Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

      Alberto Del Rio is back!

After being injured by Sheamus weeks ago on Battlezone, Alberto Del Rio made his return this past week on Smackdown, attacking Sheamus after his victory over Rey Mysterio. It seems as if these 2 men have unfinished business to settle with each other.

Earlier in the week, WWE Champion The Miz faced off against World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker on Raw, in what many thought would be the time for Royal Rumble winner The Rock to finally choose his Wrestlemania opponent. The party was crashed, however, when instead it was Brock Lesnar who came out during the match. Brock Lesnar would get himself involved, attacking The Miz, continuing the problems these 2 have had for the past couple months. Brock Lesnar's claim is that since he is the one who put The Rock out of action, he should be the one to take his Wrestlemania spot against the WWE Champion. Will it be Brock Lesnar instead who challenges for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania? Stay tuned as we see how this storyline plays out over the coming weeks!

Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

As I head into the final couple weeks before Wrestlemania, I have the following matches penciled in for the event:

        WWE Championship
The Miz (C) v. Brock Lesnar
With The Rock injured by Brock Lesnar, he has been unable to claim his title opportunity earned by winning the Royal Rumble. Instead, Lesnar has laid claim to that position, feeling entitled to a title opportunity at Wrestlemania after being the one to put The Rock out of commission. By injuring The Rock, crashing the Royal Rumble Winner's Event, as well as crashing a #1 Contender's Match for The Rock's spot at the WWE Championship, Brock Lesnar has put himself square in the title picture for Wrestlemania. Will Brock Lesnar make it to Wrestlemania? Will The People's Champion be back in time to claim his rightful place? How will The Miz' recent alliance with Michelle McCool impact the title picture?

        WWE World Heavyweight Championship
        Undertaker (C) v. Mark Henry
After winning the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match at the PPV of the same name, Mark Henry has set his sights on the Dead Man, believing that the Elimination Chamber victory has given him claim to a World Heavyweight Championship opportunity. Also on the line will be Undertaker's undefeated record at Wrestlemania.

        WWE Intercontinental Championship
        Christian (C) v. Edge
The two close friends and long time tag team partners will duke it out for the Intercontinental Championship after Edge defeated Daniel Bryan to become the #1 Contender. Edge has been on a bit of a slide as of late, but a match with long time friend Christian with the Intercontinental Championship on the line could be just what the Rated R Superstar needs to get himself back on track. How will the relationship between these two be impacted by this match?

        Shawn Michaels v. Batista
Batista set his sights on Shawn Michaels before HBK put Batista out of action. Since returning to the WWE recently, Batista has been on a tear to get to Michaels. Batista finally got his hands on Mr. Wrestlemania, giving him a vicious assault with a steel pipe. The Showstopper will have to come with everything he's got if he wants to overcome The Animal.

WWE Women's / Divas Championship Unification
WWE Women's Champion Kharma v. WWE Divas Champion Natalya
With Kharma winning the once defunct WWE Women's Championship, and Natalya winning the WWE Divas Championship, conflict has arisen over just who is the real champion of the women's division. These two competitors will face off to answer that once and for all.

The first Raw before our next PPV..

          Spoiler

Yes, No Way Out has returned! But instead of in June, the PPV will be held in February as it did in the past. Going into Wrestlemania, the champions will have proved their worth for sure, since the PPV is likely to be one filled with brutal match types where a winner must be crowned.

We start off Raw with a major announcement.

The Divas division is no more, it is said, because there needs to be more room open on the card for the newer talent and the other wrestlers who haven't got as much TV time. New Superstars such as Tensai, Ryback, and Seth Rollins along with others yet to debut are better set to get chances to make their mark.

It is also announced that several talents have been demoted to further this new talent initiative.

We find out the card tonight, which sees World Tag Champs Jimmy Boom put the belts on the line against No. 1 Contenders Michael McGillicutty and Mason Ryan, and more battles to decide challengers for the other titles.

In a surprise, GM Teddy Long makes it known there will be 3 Raw and 3 Smackdown matches at No Way Out.

Raw will hold a 6-Man Hell in A Cell Match for the Intercontinental Championship as well as a 6-Man Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship. For the World Tag Team Titles there will be a Steel Cage Match.

Smackdown's matches for the event will be revealed on Friday.

To decide who will join the champions in these matchups, over the next few weeks there will be 5 one-on-one battles. The winners will be the five challengers to the respective champions.

For the first match of the night, Chris Benoit faces AJ Styles to see who will be our second entrant into the chamber for the WWE Title. The stipulation is that it is a 10-Minute Extreme Rules Ironman Match.
In this way a win will be more decisive.

Plenty of good back-and-forth action with Benoit throwing around his usual suplexes. Weapons begin to get grabbed around the halfway mark. AJ does some work with a kendo stick and Benoit tries to fight back with a steel chair. Styles does an excellent string of moves including brainbusters, a snap suplex and finally a backbreaker-Russian leg sweep combo then lands Superman and gets the first fall with 6 minutes to go. Signature German suplex trifecta by the Rabid Wolverine and he secures AJ Styles in the Crippler Crossface at 5:13. AJ Styles doesn't give in and we're back to weaponry. Benoit grabs a table only to be hit with it by Styles. AJ props the table in the corner and later Benoit powerbombs him through. 3:31 to go and after some shots with the kendo stick Benoit still can't pick up a 3 count. We're at 3:04 and after a dropkick in the corner Benoit is down for 3. Another Crossface but Styles reverses. More kendo shots this time from AJ and he keeps Chris Benoit down for his third fall. With almost a minute left Benoit beats down Styles and connects with a backbreaker for his first pin. AJ Styles does some springboard and apron splashes on Benoit until finally hitting Superman for a second time for his fourth pinfall. He tries for five but time expires.

          Final Score
          -------------
          AJ Styles - 4
          Chris Benoit - 1

The Phenomenal One looked dominant and is very commendable of an Elimination Chamber berth after this one.

Now to add a competitor to the IC Title match, The Miz faces Drew McIntyre. It is a straight up No-DQ match, no holds barred.

The two take turns changing momentum until the action goes to the outside and Miz assaults McIntyre with a trash can. McIntyre turns the tide, suplexing The Miz onto a guitar and attacking him with a kendo stick. He hits a Complete Shot then Future Shock but The Miz escapes the ring. He gets back in and beats Drew with the kendo stick and hits a huge boot to the face. Finally he connects with the Skull-Crushing Finale and this fast yet brutal match is over.

The Miz joins champion Dean Ambrose in the Hell in A Cell at No Way Out.

And next we have the World Tag Team Championship Match: R-Truth and Kofi Kingston, the champs, versus No #1 Contenders Michael McGillicutty and Mason Ryan in an Extreme Rules 15-minute Ironman match.

McG and Ryan are out first but while Kofi and R-Truth walk down the ramp they are attacked by Zig/Swag. Perhaps those two are still out for a title shot and are angry they haven't been given one yet.

McG/Ryan try to take advantage of the situation but Jimmy Boom is back up and fighting. The teams brawl for a bit and McGillicutty brings Kofi and the fight to the outside while Truth works on Mason Ryan. McG nabs a cup of beer from the crowd and throws it into Kofi's face. Ryan and McGillicutty are back in front as McG bashes Kofi with a ladder and Ryan punches R-Truth to the over the ropes. McG and Ryan follow and Ryan smacks Truth viciously with a guitar grabbed from the crowd. Pinfall attempt is no good as Truth kicks out at 2. Mason Ryan hits R-Truth now with a chair before coming in the ring and assaulting Kofi. McG takes a turn beating down Truth with a chair while Ryan continues his domination over Kingston inside, hitting him with a ladder. Kofi kips up but ends up being hit with the House of Pain. R-Truth and McGillicutty are back in and Truth swings a belt wildly, knocking out McG and Kofi. R-Truth's shoulder crashes into a chair as he is whipped into the turnbuckle, while Mason Ryan hits another side slam manuever on Kofi. McG works on R-Truth and there's a double pin by McG/Ryan. One of Jimmy Boom kicks out but the other does not. Quickly after another pin is scored for McG/Ryan. It's 2-0 as McG lands the McGillicutter on Truth. He's out for the 3 count but Ryan busts open Kofi with the belt just in case. Now 3-0, and there's sigs and finishers everywhere, as Truth hits Truth or Consequences on McG and Ryan plants Kofi with the Hall of Pain again. Truth gives Jimmy Boom a fighting chance as he takes down McGillicutty with the Little Jimmy for their first fall. A few minutes later Kofi picks up his side of the slack by rolling up Mason Ryan. Things pick up shortly after: Kofi lands Trouble in Paradise on Ryan and R-Truth corkscrew-elbows McG. Kofi ties it up at 3 with the pin. Ryan and McG take the lead once more: Ryan suplexes Truth and pins him while McGillicutty Perfectplexes Kofi for another point. They're at it again when Ryan hits his sideslam move and pins Kofi while McGillicutty suplexes Truth faces first through a ladder. Truth and McG trade pins and at 6:15 to go it's 7-4 in favor of McG and Ryan. Two more falls by Kofi/Truth on the leaders and now it's 7-6. Truth and McG pick up points on their respective opponents and the score is 8-7. R-Truth does the Little Jimmy and McG is down for 3 and we're tied again, at 8. Kofi taps out with almost three minutes to go and McG's team is ahead. A minute later and R-Truth is layed out. 10-8 for Ryan/McG. The McGillicutter is executed and R-Truth takes the fall again. He redeems himself with barely any time left as he gets two pins but it's not enough and Jimmy Boom loses the titles at a final score of 11-10.

Quite a long summary but I think this match deserves it. This was a tag match for the ages and a unique one at that. It was a very harsh match and defined the Extreme Rules style. Both teams gave it their all and the new team of Michael McGillicutty and Mason Ryan proved dominant tonight. They looked a step up on Jimmy Boom the whole match and did everything possible to ensure their opponents were down. Jimmy Boom definitely is in line for a rematch though, seeing as how they were attacked beforehand and weren't given a fair chance to compete. One would think they would enter the #1 Contender's tournament to get another shot at the champs.

          Final Score
          -------------
          McG/Ryan - 11
          Jimmy Boom - 10

          New World Tag Team Champions:
          McG and Mason Ryan

For the main event of the night, Edge battles the Big Show, who is coming off a championship match loss. The World's Largest Athlete's likely won't be all smiles as he has been in the past when he meets the Rated-R Superstar. The victor takes a spot in the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Title.

It's all Show at the start as he pummels Edge with strikes, finally sending him to the outside. Edge wants to get a ladder into it but it backfires as Show hits him with it and is on him again. Edge starts to gain the momentum but Show is able to stop it. Big Show goes for a chair only for Edge to take it from him. Show denies Edge of a chair shot and connects with the Showstopper. Edge rises but is victim of a huge chokeslam. That's all she wrote and Big Show has forced his way back into the title picture.

The Big Show plowed through Edge in minutes and looks to be a force to be reckoned with come No Way Out in the steel structure that is the Elimination Chamber. So far he is up against AJ Styles and the champion, C.M. Punk.

Who are the other 3 joining them in the WWE Championship match? Will the Big Show get his revenge, or will C.M. Punk stand tall? Or perhaps a new star will rise to the occasion?

We will find out at No Way Out, but until then, the road continues on the next Raw. Make sure you tune in.

          Final Card:
          AJ Styles def. Chris Benoit
          The Miz def. Drew McIntyre
McG and Mason Ryan def. Jimmy Boom to become new World Tag Team Champions
          Big Show def. Edge

Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

            Wrestlemania Preview

FINALLY! THE ROCK HAS COME BACK! And he's going to Wrestlemania!!

The People's Champ has been missing since shortly after his Royal Rumble victory, put out of action by Brock Lesnar who has since made his own claims to The Rock's Wrestlemania spot. It was looking as though it would be Lesnar going to Wrestlemania to face the WWE Champion The Miz, but The Rock would make his return on Battlezone, leading up to Wrestlemania, and claiming the spot that is rightfully his. After defeating Brock Lesnar in a 1 v. 1 match on Smackdown, The Rock is once again officially the #1 Contender and has his shot at the WWE Championship.

There's more than just the streak on the line when Undertaker defends his World Heavyweight Championship against the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry, who catapulted himself into the #1 Contender's Spot by winning the Smackdown Elimination Chamber, and subsequently attacking the Dead Man on numerous occasions. As a result, Mark Henry got an opportunity to end Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak along with becoming the new World Heavyweight Championship, or become just another one of Undertaker's victims.

Batista made a return from injury to finish some business that he had started - taking out Shawn Michaels. Batista seemed to have his sights set on HBK, and after returning from injury, that hasn't changed. Batista has been on a path of destruction the past few weeks, and now finally The Animal and the Heartbreak Kid will settle their differences.

Alberto Del Rio and Sheamus have had quite a brutal and bloody rivalry that resulted in Del Rio missing significant time. Since returning, the brutality between these two men has only amplified, leaving them to settle their differences in the ultimate method - Hell In A Cell. The vicious rivalry will reach the pinnacle of violence in this demonic structure that will resolve this conflict once and for all.

After defeating Daniel Bryan to become the #1 Contender, Edge will face his long time friend Christian for the Intercontinental Championship. The mutual respect for these two men should lead to a great match, but a regular match will not be nearly enough to allow these guys to show off their full potential. Instead, these two will compete for the Intercontinental Championship in the match they made famous - TLC.

Thursday night's Battlezone had United States Champion Santino Marella losing his title in a 6 man elimination match. The rookie Franchise408 would get the victory, winning his first ever championship in the WWE. Now on the World's Grandest Stage, the rookie defends his title against the former champion.

            WWE United States Championship
            Franchise408 (C) v. Santino Marella

            Batista v. Shawn Michaels

TLC Match - WWE Intercontinental Championship
            Christian (C) v. Edge

            WWE World Heavyweight Championship
            Undertaker (C) v. Mark Henry

            Hell In A Cell
            Alberto Del Rio v. Sheamus

Re: Official: How's your WWE 12 Universe going?

I’m back. Finally. I was able to save my Universe despite switching PS3s after my first one overheated many months ago so I am picking it back up where it was left off, but big changes are coming. It’s too routine to me. I am contemplating doing a ‘re-draft’ or at least changing the titles around. We’ll see. I think I am going to change the main titles, making the WHC the world title for Smackdown and making the WWE title the main one for Raw, the brand I use more. I don’t like the decision of the new WWE title, but I hate how the old one is referred to as “Attitude Era’s.” I know, I’m impossible to please. It just feels like the WHC shouldn’t be more prestigious than THE WWE Championship. I wish they had the winged eagle belt in this game. If only. That will always be the real title to me. I’m thinking at the least that I might ‘draft’ the champions to opposite brands just to re-shuffle the deck a bit. I’m still thinking on it. I did, however, change the Women’s Title to the Diva’s and it is shared by the brands due to the low number of competitors. Anyway…

              SummerSlam

              Diva’s Championship
              Singles
              Kelly Kelly v. Natalya ©

It was an unusually balanced start to SummerSlam with a fair bit of back and forth between the women. Kelly Kelly almost got it, but Natalya hit the sharpshooter and it was over. Title retained.

              Intercontinental Championship
              Singles
The Miz v. Rob Van Dam ©

In his first title defense after successfully cashing in his Money in the Bank against Jeff Hardy, RVD squared off against The Miz. Miz started off strong, but Van Dam battled back. A few acrobatic moves and a handful of well placed kicks left Miz stunned enough for RVD to hit a DDT followed by the frog splash. 1-2-3, title retained.

              Tag Team Championship
              Extreme Rules
Demolition v. Legion of Doom ©

In a throw back to days of old, Demolition nearly carried the day until Animal hit the powerslam on Ax while Smash was distracted by Hawk. With the momentary distraction, Animal seized the chance to make the pin. LOD retained their titles.

              WWE Championship
              Triple Threat Steel Cage
Brock Lesnar v. Randy Orton v. Kurt Angle ©

A late decision. The universe wanted to have a third rematch between Lesnar and Angle which I refused to allow so I subbed in Randy Orton to make it more interesting. This was decided to be the “final” showdown between these three so it was made a little more spectacular with the inclusion of a steel cage. In apparently a sign that the computer just won’t let Kurt Angle lose, he scaled the cage and scored the win in his third defense over Lesnar and his first outright over Orton. I don’t know what to make of that. Title retained.

              Singles Match
Hollywood Hulk Hogan v. Shawn Michaels

This was a great match that I have already decided will have to have a sequel. I tried to build this up in the months between Fatal 4-Way and now. It really started by with the Universe’s decision to have Kevin Nash defect on HBK and break from their union. It was that decision that made me create he nWo in this Universe and generated the idea to emulate reality a bit. HBK and a returning Hulk Hogan found themselves in a number of related matches, but never one-on-one. This one was quite a bit of fun. In true fashion, it was pretty back and forth. I controlled Michaels and had my hands full right from the start. I got the upper hand when I brought the fight outside and back body dropped him through the announcer’s table. Shawn busted open The Hulkster’s head with a DDT outside. Once we were back into the ring, Hollywood Hogan almost ended it with a resurgence. He hit the big boot on Michaels and went for the pin, but HBK rolled out with the ring escape before he could get the pin. After a few exchanges that concluded with a superplex on Hogan that really took a lot of both men. I got to my feet first after a moment on the mat, and—in true Michaels fashion—went to the top rope for the elbow drop. After connecting with that, HBK tuned up the band and hit the music. Shawn earned the win and it will have interesting results going forward.

              World Heavyweight Championship
              Singles
Stone Cold Steve Austin v. Triple H ©

Their rivalry has finally returned to rear its mostly ugly head as the main event of SummerSlam. Austin is still a heel in the universe so it brought an odd dynamic to the bout as Triple H prepared for another title defense. I knew something was up when HHH entered first only to have a cutscene trigger where he was attacked by Austin. Austin battled with him outside and banged him up quite a bit early on, smashing his head off the post and using the barrier against him. Austin hit an early Stunner and went for the pin only to break it off immediately and argue with the ref before throwing him across the ring. HHH emerged while the ref was down and took control the match, becoming the dominant of the two. It looked over when he hit the spine buster followed by the Pedigree… only to have Austin kick out. I don’t like that the CPU kicks out of finishers so frequently. After some back and forth, Austin hit the Stunner again and got the pin to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. After the match, Austin stopped celebrating and took a chair to HHH... but was stopped by a sudden, unexpected visit from The Rock who raced to Hunter’s aid. Or so it seemed. After chasing away the new champion, The Rock took the chair and battered Triple H with it. End show.

The Last of Us is the Citizen Kane of video-games. It is better than every game that has ever come before it, and is the new benchmark for all games to follow. It is nothing short of a work of art.

                -----

After winning the United States Championship on Thursday Night Battlezone in a 6 Man Elimination Match, the rookie Franchise408 defended his new title at his first Wrestlemania appearance. The rookie's title defense would be successful, unfortunately the cost would be high for the former champion Santino Marella, who was removed from the ring in a stretcher.

Edge & Christian made their careers in the late 90's and early 2000's in TLC matches. As such, when Edge won the #1 Contender spot for Christian's Intercontinental Championship, it was only fitting that the two compete in the match that they made famous. The match would be just as much of a classic as any of their others, and the match took its toll on both men. The match ended when Edge would spear Christian from the top rope towards the outside of the ring. Following this memorable Wrestlemania moment, Edge would climb the ladder and grab the belt to become the new champion.

Batista had set his sights on Shawn Michaels the past few weeks, and the two finally settled their differences at Wrestlemania. The match would come to an end after 3 consecutive Sweet Chin Musics from HBK, putting The Animal down for the 1... 2... 3...

Undertaker put more than just his streak on the line as he defended his World Heavyweight Championship against The World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry. After it was all said and done, Mark Henry would become just another victim of the Undertaker's streak.

A brutal and violent rivalry between Alberto Del Rio and Sheamus came to its peak at Wrestlemania in Hell In A Cell. The match was was even more vicious than the rivalry leading up to it, as both men utilized the demonic structure to dish out the damage to their opponent. After much fighting outside the ring and around the cage, the fight finally spilled out after Alberto Del Rio German suplexed Sheamus through the cage wall. The 2 climbed to the top of the cage, where after some fighting, Del Rio would send Sheamus through the cage to the ring below, where he'd pick up the win.

The Rock had been out of action for the better part of 2 months after winning the Royal Rumble. He came back just before Wrestlemania to claim his main event spot that was nearly stolen from him by Brock Lesnar. When The People's Champion returned, everyone expected a glorious end to the story. However, The Most Must See Champion had other plans. The Miz, who has been on quite the roll the past couple months, continued his momentum by defeating The Rock and retaining his championship on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

In the aftermath of Wrestlemania, Monday Night Raw saw 2 matches with draft picks on the line. The first match was a Divas match between Kharma from Raw, and Natalya from Smackdown. Kharma won the match, winning a draft pick for Raw. With the pick, Justin Gabriel made the change from Smackdown to Raw.

The 2nd match was between Big Show from Raw, and Undertaker from Smackdown. Undertaker would pick up the victory, which would bring John Cena over to Friday nights with Smackdown's draft pick.

The draft continues this Friday night on Friday Night Smackdown.

This may be a stupid question but... Did you guys know you can defend titles that aren't listed as the main 4? I just found out you could and feel stupid now.

Yea we knew, but it is a pretty cool feature. It's cool though, it took me awhile to figure it out as well.

I just wish you could turn those belts off, so they don't show up when you don't want to use them in the Universe Mode.

It's the Thursday after the Rumble, and things are heating up in the title picture for No Way Out!

Here on Heat tonight the title matches for February's PPV event will become more clear. There are still spots open for every match and some will be filled by the time we're done.

A participant will be added to the U.S. Title match as well as the Intercontinental and World Tag Title matches.

First up is the World Tag Title tournament match. Since Michael McGillicutty and Mason Ryan won the gold on Raw, the former champions, Jimmy Boom, or Kofi Kingston and R-Truth, are eligible to enter.

Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger, the team also known as Zig/Swag, will be appeased and given the first opportunity to move on, since they showed their frustration at not being in a title match by practically costing the former champions their titles. They will get their shot in a Tables Match against the new acquistions, the Motor City Machine Guns, formerly of TNA. The table match, of course, being the match type in which ZigSwag lost to the Colons for #1 Contendership.

The pairs brawl and MCMG look good so far. The latter is dominating at one point and both Ziggler and Swagger nearly go through tables. Shelley misses a spear on Swagger and crashes through a table but avoids elimination. Swagger takes advantage and hits the Swagger Bomb and then the Gutwrench Powerbomb. Ziggler knocks out Sabin with a missile dropkick but MCMG are back up. Shelley kips up and does his signature kicks on Swagger while Sabin connects with the Cradle Shock on DZ. Moments later Shelley is beating down Swagger and Sabin spears Dolph through a table for the win. The Motor City Machine Guns advance.

Moving on we see there is to be challengers for the U.S. Title. How many is unknown until Smackdown. But there is one match tonight where a winner will be a contender.

Former U.S. Champ Santino goes one-one-one with one of the blue brand's new additions: TNA star Austin Aries. It is Extreme Rules style.

Aries is on Santino early. Soon enough weapons fill the ring and after a bulldog onto a trash can the former champ is back in it. But in given time Aries bashes Santino with a steel chair, hits a Death Valley Driver and then connects with the Brainbuster for three. He advances to the US Title match.

To finish up Heat, the IC Title Tourney continues. Zack Ryder faces off against the returning Shelton Benjamin. The winner moves on to the Intercontinental Title match at No Way Out.

It ends up being a rather quick bout, and at first the two go back and forth. They fight on the outside and Ryder takes out the Gold Standard with the Ruff Ryder. It's evident Benjamin probably still has to shake off the ring rust but nonetheless Ryder proved worthy in a dominant showing.

He goes on to No Way Out a contender to Dean Ambrose's Intercontinental Title.

That's all for Thursday Night Heat. Things are more clear in the title pictures and some new challengers are stepping up to the plate. More will join them in the coming weeks.

Zak: You need to have the pictures uploaded to a file sharing site like Photobucket. Once it is uploaded, copy and paste the direct link to the picture, inside tags.

                                For example:

                                [ img ]www.photobucket.com/zaksrawlogo.jpg[ /img ]

Obviously, the URL will be different, and reflect the link of your uploaded picture, and you won't put any spaces in the [img] tags.

                                _____

For my own Universe, heading into Extreme Rules, and for the first time in my Universe, I don't really have any legitimate feuds going on for the WWE Championship or World Heavyweight Championship.

In fact, I haven't really had many feuds going period. I had a really weird occurrence that I actually turned into a positive. As I've posted above, Shawn Michaels and Batista were feuding heading into Wrestlemania, and had a big Wrestlemania match to settle their feud. Post Wrestlemania, on an episode of Battlezone (my Thursday show), Batista was put into a handicap match against The Rock and Alberto Del Rio (Remarkable Match). As Batista came out, he appeared injured, and introduced Shawn Michaels who would take his spot. So Batista and Shawn Michaels had become allies somehow, despite just feuding into Wrestlemania.

After the match, it also put The Rock and Alberto Del Rio together in a tag team. Was rather weird, seeing as how The Rock is a face on Raw, and Alberto Del Rio is a heel on Smackdown, but whatevs. I actually went with it, because a part of me was real intrigued about a Rock / Alberto Del Rio tag team, seeing as how The Rock is my all time favorite, and Del Rio is one of my current favorites.

Since they formed a tag team together by attacking Shawn Michaels after the tag team match, I decided to use this opportunity to re-kindle the 1999 - 2000 McMahon / Helmsley Regime as closely as I could, and I decided to start feuding The Rock vs. DX. So on the next night's Smackdown, I decided to have a match between DX vs. The Rock & Alberto Del Rio. DX won the match, and the following Raw, I would pit Triple H vs. The Rock one on one.

To begin the match, Triple H didn't even go through his entrance, he just bum rushed the ring and began attacking The Rock. Then, in the middle of the match, CM Punk ran out to the ring, and attacked The Rock. Triple H got the win, and there was a double heel turn from both Triple H and CM Punk. So, as it stood, I decided to manually turn Shawn Michaels heel as well, to try to avoid any wonky DX break ups or anything, and just keep things consistent.

So on my last Smackdown that I played, my main event was a 6 man tag - DX and CM Punk v. The Rock, Alberto Del Rio, and Mick Foley. I selected Mick Foley because he was recently drafted to Smackdown, I wanted to push him, I manually turned him face (he had turned heel on my very first Raw, attacking The Rock), and figured I'd try to get the alliance between Foley and The Rock going again.

Del Rio picked up the win, pinning Triple H, and after the match, Mick Foley would once again turn on The Rock, attacking him, and going heel again, literally like a day in game after turning him face. So apparently, Foley wants to be heel, and wants to feud with The Rock.

So a week away from Extreme Rules, the only matchup I know for sure is going to be the WWE Unified Tag Team Championship - the champions D-Generation X will defend their titles against The Rock and Alberto Del Rio.

WWE Champion The Miz had a little mini feud going with Big Show that ended quickly. I think I might pit Miz in a championship match against Brock Lesnar, who still has never gotten the title shot that he felt he earned by putting The Rock out of action after The Rock won the Royal Rumble. Lesnar, having put Rock out of action, tried to claim Rock's Wrestlemania main event opportunity, but The Rock came back the week before Wrestlemania and got his spot. So I'm thinking since I don't have any legit #1 Contenders, I'll give it to Brock Lesnar.

Not sure what I'm going to do with the World Heavyweight Championship. Undertaker is currently champion, but I don't have any feuds going for it, and there is no #1 Contender. I've thought about making a Triple Threat match, with Undertaker defending the World Heavyweight Championship against the Smackdown newcomers Mick Foley and John Cena.

Also don't have any plans for the Intercontinental Championship or the United States Championship. Edge is currently the Intercontinental Champion, and he doesn't really have any direct one on one feuds, but he has been involved in some storyline with Daniel Bryan and Mark Henry. Maybe I'll make it a triple threat, or even a fatal four way with Sheamus who got himself involved in the mix as well.

My personal CAW Franchise408 holds the United States Championship, and again no feuds are going on for that. I'm thinking of defending it against Dolph Ziggler, however, since I'd like to give Ziggler a big of a push.

So I got 3 more shows to figure out what my Extreme Rules card is gonna be. I'd be open to ideas on what to do for some of my matches if anyone has any ideas. I'd be happy to post my roster if anyone is curious about who is where.
