Is WWE not high on Tyler Breeze anymore or what not? He went from headlining NXT events to where he is now? I love him prolly my favorite guy in the NXT.

Devitt's work in NJPW was incredible. Went from a top face to a top heel and a long junior title run.

So is Balor this Steen guy I keep hearing about? Or is he Prince DeVitt? I don't know anything about either of them except their names and that they were in NJPW because of you guys haha. So thanks for that!

Balor is Prince Devitt, and he did amazing work in NJPW. Kevin Steen hasn't debuted yet, but should soon. I think his name is going to be Kevin Owens. Not sure if Steen was ever in NJPW.

Thanks for that man. I've been meaning to look at some of their stuff in NJPW. I also didn't want to get either of them confused.

Devitt's bullet club run is certainly something to look up. Steen worked ROH and PWG, having some memorable tag matches and feuds with Sami Zayn's mentor El Generico.

There are so few surprises left in wrestling that I'm purposely not watching any of his matches so I can see it with fresh eyes.

To this day I regret watching so many of Daniel Bryan's ROH stuff before he arrived in WWE because he just doesn't wrestle like that any more.

With Bálor though, he has a great look, obviously can go, so the sky should be the limit for him.

Devitt will be the same as Dragon, much like Punk before him. He'll be watered down, limited moveset. Completely different character. I'd say Bryan's work rate was better in the indies, but the Yes movement schtick is probably more over than him being the best in the world. Punk, I stand by was way better in the indies, but just had the stage to give a slightly to way watered down version of precious angles. Devitt's billet club run won't be topped, nor work rate.

I'd be totally fine with a watered down version of Bullet Club, instead of the american invasion it could be the europeans invading (since the foreign threat seems to be a popular choice again for 'E).
That's not an insult, THAT is just a fact of life.

is there a rule of thumb in wwe that guys who competed in japan have to use the double stomp, for the record Balors entrance was cool, Nattie is very beautiful by the way

There's not going to be a watered down bullet club, it'll just be a watered down Devitt, not the Real Rock N Rolla gimmick or the faction. As a whole he won't be as hot.

I'm still amazed that Balor/Devitt and Itami/KENTA are on my tv in a WWE ring. Never thought I'll see Japanese stars not named Hiroshi Tanahashi in a WWE ring

They faced great opposition as well in Kidd and Gabriel, two of my favourites as far as in-ring ability goes.

In my opinion that match elevated all four men.

That match with Itami and Balor was really good! All 4 guys put on a show but what's up with both Itami and Balor using a foot stomp from the top as a finisher? That's kinda strange but I know we haven't seen their whole move set yet.
