    Re: AEW PPV Thread

They do Okada vs Take****a in the semi finals after teasing tension all this time, and on the other side you have Mox vs Fletcher.

All that just to have Fletcher lose and not even have a finals of Callis vs Callis?

Okada vs Take****a should've been the finals with the same screwdriver ending.

And Mox wins after all that?

Mox and MJF being champs after that show wouldn't have been my first guess for either title.

      Revolution tonight.

Of the 10 matches on the main card, 7 of them seem like ones I'll watch.

Hangman vs MJF being Texas death match should be a good one.

My guess is Cope/Christian return tonight. Their next event is Dynasty in Vancouver, so you know they can count on the Canadians for that. Probably FTR vs those two for the tag titles.

I see AEW is still messing around with that stupid family from YouTube. Like who does TK think that appeals to? Happy AEW sold out but that arena holds 20,000 but they only sold 12K seats? Seems the demand was well worth opening up more seats.

Cope & Christian are back..... and they took out FTR! With Dynasty in Vancouver next month, do Cope & Christian get the Tag Titles there?

That's my exact prediction before this show happened.

That was such a weird debut. She just shows up in the ring. Fans are confused but then boo. I could see her doing a match with them at All In, but nothing before that

First half of the show alone featured Cope/Christian returning, Ronda debuting and Ospreay returning!

So they went full Cody Rhodes and had Hangman lose his match against MJF, meaning he can never challenge for the World Championship ever again. What do you do with Hangman moving forward now? I just don't get these type of stipulations, why can't it be something as simple as a wrestler can't challenge for a title as long as the current champion remains champion.

That stipulation alone made me think he wins the match. The only thing I'm thinking is if they find a loophole. He said he'll never challenge for the title as long as he lives.....enter Deadman Adam Page.

Bayne and Cross as tag champs is good. Do we get those 2 vs Rousey/Marina at some point? Or do the IInspiration get fed to them?

Bryan got me excited for a second with the way he worded things. "Gabe Kidd said I'm lucky I'm not cleared to compete when he came to AEW......I am." I thought he meant he's cleared to compete, but he just meant he agrees that he is lucky.

AEW knows how to do "gross factor" spots. The latest being that syringe in Hangmans mouth! I thought it was just going to be some dummy one that looks like you're stabbing it in someone, but that went through his mouth!

That match had everything. Easily match of the year. Hangman can never challenge for the title again at the age of 34?

I felt bad for MJF's hair transplant when he got those skewers stuck in his head.

That show overall went kind of crazy with all the returns and debuts, but AEW always puts a lot of emphasis on their PPVs being huge events full of impactful moments moving everything forward.

This has to be Copeland or Cage telling Tony to NOT give them the tag titles right? Becuase no way Tony hasn't tried putting the tag titles on those two.
