British Bulldog def. Tomko. A Championship Scramble for the United States Championship was announced for SummerSlam.

CM Punk & Triple def. Shawn Michaels & Kevin Nash.

SMACKDOWN

The Hardy Boyz def. The Ascension (Ziggler & Swagger) to advance to the 2nd Round.

Zack Ryder def. Chris Jericho in an upset.

Sheamus def. David Otunga in a squash match but after the match, Kurt Angle attacked Sheamus. Angle had not appeared in 2 months and now switched brands.

Justin Gabriel def. Brock Lesnar to become the NEW Intercontinental Champion. It was a great moment, Lesnar won the title at Judgment Day but had not had a match since then. Gabriel had been trying to capture the title for 3 months and he finally did it. After the match, they shook hands.

SummerSlam is 4 weeks away now.

I reset my universe and started another one. The rosters of WCW, WWF, and ECW reflect those of 1997; my universe starts in September after Summerslam.

i think ima jump on this train & start posting my universe results in my blog... my Universe had everything up to date as of the day after Royal Rumble with three exceptions (Big Boss Man on Raw, The Godfather on Smackdown & Brian Pillman on NXT so that i can get some Attitude Era cutscenes) i'm now at Elimination Chamber which i altered to have realistic booking & i wplan on splitting brands & letting things play themselves out after Mania

Just check for changes in rivals and allies; I had Nash/Hall/Hogan/Bagwell/Norton as a NWO stable, but when I checked Nash's rivals, Hogan was one of them. Since Hall/Nash are the natural tag team, I created the story of how they left the NWO. Just use imagination and knowledge of past wrestling storylines...

I watch Raw, Shotgun Sat. Night, and each brand's ppv; the rest I simulate after I change some of the match participants.
