I think in Claudio's case it's a clear and obvious distinction to be made. If you want a guy who is going to play a character, and get over as brand that you can put a logo on, he's not that guy. If you want in-ring work rate and to put on a show between the ropes first and foremost, that's him.

That pop was all about appreciating a guy and be excited that he will be allowed to just be himself. It was so great.

NJPW has to do know that 90% of people hate it, but it's another example of how they've lost the plot since crowds haven't been allowed to voice their opinion in Japan.
