Picked up this game last week, this "feature" is a complete travesty. I can understand having issues like this for the first couple of weeks of the game's release but this is ridiculous.

Someone on another forum stated that between the hours of 1200AM-0300 EST or 9PM-0000 PST the servers work better. I am going to this out tonight.

The servers are just trash. At this stage of the game, it's just unacceptable that THQ and Yukes put out such a product like this. But yeah, the best times are in the middle of the night when most sane people and kiddies are asleep. lol

Bump up this topic, this is ridiculous. Any tips or hints to get this working decent? Other than being up past midnight? Been on for the past 2 hours trying to search for one thing. Amazing.

It has been really bad this last week again. Search function is useless at this point. It is beyond frustrating at this point. Just don't get it!

Unfortunately, THQ knows they can get away with this stuff. Hence the reason it's never been fixed. It's a poor excuse of a company for how they've "addressed" these server issues. They know everyone by now is "forgetting" about WWE 12. So they figure they are in the clear now. Water under the bridge right?

Obviously this has fallen off the radar because the game is seven months old and they're releasing a new game in a few months, but it's also been seven months of terrible Community Creations servers (I don't play this game online, but thought I read they at least improved the head-to-head aspect of online. Someone can correct that if I'm wrong.)

THQ did (in my opinion) a good job of communicating what it was that they believed the problems were, and at giving general time frames for when they believed that they would deploy fixes for those problems - but here we are with (still) completely unreliable Community Creations.

Any other company with servers this bad for this long would be hearing about it - but this is where the niche market of wrestling games benefits THQ. Outside of dedicated wrestling sites, there is very little out there mentioning the terrible job THQ has done maintaining the servers (that they specifically said they were going to run themselves so they could maintain on their own). I bought the game new so I didn't have to buy the Online Axxess pass, but they're charging $10 for these servers for used-game buyers. Does that not make the issue worse?

I speak as a guy who absolutely sucks at creating people. I can barely create a halfway-decent version of myself; so Community Creations is HUGE for me. I'd just like to see more mention of this issue, somewhere.

Yes the servers are bad but there are times when you can get some guys downloaded. It may just take you longer to get them. The game to me is awesome. I am having a blast just booking the matches and letting them play out. Great game!

I'm sorry but I put this game down for about 3 months thinking that hey, I haven't played WWE 12 in awhile, I'm sure THQ has fixed their servers I mean it's been almost a year...


...Nope. I'm sorry but this is ****ing inexcusable. Same old ****, searching up a custom arena, have been able to download 3 arenas in 3 and a 1/2 hours. **** this ****.

These servers are hands down the worst i've ever experienced in a game. It's taken me over an hour & a half to download 6 guys! Most of the time i get booted after it takes forever searching and tells me the servers aren't available at the time. Other times it will download 98-99% of the wrestler and then take forever and then boot me telling me the servers aren't available. It's beyond ridiculous how bad the servers are.

i spoke too soon, 6th guy didn't download, he froze and then the "servers were not available" popped up as usual. So going on 2 hours trying to get the 6th guy done.

Great job THQ

and to make matters worse it takes 2 mins after you finally do download for a screen to come back up for you to exit. Slowest process i've ever seen in a video game.

Yeah, I could deal a lot better if it didn't take 5 minutes to get back to the screen to re-enter and try to download it again. It just hangs, it's terrible.

On EA Gamechangers, a suggestion about bringing WWE to EA Sports. It's listed under the "general" section, where the highest vote getter on that section has 35 votes(and 16 will get it into top 10), meaning it'll have better chance of being seen by EA Sports, if it has like 16 votes.


Other games like Madden,Fifa has their own section, where suggestions have hundreds of votes, so WWE won't even need anywhere around that, to get seen, since it's in a different section.

It doesn't mean it'll happen, but at least getting EA Sports attention could be a good thing.

No way do I want EA to have WWE.. they have MMA now and NO TIME would be set for WWE meaning WWE would be so mediocre. THQ is starting to head in the right direction. I much rather a different company work on WWE than EA.

I just would LOVE a a WWE game centered around Attitude era and before. Nothing else. But, atleast 13' gives me attitude ERA.
