And it's always those little small lines that keep me going, "Apparently, it's time to play the game." "Look, I love Motorhead and all, but I'm not finished." The old-school Triple H curtsy...and on and on.

    - The Divas Battle Royal...since we can't think of a legitimate storyline, let's have a #1 contender battle royal so they can all get facetime!!! God that sucked. At least Beth Phoenix is being booked legitimately again.

    - Pretty good tag match between Miz/Truth and Morrison/Mysterio. And Truth is EVIL! I mean he hit Morrison with a devastating slam from that water bottle.

    - The Summerslam Recall shows todays wrestlers that you never, EVER, want to utter these lines on a hot mic..."Gimme anybody to wrestle". Because even to do this day, Ultimate Warrior will run out and squash you (on his blog).

    - The fact that I can't remember that Dolph Ziggler had a world title run should tell you how meaningful that title run was.

    - McG/Otunga vs Santino/Internet Champion Zack Ryder....They basically threw Ryder out there to shut up the Internet crowd and then promptly squash him...yep, makes sense. And would somebody please throw that stupid cobra thing of Santino's into a trash can and burn it?

    - Del Rio vs Evan Bourne...Another squash match. At this point, why is Evan Bourne even on the roster? When was the last time he even won a match?

    - Last segment was decent. Everybody and their blind grandmother knew that Triple H was going to announce a match at Summerslam between Punk and Cena. Could've done without that title belt scene (with changing theme music of course).

    - Jeez, the middle of RAW tonight was freaking horrible. You could've watched the first segment and the last segment, and the rest of the night, watched something else and not missed anything.

You're aware you don't have to win matches to be entertaining or a valuable part of the roster right??

Not when you are getting squashed like Evan has been recently.

Bourne has a couple wins over Swagger, including one on PPV, in the last couple months. So it's not like he's on a huge losing streak or anything.

Yeah, this. Bourne has shown he can still win. He got little to no offense in last night, which you could argue was not the best way to book it, but Del Rio is upper echelon in the E.

I really do think the Miz/Truth stuff was excellent. A-Ri/Dolph could be interesting, and A-Ri saying ditch the chick is an interesting comparison to him and Miz.

Still not loving Kofi/Del Rio, but if they put on a good blow-off match I'll be content.

Bourne's the 2nd best high flyer on the roster after Rey.

Maybe Rey from years ago, but not anymore, atleast IMO.

Cara is a serial botcher and hasn't adapted to the WWE style at all. Morrison just does stuff for no good reason just flashy flips. Same w Kofi though he is better than JoMo. Id say Bourne and obviously Rey are better than all three of them.

Rey is still plenty good. He just put on TWO dang good matches in one night last week while busting out a couple of new moves too, with TV time no less! You can say his character isn't appealing or that maybe he wins too much but it's hard to say he doesn't put on good matches.

I enjoyed the Miz/Rey match from last week for sure, but thought the Cena/Rey match was quite stale due to those two having virtually no in-ring chemistry with one another. I mean, when was the last time thise two guys faced off in a one on one contest? My point exactly.

And Evan Bourne is a fantastic in-ring performer regardless of what anybody says. He just has the personality of a dead moth and that is the only thing holding him back.

Mysterio/Cena was the best RAW match of the year. The spots with the powerbomb and flying legdrop ended up looking brutal when they could have been total disasters. The match built up nicely, Cena sold Mysterio working over his leg, and the finishing sequence was great. How a fresh great match like that can be considered "quite stale" makes no sense.

I thought Cena-Rey match was excellent. In ring chemistry isn't the be all end all. Orton-Christian is an example if two guys who hadn't met a lot before and have put on excellent matches.

Agree about Bourne, though his size doesn't help matters either.

Make no mistake about the intent of my comment...I like Evan Bourne. I have a soft spot for high flyers. They just aren't utilized in WWE like they should be.

The Cruiserweight Championship would give a lot of people something to do again. But why give people air time when you can give it to people who are already over or stick an extra commercial break or two into a match?
