Lauper would've also been a good choice to go after, especially with them highlighting her on the A&E special a while back and Becky playing her on Young Rock. And they could've had her inducted in the WWE HOF right before the possible announcement of the rock and roll hall of fame in may.
Cyndi Lauper is long overdue. Was there some falling out between her and Vince/WWE explaining her absence from the Hall?

I just hope they don't wait until she's no longer with us to honor her. She was one of the key pieces that made the Rock 'N' Wrestling era viable and helped pro wrestling cross over to the mainstream.

Rumors saying a referee might get inducted into the HOF.

Could it be Tim White (passed away last year and was the main ref during HHH matches)?

Too bad WWE didn't do what Ultimate Warrior wanted. The warrior award should have been designed for refs, behind the scenes workers and all that.

Easily could have made a different award for what they made the warrior award represent, like naming it after Connor.

I love Tim, but if we're inducting refs into the Hall (nothing wrong with that to me btw) I'd start that list with Earl Hebner followed closely by Mike Chioda. Both are officially retired so no AEW hang ups there. Both also served as WWE's head official for long tenures and were the guys in the ring for pretty much every big match in the history of the WWF/E. I know Earl and his brother ended horribly with WWE, but maybe with Triple H in charge that sort of bad blood could possibly be over?

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg is no longer under contract to WWE. Goldberg did say recently that he thinks WWE owes him a retirement match and would be open to it.

I'd definitely be okay never seeing another Goldberg match again. His squash against Ziggler should have been the last one.

Further confirmation that I need Jey to whoop the tribal chief's *** at Summerslam.

Damn I forgot how unnatural things felt with Reigns when he was THE BIG DOG

Maybe it was the shock and surprise of how he returned, but that was one of the best Spears Roman has ever done. It looked impactful and Bray sold it (and the following ***-whooping) like a $100 bucks. *chef's kiss*

And the slow build to all this is what has made it so meaningful and great. Everything has been done slowly and with a lot of detail in mind (even Reigns slowly "morphing" from the Big Dog to the Tribal Chief. His entrance music changing and everything else.) Props to everyone involved and hopefully whatever comes afterward is also great.

I'm sure this entire storyline ends with Roman out on his own, and eventually building himself back up as a babyface. It's easy to visualize.

vs heel Cody at next year's WM?

Because almost everything as a face with him sucked while he's been a legit heel for over a year? He's not Flair/Rock/Austin....
