his head?Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
A security officer says a popular professional wrestler she was assigned to protect assaulted her.
Now police said they are investigating.
The officer said World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler Heath Slater thought she was pretty and tried to get her up to his room.
She said Slater put her in a chokehold started dragging her inside a downtown Atlanta hotel.
“When he grabbed me I immediately tried to grab his arms back,” security officer Corinne Oliver said.
Oliver said it was the worst moment of her life. “And I was saying ‘turn me a loose.’ He wouldn't turn me loose,” she said
That’s when she said the professional wrestler put her in a chokehold.
"I just started fighting with him, trying to get his arm from around my throat,” Oliver said.
She said as she struggled to get away, Slater kept “begging me to go to his room with him,” Oliver said.
Oliver said she managed to get away and was later able to identify her attacker as popular wrestler Heath Slater.
A source in the wrestling world told Jones Slater says nothing happened and he was with his fiancé that night.
Slightly inaccurate as he's not popular at all.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
LMAO, same exact thing I thought when I read that line. Second thought is, YES, this means he will probably get suspended or worse for this. Anywhere but on TV.
Just turn on an episode of Smackdown and when you say who the heck is this tool? Thats Heath Slater. LOLOn a serious note, he was on NXT season 1 and was part of Nexxus and just stayed on all the time through everything somehow. His gimmick is some long haired rock and roll type guy, but he just sucks.

I have a feeling Punk used his leverage to get Colt signed and we'll be seeing his [re-]debut in the next month or two.Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II
