I remember when wwe didn't care about that. A guy gets injured like hurting his knee, and when he returns, they had guys target the knee cause they wanted matches to look real,so had guys target an injured spot.

People know whats going on all the time,so might as well inform them asap instead of doing some storyline thing a week later when everyone already knows he's injured and gonna be written off.

And those who aren't informed, they dont want them thinking a real like injury is fake. Cause im sure there's uninformed/stubborn people out there who just think everything wwe ever does is fake.

Wrestlemania finally comes to Dallas, and everyone is hurt.

NXT call ups won't sell out AT&T Stadium. If I'm Vince I'm writing a check to Stone Cold to come give some a couple stunners.

I think he's definitely doing that either way. He won't have a match, but stunners and beers on the 2nd rope are a lock.

Seems like whenever these injuries happen, guys come back way earlier than expected. People are talking like it's a lock Cena won't make it back in time for Mania, but I'm not assuming anything one way or the other. If he can work around his injury, do promos leading up to the event, and work some kind of light match, that's what they'll do. Either way he'll be there.

He will be there but if he tore his rotator cuff, I can't see anyway he's back in a match.

Every talent to leave WM31 as champion is currently out of action due to injury.

I don't see how Daniel Bryan ever wrestles for WWE again unless the doc changes his mind or leaves.
I'd fight it harder if I was D Bry. Independent doctors have cleared him. Who really knows what WWE's agenda is with not clearing him, but he is vastly needed and the only one even remotely close to Cena's popularity.

Bryan should be cleared for WM. Dont risk him being injured before. Have him make his return match be at WM. So it'll be an advertised return match which could draw more interest in his match than if he returns in january, competes for 2+months then competes at wm in same match as his return match would've been.

We know one independent doctor cleared him, and he went to see a third. But even if 10 doctors cleared him, WWE can't realistically go against the advice of their own doctor. They are involved in a lawsuit about concussions where they are accused of having guys wrestle when they shouldn't. If Bryan wrestles and anything goes wrong, not only are they liable towards him, it's probably a nail in the coffin in the other case, and it'd be absolutely brutal in public opinion. But even take all of that other stuff out of it. Your doctor, who has worked for you for years, tells you that in his professional opinion, Bryan should never wrestle again. And then another doctor, who does not work for you, clears him. Are you really going to disregard your own doctor's advice?

If Bryan is cleared, I think it's very risky to have him for Mania at all, as he could essentially hijack the main event again. If he is, you cannot announce him until after Fast Lane, and even with all the injuries, you may be better off waiting until after Mania to bring him back.

This is not as big but apparently Konnor is out now with an injury adding to the list of Injuries.

Re: Another HUGE injury for WWE!

That sound you hear is Vince McMahon cancelling all house shows between now and Wrestlemania and wrapping Roman Reigns in bubble wrap.

Seriously though, forget better doctors, it sounds like WWE needs an exorcist. If this keeps up, the main event at Wrestlemania will be Reigns and The Rock having a chat.

My question is who is going to wrestle Taker at Wrestlemania, in what will probably be his last match?

                          Sting? Career ended by Rollins.
Brock Lesnar? Done it too much already.
Triple H? Done it too often.
Bray Wyatt? Done it too often.

At this point, what are the options? Reigns? Sheamus? Himself?

Honestly, the real options for WWE at this point are....

                          1. Going bold and putting him into the title picture.
                          2. Clearing Daniel Bryan against doctors orders (though with the way things are going, he may just burst into flames if they do that).
                          3. Kane

Or what the fan boy in me wants to see....him taking on another demon.

Not many choices for Taker left. One I can think of might be Jericho. They've had regular feuds in their career, but never at WM. Don't really see anyone on current roster able to face him.

Taker-Kane would be nice way for one or both to go out if it's eithers last match.

In NXT, outside of Corbin, nobody else I could even picture going up against Taker, and even then, who knows if Corbin would be the right guy, cause Taker feud involves lots of promos, and Corbin isn't the best with promos.

Put him in there against Finn Balor...if only to see how long their entrances would be at Wrestlemania.
