Has anyone checked out the new Flair documentary on Peacock and is it worth watching? It doesn’t seem like there are any Flair stories left to tell

Crash: What are you doing talking to Molly? What is it...spikes, spiked, spikey?

        Spike: Its Spike.

Crash: WAS I TALKING TO YOU!?

        Spike: Actually yes, you were.

The Spike/Molly feud while not a main event or really a mid card story was great.

So leading up to WrestleMania 14 (1998), WWE teased anger and resentment in the LOD. What was happening in WCW at the same time? Yep! Scott turns on Rick and joins the NWO. Vince was struggling at the time and was literally stealing storylines from WCW.

Don't know why but Austin's reaction to Regal telling him about Undertakers wife (leading up to their Judgment Day 2001 match) was funny.

Regal: I wouldn't talk too fast. Undertaker was just in the ring talking about his wife's condition.

            Austin: SHE'S DEAD?!

Regal: No! Didn't you hear? It was a hoax.

            Austin: A HOAX!

            Then later

Stephanie: Hunter, I remember last night...Monday night (slipped up with Tuesday SD taping) that Austin asked to borrow your phone.

            HHH: You remembered that NOW?

And funny seeing later on the Undertaker using a flip phone.

And to top it off, Undertaker vs HHH in a no dq match. You've seen beach balls in the crowds before, but for whatever reason some random person was blowing bubbles at them.

Vince wanted to split the Steiners in 1993 and they wouldn’t do it. There’s not an original idea in wrestling that came after about 1950.

I feel like I misremembered HHHs injury in 2001.

Could've sworn there was a moment with JR commenting on it while Stephanie and the refs were walking with HHH up the ramp. I know that was in the "Don't try this at home" ad, but didn't it air on Raw too?

And an interesting thing I saw when watching it on the network.

The description talks about the injury as a career threatening injury. But McMahon came on SD to say HHH will be out 4-6 months.

We know it ended up being neither, but this is the first time I've seen them advertise a long term injury as taking much less time than it actually took. Usually it's the opposite.

Was his injury actually thought to be a 4-6 month thing? This would've had him return around September-November.

At this point I guess it's too late to hope anymore that WWE will release any documentary from last year's WM? I guess they "budget cut" that whole department? The network as a whole has been so weak in terms of original content the last year or so.

Going to Peacock means they don't have to put out a bunch of stuff to draw subscribers.

That's what sucks too. None of these types of things anymore. I can understand things like that WWE Icons shoe scrapped because the A&E shows are basically an extended version of that.

The WWE24 series was one of their best features, especially the WM ones.

Between that and them reducing the podcasts they have (specifically the new days one), it sucks to not see some of the things they were doing a good job at.

Funny thing I noticed in a Benoit/Austin match.

Benoit hit 10 straight German suplexes on Austin! I'd imagine before Lesnar vs Cena, that had to be the "record"?

But the funny part, after he hit the 10th, fans started chanting 10 like they do/did for Dillinger/Spears. You don't even see a 10 chant during those 10 punches in the corner or anything like that, so i found it funny how it suddenly was a thing for one moment only.

Consecutively? Probably. Total? I'd wager that's probably Kurt Angle. I know in an Elimination Chamber match he came in and suplexed everyone multiple times. Plus, the Iron Man match with him and Brock had a ton.

I know they were doing it as a punishment, but Perry Saturn's crazy gimmick has its funny moments that I think would've been appreciated more in a different era (like todays). Not as good as R-Truth, but still funny.

RTWM season, I'm rewatching past HOFs inductions.

Eddie's in 06 of course has to be the saddest for obvious reasons. Just 4 months after he died.

I know they're brothers, but Hector Guerrero at the HOF literally looks like what you'd imagine Eddie looking like in a few years from now (he'd be almost 60 right now)

And what a roller coaster of emotions. You go from the Eddie induction into Bret Harts first appearance since the screwjob.
