I think the Khali storyline is great as well. Not much English needs to be spoken other than to clarify the relationship between the three guys. I like Jinder Mahal because he says what we are all thinking and that is that Khali has become a joke. Stupid dancing, stupid music, stupid kiss cams, stupid skits, stupid costumes... Jinder is tired of Khali "dancing" for the fans and looking like a fool, and he feels as if Ranjin has mismanaged his whole career turning him from a champion to a laughing stock. I hope this leads to a bad *** Khali heel turn and team up with Jinder (who I love right now), rather than them keeping Khali face and having him turn on Jinder. So far it looks like they are leaning towards the former, but this is one time I don't want to be swerved.

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2011
Bryan vs Rhodes was great. If they stick with that feud then there will be some fantastic matches betwee those two down the line if they get more time.
It looked like in the Chavo vs Sin Cara match they botched his submission move to end it. Or maybe it was supposed to be a pin. I just know I've seen Sin Cara do something like that before but it was a submission.
Triple threat was great, even though Sheamus vs Randall should probably be on whatever the next PPV is instead of SD but whatever. I guess they're hurting for ratings.Originally posted by slickdtcI'd ride his bus, that's all I'm saying.

I also agree on the Triple threat match. It was good, and I liked the ending. Sets up a Christian heel turn (even after all the respect and thanks he showed towards Orton, Orton still screwed him over by RKOing Mark Henry) and I fully see Christian costing Orton the title next week setting up a Sheamus vs Orton vs Christian vs Henry (Henry can claim Orton screwed his chances of winning the match, and thus he should be in the match as well) match at the next PPV.
I like what Smackdown's doing right now, they've got a good show going on.Comment

I agree on Bryan vs Rhodes. That feud had a lot of potential. They put on a great match and I foresee this being a good feud to launch both of them up the charts.

Re: Official WWE Smackdown Thread 2011
Indeed it was.
That was the first time I've ever seen Mahal wrestle and he's getting good heat already. I guess him and Khali are going to be a team and maybe get the tag titles and hopefully have a long run with them. But that's far down the road.
Barrett walking out on the Corre was interesting. It's looking like he's going to end up going solo then dropping his title to Zeke at Capitol Punishment. If only they had made Corre look strong in the first place...
Rhodes was awesome again. I would have preferred a 1 on 1 Rhodes/Bryan feud but adding Sin Cara and Dibiase is ok I guess.
World title match was good and I liked the ending. I'm predicting a triple threat for the title at CP since Sheamus techniaclly got screwed out of the title.
Booker never fails to amaze me with how bad he is on commentary. It's like he knows what he wants to say in his head but his mouth won't let anything come out except "right there".Originally posted by slickdtcI'd ride his bus, that's all I'm saying.

Christian was gold all night. Hopefully this heel turn isn't just to return him to the midcard, but I'm not too optimistic.Last edited by rangerrick012; 06-11-2011, 01:10 AM.Comment
