I say we get a Lashley/Cena rematch and HHH costs Cena the title at Summerslam or costs Lashley the match at Summerslam. HHH's return, as much as I don't want to see him champ again, becomes very interesting. They could go almost anywhere with it. As for Booker, I'd say it's him and Lawler in some sort of winner takes the crown match at Summerslam.

Was it me or did we see a whole new side to Lashley tonight? That guy was so pumped that I swear he busted out a few moves I have never seen him use before. Great match BTW.

At the start with the amateur moves, yup.

Whether he turns or not, they have to keep him doing what he did tonight. Bad-***-I-want-your-f'n-title Lashley is a whole lot better than smiling-happy-to be here-I-love-the-fans Lashley. This was probably his best match yet, and he had some real good ones with Finlay last year.

I agree.. dude was flat out intense tonight. I was surprised. They put on a heck of a match, both hitting their respective moves, Lashley even got out of the STFU...

          Excellent match.

ALRIGHT!! JOHN CENA WINS AGAIN!!! I LOVE HIS NEVER GIVE UP, GUTSY MATCHES!!! HE TAKES A BEATING, BUT HE NEVER GIVES UP!! SO INSPIRING!! I LOVE HIM MOST BECUZ HE NEVER LOSES!!! I JUST WISH HE WOULD EXPAND HIS MOVESET BY DOING THE FIVE-KNUCKLE SHUFFLE WITH BOTH HIS LEFT AND RIGHT HAND NEXT TIME, IT IS MY FAVORITE!!!!!

What a tool Cena is..........does every main event have to be exactly the same forever!?!!?

Don't be a fool. He is by far their biggest draw, and why take away the one thing they have going for them.

On a side note: Matt Hardy lost All is well in the world again.

lol I was waiting for a post like this. A show with a successful Cena title defense never seems complete until somebody whines about Cena still being champ.

I can't wait until GAB get to 24/7 in a few months. Now that you guys have said good things about Cena-Lashley I really wanna see it.

It's just you. He's horrible and I, along with the entire IWC, cringe every time he grabs a mic.

LOL I'm just in super smart *** mode today and it carried over here. Don't take it personal, because "goldmine" is the perfect phrase to use.

It's ridiculous how much better Lashley has gotten. I'm still not a huge fan but watching him was painful just a year ago. He still needs to work on his mic skills and work on his character but he's come further along than I ever imagined. I like this badass Lashley character for him though. Hell, I might even consider him as a heel some time. He'd be a good part of some stable in the future and the E doesn't have a decent stable anymore.

Lashley has come a long way, I remember the beginning of the year how much **** I used to give the guy. Then right around WM time, I slowly started becoming a fan of his. I think he wrestled one of his best matches last night in his young career. You could see the intensity in his eyes and how excited he was to be in the main event for the WWE World Championship. I'm a bit disappointed he didn't win the title last night, not because I would have wanted it off of Cena...........but because I think that Lashley would help bring freshness to RAW.

Another good match last night was Punk vs. Morrison and I am kind of glad that Morrison held on to the title. I really think this new gimmick of his has given Punk new life...........but that fur coat needs to go.......give the guy a suit or something different and I think Morrison has received the look of a champion. I really like Punk, but I feel his time isn't right now due to Morrison proving that he can carry the championship.

Dusty Rhodes vs. Randy Orton was way too short. I guess because I have seen Dusty's previous Bull Rope matches, granted he is about 60 yrs old if not older, I would have expected a few extra minutes.

Matt Hardy vs. MVP was also another stand out match, and I really think that WWE should strike with Hardy to the main event on SD! He has shown a side the last few months that has really shown he's taken it to the next level. What way can WWE really make him stand out more, get rid of his current gear and let him be his former persona during the whole Edge/Lita fiasco while he was fired.............Diablo Angelic:

I don't care for Khali being the champion, really Kane should have been given that title one last time before he decides to retire.

Agreed... He was borderline unbearable for me when they first started pushing him on ECW (of course maybe it was working with Test). Last night's match was good, but I think he needs a new direction to take the next step.

Agreed again... the Morrison switch seems to have made him a little more comfortable on the mic and with his whole persona. But the fur definitely has to go! I thought it was gone after the ECW last Tuesday, but I guess not.

I was disappointed that this match was so short. I thought for sure we would see some blood... I think if that's all the longer Dusty could work, they shouldn't even have had that match.

Matt is steadily improving (as is MVP, he's one of my favorites right now), but I don't think he should be put in the main event scene yet as the timing is not right. If Edge had not been injured, things might have been a better fit, given their past history and they make a good pair in the ring.

My wife came to Hooters with me last night and was actually rooting for Kane as well for some reason... The E has backed themselves into a corner, as who can legitimately beat Khali? I guess Batista, Kane or the Undertaker when he returns, but certainly not anyone else like Matt Hardy which is the reason for my previous comment about it not being the right time for his main event push.

All in all, an enjoyable PPV that I'm glad I went to see. As an added plus, Hooters didn't charge a cover last night!

He said November in some newspaper article.

I'm down with this Khali run, but November is too far away.
