That feels like a Tony Khan thing to do. Trying to cash in on behind the scenes drama. I guess people will care/have a reaction? I haven't thought about that incident at All In in forever, and really don't care.

Since Ospreay can't really start until March, it should have been him. Behind a mask, get someone who's built like him to build it up and boom, come March you reveal who it is and of course, don't announce that you signed him at Full Gear and keep it under wraps as best as possible. Wonder who it will be but im not expecting anything major to come out of it.


As for Jack Perry, I like him but he shouldn't be The Devil as that wouldn't work at all in my opinion. He should come back as a heel like he was but have Anna Jay with him. Don't understand why they didn't do this after breaking up the JAS.

Swerve goes from final 3 of the gold league to just being thrown back in a feud with Keith Lee minutes later?

Obviously only done because Omega is out, but Sammy's back with Jericho again? Big Show is rubbing off on him. That's 7 turns for him in almost 3 years? For reference, Big Show had 8 turns in a 3 year span from 99-02.

So Samoa Joe has been against MJF the whole time...except he's been working with the devil rather than being the devil? This has dragged on so long that it's almost impossible to reveal anyone in AEW as the devil and have people happy.

It could be ADAM, it could be Roderick, Britt, Danielson, Jericho, Mox, you name it, I think people would be disappointed

Just watched last night's Dynamite.

Was hoping for a Jay White/Danielson match on Saturday with White winning the triple crown. Danielson losing a lot lately and I get why but it feels like his entire run in AEW has been very underwhelming.

Swerve is awesome but he's very over and doesn't need the win. I don't mind him feuding with Lee as I like Lee too but why it didn't happen months ago is beyond me.

Seeing Sammy return, I expected him to turn back to being a babyface with Callis family beating him up and Jericho making the save since Omega is out for who knows how long. No surprise here.

But wait...is it really 7 turns in 3 years? That can't be true. But then again, it's Tony Khan booking so I wouldn't be shocked.

The whole Devil thing is meh because I don't see how it could be anyone worth while. I'm expecting it to be someone that no one cares about.

Women's division wise, I still can't believe this crap they're doing with Mariah May. It's almost as if Khan signed her only because she's hot as opposed to seeing her as being hot but also knowing she wrestled some good matches in Stardom. Looks like Mercedes Mone could be going back to WWE and I get that she wants a lot of money but quality > quantity. Khan signs every ex-WWE wrestler he can find but one of them he should have already signed, he doesn't appear that he will. Giulia also from Stardom will probably sign with WWE next year when she's a free agent and yet another good female wrestler than Khan probably won't sign.

Enough ranting. It's probably just me but im losing interest in AEW. It started out great in 2019 but too many mishaps, bad booking, bad signings and just story lines that go nowhere or make no sense. Hoping the PPV Saturday has at least a few good matches.

I found it! For some reason was put in extras in DVR. I def want to watch it to see Cole's reason.

MJF is definitely not leaving. Him acknowledging 2024 in all those promos from a few years back, even then, I knew he was not leaving... yet.

Joe - Cole - MJF will be going into thr summer for the world title.

Swerve will win it near the end of summer.

Swerve and Hangman will have a title change back and forth.

Then a new challenger for 2025.

MJF isn't leaving. Apparently he signed a deal already but nobody's confirming anything (which I hate that AEW/Tony is even leaking things to people to begin with)

But I also wonder why they haven't even mentioned it. All this talk about the "bidding war of 2024" and nothing comes of it story wise?

What if MJF was doing that whole thing and by the end of 2023 we see Cole revealed as the devil, costs MJF the title while Joe wins it. Cole screws MJF because he knows his "best friend" is leaving him and AEW and wants to take the title with him.

So now with MJF out (due to injury), the story for months is just that he's not in AEW anymore, until he suddenly returns because he chose to re-sign so he can go after Cole.

Shoulders are weird.

Surgery is 4-6 months.

Rehab is 1-3 months.
