A Great TLC match! Not sure if I agree with the Wyatts winning but I mean, you couldn't lose here in this match no matter who won. Seems even the crowd booed the Wyatts winning.

What a TLC match! Match of the year?

4 consecutive spots through a table including a Spanish fly off the top rope!

Candice "Michelle" LeRae gets involved and then gets knocked off the ladder through a ladder on the outside!

Ciampa hanging off the top and right when you think they're going to do the Edge spearing Jeff moment, Ciampa pulls himself up and avoids the spear!

Impressive that there’s 47 teams in this match and yet not one even decent entrance theme between all of them.

Also seeing the Wyatt Sicks with the lights on is lame

Wyatt's have a good theme, but other than that, nobody else's is good.

Speaking of Wyatts, it's funny you mention lighting. Obviously April gets darker sooner than August, but that was something I wondered going in to WM31 in this same stadium with Bray. How would a Bray vs Undertaker match and entrances work in daylight. They definitely pushed the match as late in the night as they could do get it dark enough but even that wasn't really dark enough.

It made me laugh that in listing the Summerlam cage match’s Cole just said 2001 was a tag match and didn’t list the participants. That was The Brothers of Description vs DDP and Kanyon.

Cody def wrestled the heel for about 50% of that match. Very subtle but it was there.

Now I’m not sure if that’s foreshadowing an eventual turn(I kinda don’t think they do it with him) or just a Mania 18 type deal where the crowd was so on Cena’s side that Cody just naturally played the heel for the match.

I really thought it was gonna end with the belt or some other out of pocket weapon. They seemed to be telling the story that it was gonna take some kinda of extra under handed tactics to win since they really went all out kicking out of escalating finishers.

I don’t mind that Lesnar is back. He’s always willing to tell a good story and do interesting things. I’m curious if this is just a one off so Cena can continue checking boxes and playing the hits or if he’s actually back and will go after the title when he’s done with Cena.

All in all I thought it was a great weekend. Tonight felt short though. Every match was a banger but I feel like it really could have used a comedy segment or special attraction fun match to give everything a breather. The pace felt kinda break neck.

Becky's new theme, its not a bad theme, but when you've had the same good theme for a decade, it just feels weird to switch.

Wasn't expecting Becky to retain. Lyra can't challenge for the title again as long as Becky is champ, maybe she ironically helps Bayley, the one who cost her the match, so once Bayley beats Becky it allows Lyra to challenge for the title?

This is the first cage match at Summerslam since the Invasion!? The match that had Undertaker and Kane become WWF and WCW tag champs.

A cage match where the cage didn't prevent anyone from getting involved in the match? Maybe we need an MFT in a shark cage match?

Everyone celebrating the custody of Dom ladder match with Dom wearing Rey gear and AJ wearing Eddie gear and coming out in a low rider.

Felt like a quick IC title match, but Dom winning with the frog splash was the best way to end it on this anniversary.

A super Cena chant in the main event, and it's fans doing it in a positive manner?!

Cody wins in a slow burn kind of finish. Wasn't expecting him to win this match.

Lesnar returns!? Guess we're throwing all lawsuits and any sort of controversy out the window after the last few weeks HHH has had. I liked Lesnar near the end of that run. Viking Lesnar was the best version, but will be interesting to see fan reactions to him given everything. Wonder how you answer to shareholders too who probably don't want anyone involved in the Vince lawsuit around.
