    Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

I noticed there was an update to the PS4 app. Did they add in the chapters to the on demand PPV's like in the PS3 app?

I like how on the mobile app, you can get a listing of all WWE PPV's in chronological order, but it didn't seem to be listing them all even though it was supposed to. I'll have to look and see if I'm still having a problem with that. Anyways, I'd like that feature in the PS3/PS4 app. Makes it easy to view all PPV's in order if you want.

I was totally lost as to where to start. Finally settled on rewatching all the Royal Rumbles. My favorite PPV. I'm up to 1991 now. So awesome. Earlier 90's was when I was REALLY into wrestling as a kid.
These days I'm less like "Jailhouse Rock" Elvis and more like "dying alone on the toilet" Elvis.

          WWE Network Discussion Thread

The first Survivor Series has some looooong matches, but it's pretty good.

Funny story, when Hogan eliminated someone and high fived Ken Patera, the referee made Hogan get out because he "made a tag".

When I was a kid I misunderstood, and thought Hogan was chickening out, saying "I tagged him, I didn't high five him", because Andre was in. Lol

Jesse the Body was awesome in the first Survivor series. Sometimes he was straight Heel but always gave props to faces.

Matt you must be talking about Hogan eliminating Butch Reed! That was his last match in WWE and he took off to WCW where he became DOOM member #2

LOL Mr. Wonderful....Im pretty sure he had the most heel/face turns ever

yea I didn't remember they had a women's tag team champs also and Im watching there tag match at the first rumble now. I did laugh when someone in that women's match did the big swing.

The commentary is much better back then now and it will get better when I get to the hennan stuff. It really shows how terrible JBL is now.

Also up until 1990 you had the following teams Legion of Doom, Rockers, Orient Express, Rhythem and Blues, Bushwakers, Power and Glory, twin towers, brain busters, Dino/Eartquake.

Everyone needs to watch Halloween Havoc '95 for one of the most baffling and awkward debuts ever...THE YETI.

Poor Ron Reis gets straddled with this gimmick where he's dressed and portrays a mummy but is dubbed as "The Yeti"...lol.

Even better is the actual debut where he lumbers to the ring during the Giant/Hogan match and does a double bearhug spot with the Giant on Hogan. Unfortunately he has the backside and it ultimately looks like he's just humping Hogan wildly.

Wrestlemania 4 was good in theory but not so great in execution. The flaws of that show made it very easy for Crockett to put the Clash of the Champions on free TV and actually getting more viewers.
