I think it's got to be Khali. I think it's been the plan from the start. If Christian is healthy, he's got to be in the match. So they put Khali in so it'll be a big surprise when Christian goes in. After Orton's injury, if they actually wanted Khali in the match, they probably would just leave the spot open for a "mystery" man, which would be Christian. Since they filled it, I think they're still going to "Kofi" Khali.
In 2009, Edge lost the WWE Title in the first match of No Way Out (elimintation chamber) before the first pod even opened. He go rolled up about 3 minutes in, and he went into the match as champion. So later, during the entrances for the WHC Elimination Chamber match, Edge jumped Kofi during his entrance, and ran into Kofi's pod and hid there. He actually ended up winning the WHC. I was shocked when Edge got pinned so quick in the first match, and it was even bigger when he jumped Kofi (though as soon as that happened, it was pretty clear he'd win).
