And they had the episode of Raw air yesterday evening which was the episode which featured the footage of the body slam challenge. That was originally the lead in program for the Icons episode.Comment

Not just 2 days before, but even the day of, it was still on the listing on my TV guide.

And he wasn’t even successful but there’s a better time? Seems way into the weeds. Either you watch it or you don’t. It’s the same people.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Especially since most of the networks content is designed for on demand viewing. Not like they get more money for having more people tuning in for the doc airing right after MITB vs just airing on a Sunday night when most in the USA won't even watch it at the time but those who want to will probably just watch it at a later date since it is on demand.Comment

I love "What?!" SCSA [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
As he's doing the ten punch in the corner, the crowd would count and yell "what" after they shouted the number.
It also dawned on me that I pretty much missed everything from August 2001 until about Wrestlemania 18.

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Watching Survivor Series 2000 at the "ice palace" which would go on to become the home of Thunderdome #1, and home of back to back Stanley cup champ TB Lightning.
WWF spent all summer going on about "smackdown your vote". Weeks after the 2000 election, they happen to have a PPV in Florida of all places. You can't write this stuff.
Lita got busted open real bad early on in her match and still managed to finish it. Something you don't hear mentioned much, but that has to be one of the toughest performances from any woman in WWE.
What a crazy ending between Angle/Taker. Edge/Christian come in, Taker deals with them, he goes and takes care of Angle, pins him. 1....2.....ref randomly stops counting. Another Survivor Series Hebner screwjob coming up? Nope. Out comes Kurt Angle from under the ring and beats Undertaker as nobody knows who this other Angle is.
Austin/HHH promo was good.
And Survivor Series ends with Austin "killing" HHH.

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
Following in the footsteps of the Nexus episode of Untold and the Icons: Lex Luger, Broken Skull Sessions with Nash is apparently delayed.
If you were looking forward to Stone Cold Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions featuring former WWE and WCW Champion, Kevin Nash, prepare to be disappointed. The WWE Network and Peacock special scheduled to air today, July 11th, is no longer listed on WWE.com nor the WWE Network schedule. No explanation has been given publicly for the absence.
This joins two other recent programs which were promoted and scheduled to arrive before being quietly removed from the listings. WWE Untold: The Nexus was set to air in June and never did, meanwhile WWE Icons: Lex Luger was scheduled for last Sunday but also removed last minute with no notice.Comment

Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread
It wasn't that people wanted to see Triple H and Jericho. It was the fact that the people wanted to see Rock vs. Hogan, Austin vs. Hall and Taker vs. Flair. Your only other main stars at the time was Kane and Angle, and that doesn't seem like a good main event either.NFL- Green Bay Packers
NCAA- Florida State Seminoles
NHL- Carolina HurricanesComment
