Quick question guys. I just restarted my universe because I was getting really annoyed with a few things. So I did that, and this time around I made sure to edit who my champions were before I went into universe mode. I saved that, and did the rest of what I had to do before I started it. However, when I got into universe mode, all the same guys were champions as the default game, and the other guys I had added unlockable belts to no longer had them.

So now I'm confused because I've seen guys write about removing titles from brands completely, which is something I'd managed to do but now can't seem to remember how to do it. But I want the lame titles off the shows completely, or at least replaced with better ones, and I definitely want to set my champions as I had them before I had to restart everything, any tips on how to accomplish that?

You have to edit champions inside Universe Mode by going to Edit Superstar.

What you do outside of Universe Mode only affects Exhibition matches.

Thanks for the quick response. My only other question would be how to you remove titles from brands or change them? For instance, that WWE Spinner Championship on the Raw brand is, an abomination to championship belts. So I'd love to change that belt to one of the other belts and/or remove the spinner entirely.

Go to Schedule, select Raw and hit the Edit button (Square or X, depending on console, I think), go to titles on the menu, swap out the spinner one for whatever belt you'd like.

Thank you CMH & Dayman. That makes a world of difference, as I'm sure you guys can appreciate since we all have our pet peeves when it comes to wrestling games. Technically your universe hasn't "started" until you play the first match, correct?

Can you edit CAWS that you download? Their attributes in particular is what I'm looking at, without purchasing the attribute editor.

I doubt it. I accidentally went into Universe once before I wanted to start it and nothing has been messed up for me at all.

I believe the original creator of the CAW can choose whether or not to lock your ability to edit it.

Is there any way to have one of those classic 4-on-4 Survivor Series elimination tag matches?

I can't find the option and I'm thinking because WWE doesn't really have those anymore, it isn't in the game (which is ridiculous to me).

I think you can only have a 6 man elimination tag match. Kind of sucks that this day and age we can't have 4-on-4. I can't remember which game it was, but it had traditional SS with the 4th man on each side not on the apron but you had to shuffle through your tag partners to access them. It was pretty cool.

I see guys talking about midcarders and main eventers.

Is there an obvious way to make a midcarder into a main eventer or is this Ratings based?

Are we to assume that Momentum is the best way for a midcarder to rise to main eventer since their attributes also climb as their momentum rises?

I gotta try that. Though I wish the wrestler entering would simply knock out the ref on their own.

Speaking of which, the CPU should attempt that every now and then.

I also think the ref is too strong. Wish he would fall down more easily when I throw an opponent in his direction toward the turnbuckle.

Yea probably impossible to purposely knock out the ref, you'll be better off just making the match no DQ. Also anytime I knock down the ref he only stays down for a couple of seconds.

The momentum is the way to do it. In my universe the Miz lost a couple of matches and now he is main eventing NXT lol. Haven't seen him on Raw for weeks now.

I got the attribute editor for $1(shouldn't have to pay for something like this). Then I make the main event guys anywhere between 90-99. Midcarders go from 70-88. I have a few jobbers as well that I let range from 55-68.

What do guys use for changing man? What i mean is in the ring when you want to face another wrestler.

Is NXT a "dead" brand? So if I don't want unused titles and divas or Tyson Kidd move them there and assign the unwanted belts to Kidd?
