Wait, the match between Rock and Cena last year wasn't good? Could've fooled me.

Admittedly I did not see Rock - Punk at the Royal Rumble, however.

The Rock and Cena had a pretty good match last year. Undertaker and Triple H stole everyone's thunder though. I thought that match was bigger than Rock vs Cena.

It was a solid match, but I don't think it lived up to the hype. I didn't like the finish. But looking back it's clear the finish was intended for there to be another match.

And yes, Taker vs HHH overshadowed the other main event, though I'll never forget Daniel Bryan getting more over after getting screwed with that short match.

It would be interesting to see where Bryan would be right now if not for the short match. Had he lost a hard-fought match to Sheamus, the crowd the night after might not have been as vocal with the YES! chants, and it might not have had the snowball effect it did to position Daniel Bryan as a recognizable name on the roster.

Getting snubbed at Wrestlemania has been the best thing that has happened to Daniel Bryan. Without it, I doubt the yes chants take off like they did. The crowd made Daniel Bryan after that.

If WWE really believed in Bryan, they would've turned him face and had him go super-over (like he did anyway as a heel, I guess) with the YES chants.

Now he's a comedy guy in a tag team feud but we'll see if he gets serious again after WM.

I think it will be:

The Shield.. due to Sheamus and or Big Show

Ryback...what better time for him to get his first PPV win.

Del Rio, but Ziggler will cash in after Swagger attacks Del Rio after the match has ended.

Taker...it's become too personal for him not to win at this point. I think Kane helps him somehow.

Lesnar... it's obvious that was made a stipulation to effectively end Triple H's career.

The Rock... I really think they give Rock the win here and have him hold the title until Extreme Rules, where he loses it in a triple threat match with Cena/Punk. Though they may put Punk in a fued with Kane if Kane helps Taker win.

Swagger was put in the match as hé and ziggler have history i think Ziggler will cash in on Del Rio. At extrême rules Swagger will somehow help Ziggler retain making à fued between them for a few months. Then Ziggler will lose it to Maybe à MITB winner or Del Rio. Thats if hé can pull off carrying the title for around 3-4 months. Yeah HHH match was setup to make him retire.

Well should scratch the idea of Rock/Cena/Punk in a triple threat at Extreme Rules

As reported last week, CM Punk has been taken off WWE Live Events up until
Wrestlemania. This has been done as a precautionary measure to protect and heal
him more for his match against The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. F4WOnline.com is
now reporting that Punk has been taken off all live events in the month of May
and is not scheduled to appear at Extreme Rules. Extreme Rules is on May 19th
from St. Louis, Missouri.
