Here are scans, though not the clear, they all but confirm that the above is true (the dude that posted it also tried his best to describe the pictures prior to this being posted and he was correct)

Re: Smackdown vs Raw NEW info

Well, here are the things that may possibly subtract from the game for me personally
-Heel and Face specials dont sound to great, the heel ones are ok, but I don't wanna see Spike Dudley go into invincible mode or anything like that, the specials are done fine, leave it at that. However it may have potentional, I will reserve judgement for when I play.
-Intercative begining arent too bad sounding, but every match may egt kinda repetitive, I didn't exactly hate the regular ones. But they also don't sound too bad, so again I'll reserve judgement.
-Heel boost sounds they are just trying to add every possible thing they can think of, save some stuff for next year. It sounds kinda useless and I would rather not see it, but again I will reserve judgement.
                  -Charisma: See heel boost.

Now that whining is over, here are the things that I am nuetral on, dont mind if they are in or out. Things that whiel I may enjoy, won't really make an effect on my feelings for the game.

-New Grapples arent really needed, the ones we have now are fine.At least this sort that they are saying doesnt excite me really.
-Chop Battles sound promising, I wouldnt mind them in a Ric Flair vs Benoit match, but I don't want Taker and Rey Mysterio going at it in chops. I hope just certain guys do it.
-Create a Belt and PPV have been wanted by mnany a long time, but I never cared for it. I dont mind it at all, but if they didnt ahve at I'd survive.
-Manager action sounds like managers will actually be with you during matches, unlike this last one where there are about 2 matches you actually have a manager, and they are pretty stupid. I just think it will be to much, distracting the ref too much. If they give you a limit of times you cna use it or something like that, then it probably moves into my good list
-Online isn't somehintg I use for PS2, but have a blast on it guys.

Now here comes the ones that really improve the game for me
-Challenge is a feature I love on all games, be it sports or actions, especially sports. Just something mroe to do.
-Voice overs!!!!!!!!YYYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS I have been waiting for something like this, but neevr DREAMED they would have everyone tape their voices. That is awesome news.
-Music! Real music! Every sports game I grab, especially from EA, always exposes me to some new bands, and while some by EA get on my nerves, except for Madden 2003's soundtrack. The Raw and Smackdown songs got so repetitive. And then the in-match music I don't really care about cuz I am actually wrestling.
-Royal Rumble is one of my favorite modes, and the improved throwing sounds great, as long as it is actually improved.
-Improved weight detection is needed, cuz last year I'd be HBK and couldnt lift anyone up, and the fact that the specials have them is even better.
-Belts are weapons, a definate plus, btu also the fact that they adjusted the pain administered by each weapon.
-Submission meter better be done right, and if it does, I'll appreciate it.
-Counters were kinda easy last year, I am glad they adjusted the difficulty.

That is my summary of this news. Also, I want to see a longer, 2 year season mdoe, with even more different routes of course. If not, then maybe a 5 match card. Maybe check out the opposing shows matches. The finishers should hurt much more, of course depending on the finisher, and it should be much toguher to get one if they are to be more painful. Full entrances would be cool. And please have storylines that are maybe adjusting to your character. What i mean is, don't let Kane get a feud with Spike Dudley, and dont let Big Show bake me a public cake if we are parteners . This is pretty much it, cant wait for what will be the best wrestling game ever possibly. I know i will not get sick of it, I still play Smackdown HCTP.

I wouldn't get too excited just yet guys. Some of these listed features are bound to be pulled from the game before it releases. I'm looking at you Create-a-Belt and Create-a-PPV.
