    Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

    Haven't done the Royal Rumble yet, but I am going to tonight. I got a few matches set up that I'm going to be doing, I plan on changing a couple of the matches the game set up for me.

    The game wants Santino Marella v. Mick Foley for the United States Championship, and CM Punk v. Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship, but I plan on replacing those matches with The Rock v. Mick Foley, and a Fatal Four Way for the WWE Championship with CM Punk v. The Miz v. Brock Lesnar v. Randy Orton.

    The overall card looks something like this:

    WWE Intercontinental Championship
    Christian (C) v. Daniel Bryan

    The Rock v. Mick Foley

    WWE Women's Championship
    Layla (C) v. Kharma

    Fatal Four Way - WWE Championship
    CM Punk (C) v. The Miz v. Brock Lesnar v. Randy Orton

    WWE World Heavyweight Championship
    Sheamus (C) v. Undertaker

    30 Man Royal Rumble

        Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

        IM BAAAAAACCCCCCCCCKKKKKK

        Match 1- Tyson kidd vs Brodus Clay. highlights- IM BACK with a brand new episode of ECW. The first match was obviously Tyson Kidd and Hardcore Champion Brodus Clay. Tyson Started off the match with heaps of jumps off the ropes and spring board dives to the outside of the ring. He gets a steel chair and Smacks brodua in the back. He drops the chair putt clay in the headlock and connects with the DDT. He thows him back in the ring but brodus came back and started suplexing Kidd all around the ring one by one. Match ended when brodus layed out Kidd. went top rope then Splashed Tyson kidd. 1.. 2.. 3.Winner- Brodus Clay

        Match 2- remarkable match Wade Barret vs Ezikiel Jackson, highlights- These guys have been feuding for the past month (in universe time) so I think im gonna stop it soon. Cutscene- ezikiel walks to the ring and is attacked by Justin Gabriel. Another former member of the corre. Anyway Wade barret basically took controll and hit the wasteland, 1..2...3 Winner- Wade barret. cutscene- Well while Barret was celebrating Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater come out and celebrate with wade. Does this mean the reunition of CORRE????

        Main Event- #1 Contenders falls count anywhere match- ??? vs Christian highlights- 4 nights ago christian faced broduss for the hardcore title but couldnt succeed. Can he earn another oppotunity tonight. Well I think he does as he walks to the ring confident. The mystery opponent is soon to come out. LOOK IN MY EYEEEESS WHAT DO YOU SEE. CM Punk is the mystery opponent for tonights main event. Christian defeated him in the Finals of the Hardcore Championship tournament. But can he change things around tonight and make it even. Well it doesnt look like it as christian dominates in the first half. Again like he always does he brings out a ladder. But that bought CM Punk a break as he came back. He placed christian through the announce table by a german suplex. he gets out a chair and brutalizes Christian with it. He picks him up and SLAMS christian on the ground and U HOH. ANACONDA VICE!!!! FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE HE CAN DO THIS OUTSIDE OF THE RING. Winner- CM PUNK Could we be seeing a new Hardcore champion at world war 3 in only 3 weeks away. who knows btu what we do know is that CM Punk is the #1 Contender.

          So despite a month straight of feuding, WWE Universe still wants to keep Franchise408 feuding with Zack Ryder.

          At least it's not in the main event anymore. No, now they want to put Kharma in the main event. I guess because when I won the Women's Championship, I unlocked Michelle McCool, and the game is trying to put McCool together with Kharma...

            I think I'm going to make my Raw/Heat/SD updates a lot less work and put more work into the PPVs, like I've seen some others do. It takes too long to do those and I'm going to make them shorter. But I will do more in-depth detail on the PPVs.

            Anyway, I'm going to skip ahead to Royal Rumble since there wasn't much going on until the PPV.

            That is coming up next.

              I think I may do the same. I may just give updates on the storylines and how they play out, but not so much a show by show basis. And then obviously conclude them on the PPV's.

                Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

                Hello and welcome to our first pay-per-view, Royal Rumble!

                We hope you are ready for what is set to be an exciting show full of good matches, titles on the line, and of course the big kahuna, the Royal Rumble.

                By the end of the night, one man will have outlasted 39 other men and earned the chance to challenge a champion at the biggest stage of them all, Wrestlemania.

                Let's go over the card in anticipation of the event, and how it has come to be:

                WWE Tag Team Championship: TLC Match
                Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd (c) vs Bobby Roode and Ted DiBiase

                High-flyer Justin Gabriel and technician Tyson Kidd matched up when new Raw and Smackdown GM Teddy Long was looking for default WWE Tag Team Champions. Teddy awarded the new team the titles and created a tournament to decide #1 contenders. 8 pairs were included in the tournament and another new team, Bobby Roode and Ted DiBiase, became the #1 contenders after beating the Usos in the finals.

                The two teams face off in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match for the titles.
                Can Kidd and Gabriel shake off the ring rust and prove themselves to be capable champions?

                United States Championship: Extreme Rules Match
                Samoa Joe (c) vs Mark Henry vs Batista

                Joe won the U.S. Championship from John Morrison on Smackdown a few weeks ago after picking up a victory in a Fatal-Four-Way match to gain the right to be No. 1 Contender. A new contender needed to be named. There was a tag team match to settle this. The winners of the tag match would go up against one another and whoever won would confront Samoa Joe at Royal Rumble. Mark Henry and Batista took on the smaller Cody Rhodes and Daniel Bryan, with the former getting the 3 count. Mark Henry and Batista were to square off, until Kane prematurely attacked the Animal, giving Henry the advantage to grab the win. Teddy decided to include both in the match seeing as Batista wasn't given a fair chance to compete.

                They will battle in an Extreme Rules match, falls count anywhere and no holds barred. We'll see if the Samoan Submission Machine can hold his own against two other monsters.

                Intercontinental Championship: Extreme Rules Match
                Dean Ambrose (c) vs Triple H vs Christian

                The 26-year-old Ambrose bursted onto the WWE scene, defeating three ring veterans in his debut on Heat to get the opportunity to meet Christian for the IC title. He did so and defeated Captain Charisma at his own game - the TLC match - to claim the championship, in only his second match. Christian got back into the title picture by getting a pin in Fatal-Four-Way. To make it even more interesting, the same format of the U.S. Title was followed to add a contender to the bout. Triple H and Chris Jericho defeated Brock Lesnar and A.J. Styles in a tag match, and The Game laid out Y2J with the Pedigree for the 3 count.

                The 3 superstars will go against each other in an Extreme Rules match.
                Will the rookie Ambrose be able to hold his ground against two of the best of all time? Or will Christian get the title back? And lastly, will Triple H capture the Intercontinental Title for the 6th time? Those questions will be answered in what should be a great match.

                Vacant World Heavyweight Championship: 6-Man Elimination Chamber
                Kane vs Daniel Bryan vs Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton vs The Rock vs Undertaker

                With Sheamus deemed unable to compete after getting injured in a Champion vs. Champion Match against C.M. Punk on Smackdown, the World Heavyweight Championship has been vacated and there must be a new champion.

                It will be decided in the lethal structure that is the Elimination Chamber. All of the six men who participated in the 6-man ladder match to find a #1 Contender are included, with the exception of Mark Henry. In his place is another proven veteran who has tasted gold on a number of occasions, the Big Red Monster, Kane.

                Who will survive the 16 foot high, 10-ton, chain-linked steel structure and walk out as World Heavyweight Champion?

                WWE Championship: Steel Cage Match
                C.M. Punk (c) vs Big Show

                The Summer of Punk. The summer in which Punk escalated himself to the top, the position in which he enjoys now. When the world recognized C.M. Punk as the main-event talent that he was on the independent circuit, mainly in Ring of Honor. Punk still reigned supreme throughout the fall, winning the WWE Championship for a second time against Alberto Del Rio at November's Survivor Series. To this point he has held the championship.

                He faces a new opponent. A very large one at that. The World's Largest Athlete, the Big Show. The 500-pound giant earned the right to challenge the champ by shoving his way through a #1 Contender's tournament, lastly pinning the returning Stone Cold. He used his mammoth strength and power to knock out his smaller opponents such as Austin and Chris Benoit.

                Will C.M. Punk, yet another small opponent, at least in comparison to the Big Show, face the same fate as the others?

                Will he be able to escape not only the Big Show, but the the cage that encases them?

                The Second-City Saint must pull out all the stops if he is to come out on top and retain his title. It's a classic David vs Goliath situation here.

                40-Man Royal Rumble: Winner Goes To Wrestlemania

                Finally, we end what should be a very eventful night with the biggest match of all.

                The Royal Rumble. 40 men enter, 39 go over the top rope, and one man is left. The last man in the ring will go on to Wrestlemania and face off against a champion.

                Everyone except the champions is eligible.

                Who will win and gain the golden opportunity to main event Wrestlemania?

                All questions will be answered and new champions may or may not be crowned.

                One man will stand tall among the rest, though.

                The man who wins the Royal Rumble.

                    Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

                    1 v. 3 Handicap Match
                    Zack Ryder v. Franchise 408, Evan Bourne, and Michael McGillicutty

                    The rookie Franchise408 has been making life a living hell for Zack Ryder the past month, and that wasn't about to change. This time, Franchise gathered an entire squad together, including his partner Evan Bourne, and Michael McGillicutty, to face Long Island Iced Z in a 1 v. 3 Handicap Match. Once again, things wouldn't go well for Zack Ryder, but the rookie finds himself with another situation on his hands, as Evan Bourne would abandon him during the match. Franchise and McGillicutty would still go on to win the match, but how will Franchise408 respond to Evan Bourne's actions going forward?

                    Triple Threat Match
                    Shawn Michaels v. Kofi Kingston v. ???

                    Last week, Maryse sat ringside to watch Kofi Kingston face Shawn Michaels. After Kingston had won the match, Maryse would enter the ring and kick the Heartbreak Kid while he was down. Her interest in HBK's business was revealed this week, as she introduced Batista as the 3rd participant in a Triple Threat Match. Batista set his targets on Shawn Michaels from the get go. We may never know the partnering of Batista and Maryse would have in store for Monday nights, as Batista was severely injured in the match. He would need to be taken out of the arena on a stretcher.

                    The Rock v. The Miz

                    Has The Rock made his choice for his Wrestlemania opponent? With Elimination Chamber just under 3 weeks away, will the new WWE Champion even make it to Wrestlemania? The Miz came out with a purpose to prove that his is no fluke champion, and that he is indeed just as good as anyone else in the business. While The Miz would ultimately lose the match, it would not be an easy task for The People's Champion. The Miz had enough in him to kick out after a Rock Bottom, and it'd take a 2nd one for The Rock to finally put away the WWE Champion once and for all.

                    Layla v. Kharma (w/ Michelle McCool)

                    Michelle McCool returned at Royal Rumble, joining Kharma in the ring to celebrate her WWE Women's Championship win over Layla. What were her motives? Had Kharma and McCool joined forces? That question was answered this week as she accompanied Kharma to the ring for her match against Layla. During the match, Michelle McCool attacked Kharma, laying her out for Layla to pick up the victory. After the match, Layla attempted to continue her attack on Kharma with a steel chair, when McCool returned to the ring and stopped her. Instead of trying to save Kharma, instead she wanted the chair for herself to attack Kharma with. Is Michelle McCool trying to stake her claim to the WWE Women's Championship?

                      Battlezone recap:

                      Big Show & David Otunga defeat Christian & Wade Barrett in tag team action.
                      Brock Lesnar v. John Morrison

                      Brock Lesnar had been struggling of late, not winning a single match since his return at the beginning of January. His presence has definitely been felt, and he got himself in the Fatal Four Way at Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship, but he'd come out of the match empty handed. On Thursday night, he had a match against John Morrison to try to get himself back on track. It wasn't easy for Brock; early in the match, the WWE Champion ran down to the ring and attacked both match participants. Miz would leave both men laying beaten in the ring as he made his exit. Once both men were back to their feet, the match would continue, with Lesnar picking up the with over Morrison. After the match, Miz would return to the ring, again laying both men out.

                      Edge v. Ezekiel Jackson

                      Cody Rhodes attacked the Rated R Superstar before the match, which allowed for Big Zeke to pick up yet another big win.

                      Ezekiel Jackson v. Heath Slater

                      Big Zeke has been overcoming all odds the past few weeks winning match after match. Thursday night on Battlezone, he picked up a huge upset victory over Edge after Cody Rhodes kept up his attacks on the Rated R Superstar. This week, Jackson would face off against Heath Slater. The One Man Southern Rock Band was attacked on his way to the ring by Cody Rhodes, who was hiding out in the audience. The match spent a good amount of time outside of the ring, where Slater was attacked again, this time by William Regal who was also hanging out in the ring. After all the frustration, Slater finally took the steel steps to Ezekiel Jackson's face, getting himself disqualified. Ezekiel Jackson picks up another win, but this one wasn't without its costs.

                      Sin Cara defeats William Regal in 1v1 action. Regal leaves the ring in a stretcher.

                      Edge defeats Cody Rhodes in 1v1 action.

                      Mark Henry defeats Rey Mysterio in 1v1 action.

                        Elimination Chamber Preview

                        The aftermath of the Royal Rumble 3 weeks ago has left its mark on the WWE landscape. There would be 2 new World champions, with The Miz winning the WWE Championship in a Fatal Four Way match, and Undertaker defeating World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus for the belt. Winning the WWE Women's Championship has resulted in problems for Kharma, as Michelle McCool has returned to reek havoc on the new champion, and the WWE Universe wonders if The Rock, winner of the Royal Rumble, will even make it to Wrestlemania after Brock Lesnar got ahold of him.

                        New WWE Champion The Miz has been on a quest to prove that his victory at Royal Rumble wasn't a fluke. It started off by accepting a match against The Rock - while The Miz did end up losing the matchup, it took everything The People's Champion had, and then some, to pull off the victory. Still with a chip on his shoulder, the Most Must See Champion made his presence felt throughout the WWE. His first act was to get involved in a match between Brock Lesnar and John Morrison on Battlezone. Leaving both men laying in the ring, Miz would have enemies. A retaliation by Brock Lesnar would lead to The Rock getting injured for an indefinite amount of time, leaving people to wonder if The Great One will even make it to Wrestlemania. The Miz wouldn't be finished there, however, getting involved in various matches, and leaving his mark. This all led to a Ladder Match on Raw with Shawn Michaels that The Miz would win heading into Elimination Chamber. There, his title will be on the line against many of the men he's angered over the weeks, from former champion CM Punk, to Brock Lesnar himself. Come Elimination Chamber, there will be no where for the champion to run.

                        Meanwhile on Smackdown, Ezekiel Jackson has been on something of a roll lately, picking up win after win, despite the odds stacked against him. For reasons unknown to the WWE Universe, a bounty had been placed on Ezekiel Jackson by the General Manager. One man stepped up, and that man was Cody Rhodes, who took out Ezekiel Jackson in an Extreme Rules Match on Smackdown. What will be the reward for Cody Rhodes doing the bidding of the general manager? Will title opportunities be on the line for the young Rhodes?

                        Certainly one title that Cody Rhodes won't have his sights set on is the World Heavyweight Championship. Randy Orton beat Sheamus to become the clear #1 Contender to face Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Championship. While a definite rivalry has developed between the two, there is also a mutual respect between these two competitors, culminating in Randy Orton congratulating Undertaker in the ring after victory. The World Heavyweight Championship will be won in a hard fought battle, the way champions are meant to be crowned.

                        What will the Smackdown Elimination Chamber have in store? Perhaps an opportunity to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania?

                        The Miz (C) v. CM Punk v. Triple H v. Mick Foley v. Brock Lesnar v. John Cena

                          Now that we've gotten a preview, here's the show!

                          To start us off, the WWE Tag Team Championship match. Tables, ladders, and chairs surround the ring, and the titles hang in the balance. Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel vs Bobby Roode and Ted DiBiase.

                          Two new tag teams look to make their mark in a match-type made famous by legendary tag teams such as the Hardy Boyz, the Dudleys, and Edge and Christian.

                          The match starts with a split in which Gabriel goes after Roode and Kidd for DiBiase. Roode goes for a ladder first, and shortly after Tyson Kidd throws one in the ring. The second ladder is knocked down by Ted. The team of Roode and DiBiase begins to dominate for a bit. Kidd and DiBiase go up a ladder, Kidd gets off, and the ladder is hit down by Gabriel, leaving Ted to fall down. Later, Kidd and Roode are on the outside, and Roode busts open Kidd with a steel chair. After that Gabriel and Roode make their way up a ladder, both of them throwing punches, and Roode falls to the mat. Justin Gabriel is pushed by DiBiase off the ladder. Some moments later, Roode and Gabriel are up the ladder again, both of them hit off by their opponents' partners. Gabriel and Kidd get the advatage: Gabriel hits a hurricanrana on Ted into a ladder, while Tyson Kidd hits a neckbreaker-type manuever on Roode. Gabriel sets up for a finisher but DiBiase reverses and hits Dream Street. Roode goes up a ladder while DiBiase sends Gabriel into the corner. Kidd recovers after being down but not in time, as Roode falls down with the title.

                          It was a good match, with lots of twists and turns, and a hard-earned win for the new pairing of Ted DiBiase and Bobby Roode.

                          New WWE Tag Team Champions:
                          Bobby Roode and Ted DiBiase

                          For the second contest of the night, the U.S. Title is on the line. Samoa Joe defends the gold against Batista and Mark Henry. It is set to be the first of two Extreme Rules matches tonight.

                          We're off and Batista starts to beat up on Mark Henry early on. Samoa Joe smartly observes the action for the most part, but Henry and Batista do go after him at points. Batista and Joe then team up and attack Henry, with Batista finally hitting him with a big boot before heading to the outside. Mark Henry and Samoa Joe follow. Joe does some posing as Batista grabs what looks to be a fake belt from the crowd. Henry gets a kendo stick at the same time while Joe lifts up the steel steps. He bashes Mark with them and the belt which he snatches from Batista. Batista goes to get a table until Joe smacks him with the belt. He unleashes on Mark Henry once again while Batista recovers and seizes a guitar from the crowd. He strikes Samoa Joe but Joe shakes it off and locks in the Coquina Clutch on the World's Strongest Man who gives up as quickly as possible.

                          Although it was a fast end, this bout went longer than expected and the essence of Extreme Rules was certainly felt. It was a telling victory for Samoa Joe who proved he could he can handle the WWE's stronger competition, as well as that he could be hardcore.

                          The third contest is the second Extreme Rules match. On the line is the Intercontinental Championship, with the rookie Dean Ambrose, who won the title on Smackdown some time ago, trying to maintain his title against #1 Contenders Triple H and the former champion Christian. It should be an excellent encounter and it will be interesting to see if Ambrose can continue his first reign as champion.

                          Brawling ensues, and Ambrose is holding his own. More fighting between HHH and Christian as Ambrose observes. Ambrose and Christian begin to team up on Triple H. Later, Triple H begins to have the momentum, then Christian hits a tornado DDT on Ambrose. Non-stop action, as Ambrose slugs Triple H and Christian finishes him off with a spinning heel kick. Ambrose plants The Game with a huge DDT, and Ambrose attempts Midnight Special on Christian, only to be stopped by HHH. Ambrose then misses a Knee Trembler, and Christian counters a punch from Triple H into a Killswitch. Triple H kips up, and makes a comeback: he hits a series of punches, irish whip, and his signature high knee. Christian is up in a few moments and lands a bulldog on HHH. He goes for a pin but it's broken up by Ambrose quickly. Ambrose hits the Midnight Special on Christian, and goes for the 3 count, but Triple H stops it. The Game sets up Ambrose for a Pedigree but Christian is there for the save. Ambrose hits HHH with a Lou Thesz press and his pin is stopped by Christian again. Lots of near-falls so far, and good, fast-paced action, as Triple H irish-whips Captain Charisma into a Pedigree, and his pin is broken up by Ambrose. All men are feeling the pain in this match. Christian breaks up yet another Pedigree, and Triple H is knocked down by Ambrose. Christian attempts a pin now, but is stopped. Ambrose flatlines Christian and calls for the Midnight Special, only to be hindered by HHH. The Game connects with a piledriver on Christian and has his pin stopped at 1. Triple H busts open Christian and sends Dean Ambrose into the corner for a clothesline, followed by a spinebuster. Christian is able to break up the count at very close to 3. He brings HHH in for another tornado DDT and Ambrose tries to steal the pin. Triple H hits the Pedigree on Christian and Ambrose halts the pin at a close 2. Ambrose grabs a sledgehammer but Christian lands another Killswitch. Triple H follows up with another spinebuster. The Game tries to finish off Ambrose with a Pedigree twice, but Christian doesn't allow it. Ambrose flatlines Christian once more, only to be whipped into a Pedigree by HHH. The match is saved by Christian whom stops another pin attempt. Ambrose gets back up and hits a Knee Trembler on Triple H. He goes for the win, and Christian staggers but is unable to break it up. Ambrose retains.

                          What a match put on by these three. There was action at every point, near-finishes over and over. There was a lot of heart and determination from every man, and it didn't look like any of them wanted to lose. Every man gave it their all. The match was especially good more because of the suspense rather than the moves executed.

                          It was a huge win for Ambrose, who is riding high now in winning the biggest match of his life. He is enjoying a great first reign as a champion and awaits a new challenger. You have to wonder who will be able to end his reign and when.

                          *After the match, Triple H was carted off on a stretcher due to his injuries. It is unknown when he will be able to return but we'll update you as soon as more information is known.

                          Now we have the Elimination Chamber, for the vacant World Heavyweight Title. You have to think Sheamus is watching at home to see who will steal his title away.

                          The Rock and The Undertaker are out first. Rock has the advantage as he lands some DDTs and a Samoan drop. Taker sends him in the corner as Orton exits his chamber. There's some teaming up on Taker then Orton. Orton fights Taker but Rock takes down Orton. Kane is fourth and he goes for Orton.
                          Undertaker is in control, as he sidewalk-slams The Rock and big boots him. Orton hits a Viperplex on Kane as the Rock makes a comeback on Taker. He float-over DDTs him as Cody Rhodes makes his way in. Kane and Orton are going back and forth as Cody goes for The Deadman, after The Rock lands another Samoan drop. The Great One then has his eyes on Rhodes, who goes for both him and Undertaker. Meanwhile, Kane stomps on Orton and tries to get the 3 count, but Orton is out at 2. More brawling and Orton connects with an RKO on Cody. Taker/Kane/Rock battle and Daniel Bryan comes out last. He is after The Rock and Kane. Kane/Taker, Orton/Rhodes, Rock/DB match up and bodies are everywhere. Orton hits a Skull-Crushing Finale-like move on Rhodes then a knee and another RKO. Orton is taken down and gets back up as the others continue fighting. Undertaker eliminates Randy Orton with a Tombstone Piledriver. Taker gets fired up and sends Cody Rhodes into the corner. He clotheslines him, hits some snake eyes, and finishes up with a huge boot. Bryan flying clotheslines Kane and does his signature elbows to the shoulder. Rhodes is back up later and eliminates The Rock with CrossRhodes. Daniel Bryan snatches Cody and locks in the YES Lock. Cody is quick to tap out. Undertaker and Kane are going toe to toe. Taker sends Kane into the corner and shortly after Bryan is able to surprise The Big Red Monster with a crucifix pin for a 3 count. Lastly are Daniel Bryan and The Phenom. Bryan gets some shots in and then a double-underhook suplex on the Undertaker. He follows up with his signature elbows once more and then cinches in the YES Lock on the Undertaker. With nowhere to go the Deadman gives it up and Daniel Bryan is the new World Heayweight Champion!

                          A big win for Daniel Bryan as he reclaims the gold. He certainly looked the best tonight and the YES Lock was proved to be a true submission that can do damage to the best of them. He also did really well for himself considering the size difference between him and the rest. The Undertaker, in my opinion, is definitely in line for a shot at the champ soon for his efforts.

                          Lots of exciting action although the eliminations were quick and the chamber wasn't really a factor. It was a great, fast-paced match, and I'm interested to see who is next to face Bryan for the championship.

                          New World Heavyweight Champion:
                          Daniel Bryan

                          Next is the WWE Championship match, pitting C.M. Punk against the Big Show in a Steel Cage Match.
                          David vs. Goliath with the championship on the line. It's definitely in Punk's favor as he is more nimble than Show, and as such will be able to climb and get out of the cage faster. But perhaps Big Show will use his strength and power to beat Punk down until he is out long enough for him to escape the cage.
                          We'll have to see.

                          Punk starts us off with his backhands + slaps combo and Big Show is knocked into the corner. Punk hits Show with a high doubleknee to the back. Show gets out and throws him to a different corner. He shoulderthrusts Punk who gets out and and sends Big Show down with a Russian leg sweep. He follows with his combo of hits and then runs and clutches Show until turning him around for a CrossRhodes-type manuever. Next he back drops the big man. The Big Show is up and tosses C.M. Punk into the turnbuckle. He tells the crowd to SHHHH, and does a HUGE chop to the chest of the champ. Punk is back up and somehow lifts the 500-pound man and slams him down, almost like a wrestling takedown. The Second-City Saint lands yet another of his combos, ending with a vicious kick o the head. He back drops him again then the two trade some shots until Punk eye rakes him. Show is into the corner again and Punk does his high knee/bulldog signature combination. He calls for the GTS. As Big Show rises, he grabs the large man and lifts him. He connects with the Go To Sleep and Big Show is out cold.

                          Punk scurries up the cage and then as he gets higher up he slows down. As he is near the top, Big Show recovers. He's too late to stop Punk, however, who swiftly escapes.

                          It was a quick match, and it seems Punk came ready. He knew like the fans watching at home that if he could keep the big man down he could come out with the win.

                          Some are likely to think of this as an unearned and suspect victory. I have a feeling people were expecting more out of this match, but nonetheless, Punk defends his title in a good performance.

                          Perhaps a rematch is in store, one where there will be no way out?
                          Or is the champ going to move on to a new contender?

                          To top off an exciting night, the big one, the Royal Rumble, is up!

                          Without detailing the entire match, here's a sum up of what happened:

                          ~~~~~Royal Rumble Statistics~~~~~
                          * AJ Styles remained in the longest, lasting from #10 until #23.
                          * No Cinderella story here, #1 entrant Damien Sandow lasted only until #3 before being eliminated by Randy Orton.
                          * There were only a few alliances in this match, started mostly by Mark Henry. Only 4 Superstars were eliminated by more than one person, with Mark Henry being involved with two of them.
                          * The most eliminations compiled were by AJ Styles, who during his lengthy stay in the Rumble eliminated four other Superstars.
                          * The last entrant didn't find himself with an easy win, as #40 entrant Alberto Del Rio was only in for a bit before being tossed by Dolph Ziggler.
                            -----
                            After weeks of turmoil, the former WWE Unified Tag Team Champions finally got a chance to settle their differences at Elimination Chamber, in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The match would quickly spill outside the ring, but many near falls later, R-Truth would finally pick up the victory inside the ring, pinning Kofi.
                            Cody Rhodes was the first WWE superstar to successfully take on the general manager's bounty against Ezekiel Jackson, defeating Big Zeke in an Extreme Rules match on Smackdown. In return, the GM rewarded Cody Rhodes with an Intercontinental Championship opportunity at Extreme Rules. However, Christian proved to be too much for Rhodes, retaining his championship after a very hard fought battle.
                            With Randy Orton winning a match to be the clear #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match was non-title. Mark Henry would be the last man standing among many of Smackdown's elite, that included Edge, Sheamus, Rey Mysterio, Daniel Bryan, and Ezekiel Jackson. Surely this win will have huge implications for Mark Henry heading into Wrestlemania.
                            With Kharma dominating the Women's division on Raw, it was time for Smackdown's women to get an opportunity to shine. Natalya would win the WWE Divas Championship in a triple threat match against Eve, and champion Kelly Kelly, to be greeted by Michelle McCool afterwards. McCool has been hanging around both champions of the women's division the past few weeks, what could be running through the returning diva's mind?
                            The World Heavyweight Championship was up for grabs in a 1 v. 1 matchup between challenger Randy Orton and the champion Undertaker. The two have shown lots of mutual respect towards each other in the recent weeks, while both having one single goal in mind - the World Heavyweight Championship and the opportunity to headline Wrestlemania. Undertaker would survive an RKO from The Viper and hold on to win, retaining his championship. Undertaker heads into Wrestlemania with not only his streak on the line, but the world championship as well.
                            WWE Champion The Miz has made a lot of enemies in recent weeks since winning the WWE Championship, and at Elimination Chamber was trapped inside a cage with all of them. The Most Must See Champion would use his cunning to pick up an impressive 4 eliminations in the chamber, including the most important elimination, pinning Mick Foley to retain the WWE Championship. The Miz has been out to prove that his win wasn't a fluke, and that he is among the best that the WWE has to offer. His win at Elimination Chamber guarantees that he will be headlining Wrestlemania, truly placing himself among some of the all time greats.
                            Going forward, the question remains, what of Royal Rumble winner The Rock?                                 Match 1- Xdivision champion Austin Aries vs Kazarine w/ christopher daniels. Highlights- These 2 x divisioners took the match to its limit. High flying, Cheating and much much more. Christopher seemed to keep interfearing everytime A double went for his pins. Match ended with Austin Aries knocking Daniels off of the apron and hit his finishing move the braibuster for the 1..2..3 WINNER- Austin Aries
                                Match 2- AJ Styles vs Kane. highlights- The bell rang and kane went for the clothesline but AJ ducked as kane hit the ref. The 2 didnt seem to care and went on with the match. Christopher Daniels ran down to the ring and connected with the BME as kane went for the pin Daniels woke up thee ref. 1..........................2...................... .....3 WINNER- Kane
                                Match 3- RVD vs Jeff Jarret highlights- The match went on and off. Jarret would dominate then RVD then back to Jarret. But the rolling thunder and 5 star frog splash was enough to get RVD the victory. WINNER- RVD
                                Backstage- Bobby Roode- Hey Kurt, tonight I want to win this one, so dont tag me in till the end. And only tag me in if Hardys in so I can get the pin on HIM, not James, HARDY! if we win and i pin hardy, I may give you a title shot. You got it.
                                Kust Angle- Fine, Ill look like the dominant one and you get the pin. As long as I get my Hands on Storm, Im fine.
                                Main Event- Jeff Hardy and James Storm vs Kurt Angle and Bobby Roode. hihglights- just like Angle and Roode said. Kurt Angle dominates the match on his own and when hes ready he tags in roode so he gets the pin. I didnt even play this match it was the comp playing both sides and for some reason, he actually didnt tag Roode in yet. Jeff Hardy gets the upper hand on Kurt as he chucks him outside the ring and connects with the senton to the outside. Hardy and Storm kept tagging in and out with awesome double team moves. I guess that happens when you were apart of the 2 greatest tag teams ( The hardyz & Beer Money). It looked like Storm went for the super kick but Angle revearsed it and connected with the german suplex. Kurt went for the tag but Roode wasnt there, he was battling with hardy on the other side of the ring. He had to finish off the job himself and go for the Angle Slam but Storm revearsed it and hit the super kick. 1..2.. NO Roode breaks it up and gets back in his corner. He tags in Hardy. but kurt revearses a move from hardy and tagged in roode. He wasnt ment to untilhe was sure jeff was down. But he fought anyway. He dominated hardy and connected with the Fishermans Suplex. 1..2..3. Roode picks up the victory. WINNERS- Roode & Angle
                                Stings music plays and here comes sting.
