Breaking news. Pacman may not be at PPV!!

OK, the Titans give permission, now they take it away?

TNAWrestlingNews.com has just learned minutes ago that the Tennessee Titans have obtained a restraining order against Adam "Pacman" Jones, preventing him from participating in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's event on Sunday.

More details shortly as this story is about to break all over the news wires.

Titans can do it because they have him under contract to play football for them. Obviously is Pacman is wrestling, he runs the risk of getting injured, thus injuring their investment.

This is all hilarious to me. As if TNA wasn't a joke already...

Wow!!! I didn't know having a business for 5 years and gaining more tv exposure in the next couple months would be considered a joke. TNA took a risk to gain more viewership, Damn you TNA!!! Let's not disappoint the IWC marks.
LOL! I don't even know what IWC is, so spare me.

I would make fun of the "exposure" that TNA has gained over the last 5 years, but I don't even know what channel or time they come on, so I can't. That's how great their exposure is. Sorry for making fun of your favorite thing in the world.

              What a joke..
              Yep.

There risk really paid off. Their name has been thrown all over ESPN over the last couple days...and their iMPACT rating for last night? 0.99. Ratings fell...and what's even worse is that they fell for the last show going into their PPV. Not good

This isn't the way to go about adding viewers. Everyone of my non-wrestling friends who are big sports fans are basically just ripping on Pacman for doing something so stupid. They're not interested in actually watching the crap. In fact, I think it's turning off some of their fans.

Exactly, that's why it's such a joke. People see right through it, it's such a gimmick. It's one thing to have retired players (Frank Wycheck) but it's a whole 'nother deal to try to capitalize off the pub of a current player-turned-stripper-a-holic. It was a stupid idea on both sides, but more stupid for TNA. Pacman is just looking to get paid during his time off.

Oh, no doubt it's turning them off. They have all the tools, but aren't utilizing there talent. And now they are talking of getting rid of the best aspect of their program, the X division.

I'd like to report this quote to the mods. I don't mind the bickering and arguing, but I think the family stuff needs to be put to rest on this forum. Especially when my father is not around anymore. There's no reason for the immaturity.
LOL. Are you serious? I didn't say anything bad about your family, I mentioned the word DAD. Are you going to go cry about everybody on this forum that mentions the word DAD? Get real. I changed it, so maybe you can get a tissue and wipe your tears miss.

Exactly. I'm glad you actually see through it even though you don't show it very often lol

I really think that TNA has a better overall roster than the WWE. It's too bad they can't get their head out of their ***es and put that great roster to use.

This I can agree with. For the most part TNA is a better promotion than WWE, but at this stage that's not exactly saying much. TNA has a long way to go to get on the level of WWE though, regardless of talent. First would be a real time slot/station. Like I said, I legitimately do not know what time/day/channel TNA comes on. I remember seeing it before, but I can't recall, and that's a shame. I guess.

Hell, I'm the biggest TNA fan in the world, but they are not the better promotion. TNA will never be on the level of WWE, that is unless Vince does something stupid and the government shuts him down. They need to be that alternative though, that is what got them to this point and for some reason they are going in a different direction, but I don't think that's all TNA's doing, SpikeTV has a lot of influence what is on their network. TNA goes 9-11 on Thursday nights on SpikeTV in October, they are currently 9-10 as of now.

Thanks for deleting your message, I've done the same. Just got a little heated when I saw that. It's been a bad day!!!

At least that's a step in the right direction. Do they still film ALL of their t.v. shows in one night? I think this really hurts them, because people could follow their shows without ever even having to watch one.
