I like Chirs Jerhico and I like PunkY, but the problem I have with both of them is that sometimes they were VERY sloppy. Blown spots. Weak looking punches and kicks. I know they aren't trying to be stiff, but jeeze...

I was pulling for Burke.
He's got the same amount, if not more Charisma than PunkY, but right now being XXX straight edge is what kind of image they need on a champion. We've already got The Cena 80s style.

Good show tonight though.

I do like Stryker since it's an amusing guy that can go in the ring pretty good too... him and Boogie should be an interesting program.

it wasn't much. i wish they would get rid of the boogeyman character. Nitro is green as grapes and shouldn't be holding any title IMO. Cena is all the WWE has as far as a top draw right now. He has to hold the title. For those complaining about him, who can fill his shoes? Edge is as close as it comes and he has the other belt. Cena and Edge are the now of the WWE. Get use to it. Randy Orton could make it with time, but he's not really there yet. It has to be somewhat believable in the eyes of the fans and I just don't see anybody there. Don't worry, HHH will be back to capture it when he returns.

Push Shelton Benjamin. Give him the title. He is amazing in the ring. There is plenty of talent in terms of in-ring ability....just gotta let them do their thing. Get back to in the ring action instead of the entire show being a damn soap opera. Push William Regal as well, he deserves a good run. Give the belts to guys who can actually wrestle is the point and let them give some credibility to the belt through in-ring work. Edge, for example, gives some meaning to his belt because he can put on a good match and can, SHOCK! actually lose a match. Cena's belt is nothing more than another piece of 'bling' to make him look cool. He is a disgrace to the title, he's simply a muscular guy who 12 year old kids think is cool and therefore he can never lose. His entire offense is punches, shoulderblock, jumping shoulderblock, that extremely ******** "fisherman suplex/vertical suplex" thing, and of course, the gay as hell five-knuckle shuffle...and of course the STFU and the F-U. At least he has one good move (the STFU). Everything else is just crap.....I wanna see people wrestle, not a soap opera with a little wrestling thrown in. Quit letting 13 year old kids run the industry.

Shelton can't talk and he can't quit smiling enough to be a heel. He is an incredible worker, but I'm not sure he could draw a dime. Ken Kennedy is another that I forgot about, but he is hurt. He has it and we'll see with time IMO. Of course Booker is still around and would be credible if he would lose the lousy King gimmick.

I'm not saying Shelton's character is perfect, he needs to work on it, but he needs to be pushed and given that chance. It worked for Hogan for over 20 years. Casual fans care nothing about work rate. I do, but that doesn't put the asses in the seats. That's what it's all about and John Cena does that. For example, I had a buddy of mine ask me if I wanted to go to a house show with him last night, he said "Cena is fighting Umaga or whoever." That's is what sells tickets.

As far as the smiling, Edge has a "I'm cooler than you" smile. Shelton has a "I'm scared" smile. That's just my take.
