Same but with the way the WWE handles him I'll be surprised if he makes it out with the belt, it'd be nice if he could at least make it one or two PPV's with the belt (although I'd like longer), gonna suck if he drops it at Extreme Rules.

        Re: Extreme Rules 05/19/13

This seems more predictable than WM.

Miz easily gets a win over Rhodes before cashing in his rematch.

I guess Jericho/Fandango can go either way but I'd expect Jericho to win to keep it going.

        RKOOUTTANOWHERE!

Henry wins the strap match otherwise they look really stupid. I'll give this an underdog pick for match of the night and being a lot better than anyone expects.

They're not going to do heel/heel so ADR wins the I Quit match.

Reigns/Rollins win the tag titles in the actual match of the night with outside chance of a possible MOTY contender. Rollins and D-Bry can tear it up and Kane/Reigns seem to have good chemistry in all this.

Ambrose wins. Kofi's reigns don't last very long but he's had 10 of them (3 tag,3 US and 4 IC),he made his debut in 2008 so that's an average of 2 titles per year. Also expecting an excellent match here, just hope it gets enough time to be one.

Brock wins. Possible good match here too.

Cena pushes Cole and yells "Get the duct tape!". Ryback actually kinda needs this win or else he becomes ADR before the face turn,a guy that keeps getting shots and never wins so the fans turn on him and just don't care anymore. So I'll give Ryback a 1% chance of winning instead of 0%.

I'll be buying this. My friend bought Wrestlemania and threw a party, so I'm getting Extreme Rules and throwing a party. The preshow match has 0 storyline behind it, which frustrates me. WWE wants to push Miz as a face so he'll win. I hope Fandango wins. Brock will probably win, with the rubber match being at Summerslam? Sheamus will probably win, and I'm hoping to see the Shield take home all the titles. I could see Ryback or Cena winning, no idea what'll happen there. Del Rio'll probably win.

Rubber match is tomorrow. Match 1 was at Summerslam last year. They are 1-1 right now.

Two I Quit matches? Why are Lesnar and HHH still fighting?

                No Barrett or Cesaro lol?

I know one day I'm going to go to one of these RAW or PPV threads and see PTP for the tag titles.

Hoping for some good matches, which it looks like there will be.

                  Re: Extreme Rules 05/19/13

A solid ppv card but fairly obvious whos gonna win:

Ryback wins because of cenas injury
Del rio wins, cant see heel vs heel for the whc
Ambrose takes the us title, but heres the shock, ambrose wins clean
Rollins and reigns take the tag belts
Triple h gets the win via escape
Miz wins in a quick match over jobber rhodes
Orton wins via rko through a table
Henry wins in a very brutal and awesome strap match
And in the sleeper match of the night jericho gains a measure of revenge on fandango

                    Re: Extreme Rules 05/19/13

The PPV build up has been lackluster to say the least. I really don't care for any of the matches at all in terms of booking but here we go in terms of predictions.

                    Pre Show(bold is the winner):
                    The Miz vs. Cody Rhodes

Short match that serves as a push for Miz. Rhodes has no direction and it saddens me because he's so darn good. Miz will win by use of his terrible Figure Four.

                    Main Card:

                    Normal Match:
                    Jericho vs. Fandango

First match on the card and it's going to probably be a ten minute match basically a reversal on their Wrestlemania match. Jericho will get a cheap roll up to steal one from Fandango. This feud sucks though, so I don't care for this match.

                    Strap Match:
                    Sheamus vs. Mark Henry

Ok, who ever books Sheamus and tells him what to do should be fired. He's probably the worse babyface on the card because he doesn't act like a face at all. He cheapshots people all the time and STEALS A CAR, but it's fine because he's a face. This match will be just a good ol' fashion Hog Fight, with Henry winning after having to deal with Sheamus's BS and feud with Cena for the belt. This is probably one of like two matches I'm looking forward to watching.

                    US Title Match:
                    Kofi Kingston(c) vs.Dean Ambrose

Dean has come out to be the leader of the Shield, and it looks like WWE is giving him the first singles push of the Shield. Match should be solid but roughly eight minutes, but ends in Ambrose's Bulldog DDT of Death.

#1 Contender Match for WHC (I Quit Match):
Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger

I have no idea why in the hell this is an I Quit match after these two have barely had any interactions with each other since Wrestlemania. It should be a Submission match, but what ever. Del Rio should win this match, as I doubt WWE is still going to push Swagger with his gimmick falling flat(despite the relationship between Swagger and Ziggler[face turn?]) It sucks Ziggler is off the card because it hurts the buyrate and match quality.

Tornado Tag Match for the Tag Titles:
Team Hell No(c) vs. The Shield

The Shield got their first loss(DQ) on RAW(which is complete BS, seriously I HATE CENA'S BOOKING.) but rebound with the title win. Team Hell No have had the titles long enough and made them somewhat relevant, but it's time for D-Bry to move on and become the outstanding singles competitor that he was last year. Match should be pretty good with all guys having good chemistry.

                    Extreme Rules Match:
                    Randy Orton vs. Big Show

Well, this feud has been bad as well(common theme here) and I expect Orton to win with an RKO "out of no where" to end this feud. Match should be ok but it's Orton v. Big Show, not the top tier of wrestlers in today's WWE.

                    Steel Cage Match:
                    Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar

Lesnar should period, done and done. Lesnar SHOULD have won at 'Mania, but nope HHH spoiled that. Lesnar is a fantastic 1-2 since returning and really need this win to keep creditably as a bada**. I expect Lesnar to get a title shot at probably Summerslam, so the win would help. As for the match, it should be a nice brawl, but nothing really that great.

Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship:
                    Ryback vs. John Cena(c)

Don't care, don't care, don't care. This feud has been so bad. From Ryback's awful new phrase to his bad heel turn, it's just be a bore fest. My biggest issue with this feud is Cena should be the heel because someone caught him in his own BS by not helping Ryback against the Shield until he was called out on it. Cena should then turn heel at this PPV, but that's not how WWE works. Cena's stays face, no matter if it makes sense or not. Match will probably be slow and very meh, but it should hide Ryback's weaknesses. Cena isn't losing the title after the two year long build up for it. Also, Cena's injury is just a nagging injury, he can work through it(Punk worked through his.)

Man, this write-up was dreadful to type because I was losing interest in the matches by just talking about them. This season(season being from WM to the next(so Season WM 29-WM30)) has been terrible and so boring. Extreme Rules' buyrate will be pretty bad without Punk or Ziggler on the card. Really don't care about any feuds except Shield's.

You must hate a lot of movies then. There are plenty of instances of a good guy doing things that are perceived as bad, but because it is directed at the bad guy, it isn't a bad thing. I'm not a fan of Sheamus either, but the reasoning is meh.

Other than The Shield members all getting title shots, this card is the biggest "Meh!" since Miz was champ and wrestled Lawler FOR THE TITLE on a PPV.

Yep, Bret Hart must have influenced the writers because this PPV screams "4/10."

Storyline wise it's barely a 2. But at least half the actual matches should be good so it won't be a 4 overall.
