This, I casually checked this thread out just to see the results but it looks like every match went the way I expected.

I'll be recording Raw and I'll watch sometime this week.

Probably won't happen, but I would like to see Brock vs. Cena vs. Ryback at Payback.

Id like for them to call the PPV something other than Payback.

I wanted to quote myself here because I want to clarify a bit. Pleasantly surprised does not mean I thought it was a good PPV, just means I'm glad I watched the stream and didn't skip because there were enough spots that I enjoyed that made me glad I saw it.

If you look at it from the perspective of a PPV which had 6 weeks to build hype for it really wasn't very intriguing. The good news is creative, which we all dog on for being terrible has left themselves with many more places to go AFTER this PPV then they did with WM. It's on them not to screw it up, but the 4 week build to Payback has the potential to be good, MitB following should be decent and they have a good direction headed into SS in September.

This year's PPV schedule is posted on wikipedia and I'm sure a host of other places for those interested.

I'd say it was about a C+ or B-. Certainly didn't live up to the legacy of the show.

I enjoyed Extreme Rules. I'm so happy that the Shield took home all three titles, they're being booked very well. Cena/Ryback was ok, WWE didn't want either to lose and this sets up a rematch. I want Ziggler to return ASAP.

It was ok. Nothing was bad, but apart from the last two matches it didn't really feel like the guys were putting on PPV matches, again I think the lack of time was the main issue.

I'll give it a 6 out of 10 purely because the last two matches were very good.

Watching Ambrose/Kofi from last night. Ambrose's tiger suplex from the top rope was sick.

                    Re: Extreme Rules 05/19/13

To reflect on Sheamus going over Mark Henry: Sheamus really positioned himself as a heel bully during the build up by cheating in the rope pulling and arm wrestling contests (like MVP cheated in his Matt Hardy feud) and got cheered doing it. By letting him get the victory, isn't this storyline kind of implying that bullying pays off and is a good thing to do?

Way to Be A Star Sheamus...
