WWE needs to just put Carmella back with Enzo/Cass. Don't get how she goes basically 90% of her NXT run as a face paired with Enzo/Cass to being split up from them, on a diff brand, and now a heel.


Goes to show one of the many reasons why WWE booking is so horrible. What exactly have NXT stars done lately? Bayley stuck feuding with Dana.....Crews/Corbin haven't really done anything notable in their time here, Carmella is just a pointless heel, Zayn up to now hasn't even had any real notable feuds outside of Owens, and the list goes on and on.

Well you fail to mention Balor, Owens, Rollins, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Lynch, Bliss. Like all of them currently are champs or have notable feuds. Not everyone can currently be part of a huge worthwhile storyline. Just not enough time on both shows.

Well you fail to mention Balor, Owens, Rollins, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Lynch, Bliss. Like all of them currently are champs or have notable feuds. Not everyone can currently be part of a huge worthwhile storyline. Just not enough time on both shows.

Sashas "hot potato" title reigns I wouldn't exactly call something positive about her right now. Rollins I wouldn't group in same class since he was completely diff era of NXT.

Balor,Owens,Charlotte,Becky,Bliss have been good though, but there seems to be more names doing less than those who are doing alot.

You just said NXT stars not a specific class. And you also said notable feuds which regardless of the Sasha hot potato she's still in a notable feuds.

And that's cuz there's an abundance of talent. Still have the old guard with so many new people coming up still.

Also I wouldn't qualify Baron Corbin or Apollo Crews as stars. They were mid card guys like No Way Jose, Tye Dillinger. They never got a shot at the title or any of the big stars (Rollins, KO, Balor, Neville) in a feud maybe a one off match or something.

Baron Corbin could be in the main event at any given time, sort of like in NXT.

Loved this week's show for both for once. I have been very tuned out as of late but this week has brought me back.

Maybe it's because Dolph/Miz opened it. Whatever the result, they put on a good show. All downhill from there.

There is only one full time member of the entire main roster than can cut a natural sounding promo anymore, and that's Alexa Bliss. She puts everyone to shame on the mic.

And Edge... freaking EDGE... cutting scripted branding crap sounded like the marketing department wrote it. EDGE! Christ, I'm losing it with that crap.

What would you have them say? That AJ Styles (#BeatUpDeanAmbrose) has held his own and exceeded any expectations for himself on the mic? That The Miz has been the best heel on the SD roster since the split he cut a possible promo of the year on Daniel Bryan not too long? Or Ziggler, who when involved in something can make the crowd believe in him against all common sense? What about Bray Wyatt who can talk and ramble about nothing yet keep the crowd on every word? Randy Orton who has finally woken up from his stale zombie of a slumber?

Styles has been pretty bad for 2 months now. Ziggler has one effective promo, the desperation one, Miz is fine but not great, he's the best heel, yes, and a damn good one, but I'm talking mic work alone, and consistency is a factor, Wyatt... I don't buy him on any level whatsoever. Orton has woken? I guess I do consider him not talking at all an improvement, so I'll give you that.

Bliss never sounds scripted, always looks and sounds genuine. If someone with NO knowledge of wrestling turned on her cutting on Becky, they could buy it.

Another thing; it's not the wrestlers' fault. Im aware these guys are capable of MUCH better, but they're not actors. It's the scripts. Edge put me over the edge last night, sounding exactly like Stephanie with brand-speak bull****.

I think you all have just gotten used to bad promos.

It's all lot better than it was 10 years ago, but it's far behind 1960s-1990s.

Take Owens. Insanely talented, very entertaining... utterly ineffective heel. He get's boo'd ONLY because the crowd knows they're supposed too. He cannot get babyfaces over because he does not know how to do his job. Rusev's better but losing his touch because he's getting over. Miz killed it on Talking Smack because that is how you're always supposed to do it.

Talking Smack is amazing because these amazingly talented people arent being held back. If they let them go like that on TV, I wouldnt be saying this.
