I generally pick a guy each feud, sometimes I switch every other match.

I just can't sit there and watch CPU/CPU

Not all of them, but you get more storylines after you complete it

So just a general question, do most people do CPU v. CPU, pick a wrestler to play as when they want to play the match? As for me, I normally play as the weaker wrestler or the wrestler I want to build up for a title shot. For example, right now I'm playing as Randy Orton as he tries to win the world heavyweight title and also Justin Gabriel. I'll also try to pick an interesting matchup that's not between those two guys just for fun. So far it's been really rewarding as Randy Orton got straight up dominated by Sheamus in his first match, and then in an "I quit" match narrowly lost.

I'm really finding it challenging on hard, first wrestling game for me in a while.

what i do is i control 1 person on each brand. i watch all the other matches and i alternate between creating my own feuds and letting the game run with some of their ideas.

for example, if im watching a match between Del rio and christian and after the match del rio acts like his knee is hurt and low blows christian. then ill put them in a match the next week.

or i want 2 wrestlers to feud ill edit thier Rival slots and put who i want them to feud and let it come to fruition on its own. if that doesnt happen ill just interfere in a match with who i want.

also, after i get tired of controlling that 1 wrestler ill just pick somebody else. but i never choose more than 1 person to control per brand. 1 for raw, 1 for smackdown.

I haven't started yet as I'm still busy with the AE mode and will be downloading caws soon

I've decided that I'll put Faarooq, Dlo Brown and Mark Henry in a Nation of Domination stable and will also reform the Hart Foundation with Owen, Bret, Bulldog and Jimmy Hart.

I'll also be downloading Chyna as a manager for Triple H together with Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and Shawn Michaels as DX (surprise surprise lol).

Is it possible to make a certain person someone else's manager?

It's frustrating how much lack of control we actually have if you want to see cutscenes & stories evolve.

I am patiently trying to go through universe mode without edits. I added a few tag teams & that's it. I have already noticed more story progression than I did before. Unfortunately the low card guys stories are going on and the main event feud is non-existent lol.

It seems that Punk never wants to be booked in my Universe. I've reset a couple of times and he never gets booked as WWE champion.

I just kept the Universe with only current guys (I added a Kurt Angle and my CAW, who is a upper mid-carder/lower main event type of guy along with JBL and Edge.) I might add a couple of Attitude Era guys later but who knows.

In terms of stories, it seems that my Smackdown has more stories then RAW. The main story for some reason is DiBiase and Hunico as Hunico attacked DiBiase in week 1 pre and post match. So, in week 2, DiBiase got his revenge in a Falls Count Anywhere match which was a brutal match, which saw Hunico kick out of a superplex to the outside through a table. Also on Smackdown, in a #1 contender's match, Christian was attacked pre match by IC champ, The Miz, but Christian overcame the odds and won a grueling ladder match against Cody Rhodes and after the match Cody tried to attack Christian from behind, but Christian chucked him out of the ring. RAW's stories are only Cena vs. Lesnar in back to back weeks, with Lesnar attacking Cena from behind in the first bout between the two.

I have a couple issues I need help with:

1) I want to quickly get the achievements to unlock stuff in Universe, but do not know how to put the title on the line in matches I create

2) I'm getting no cutscenes/storylines

3) My custom superstar has the superkick as his finisher but he never does it! Instead he always does his alternate (table) finisher no matter what. Ugh. And I can't not assign an alternate finisher.

RB/R1+Customize Freely,choose specialty then title match

delete Smackdown and create it again but make it a minor show.
