The Acclaimed have been getting the loudest reactions lately. But then they put them in silly matches like the one this week. I guess it makes sense because their characters are over the top, but I see no reason why they can't be legit tag title contenders too. That match last night was basically a tribute to a New Age Outlaws match, and that team was legit in spite of being character/entertainment heavy.

This is why I love wrestling. All of the throwbacks and nods. Reminding us of other times while we enjoying the present. Also…Comment

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
Have to say, love the natural progression toward the reuniting Elite. After Fish & KOR came in and became the Undisputed Elite, Cole basically taking over as the leader while Omega was injured. To last night with Cole, Fish & KOR turning on The Young Bucks with Hangman saving them was such a fun segment.
Looks like the Wednesday Night Wars are coming to AEW All Out. I'm quite curious how Omega's return will play in a role in this.Comment

I went up to Columbus to watch Dynamite and it was a fun show.
I returned with an FTR Living Legends live exclusive shirt and Daddy Rona. Yay me.Comment

I also had that issue with the segment where Page saved the Bucks. Cole turned on them and then Page saved them, and then it was straight to the back for a Moxley promo. Not even sure how much TV time that was. They are at least trying these long term storylines, but are the payoffs ever going to be worth it on a modern wrestling show that is constantly in a hurry to get to the next segment because they're afraid people everyone has attention deficit. It's just the nature of TV now honestly.Comment

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
I don't have many issues with AEW's production, but by far my biggest complaint is the way they have Excalibur speedreading through entire cards for what seems like multiple times per show. Outside of the top of the cards, a lot of it blends together by the time he's done reading everything.Comment

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
Didn't we just have Fyter Fest? So why do we already have another special episode of Dynamite tonight? I'm cool with them having special episodes of Dynamite every once in a while but it seems overkill to have them bunched up like they are.Comment

Re: AEW Dynamite Thread
I think the second week of Fyter Fest was three weeks ago. It's something I really don't pay a ton of attention to. Maybe we'll get Kenny back tonight...one can hope anyways.Comment

Man…Darby opened Brody up the hard way there.
With the penchant for violence these two have, there’s no telling what we’ll see.
