I'm curious what their testing protocols are now. I'm assuming he had symptoms and then tested.

They probably don't test anymore, but I'd imagine it's like many workplaces. Stay home if you're not feeling well. In his case, he can't just be like "OK guys, I'm not showing up this week".

And given his past health, I'm sure he's getting himself tested if he has any symptoms. Like someone such as Reigns, getting covid could be worse for you vs someone else who doesn't have the medical history you do.

JBL as a manager with no longer Happy Corbin, but Baron Corbin with a remixed version of his theme song. If there is one thing I do want WWE to take from AEW, it's using legends in Manager roles to help get over younger talent. JBL managing Corbin is an interesting choice but hopefully it continues.

So apparently Rey was traded to Smackdown in exchange for Baron Corbin, like weird how there needed to be a trade when the storyline explanation of him requesting to move to smackdown in order to not fight his son is already there.

Triple H did take him into the locker room to discuss working something out. He wanted to quit the company to avoid fighting his son. H convinced him to stay with a change of scenery but made sure both brands benefited from the change as opposed to just moving him to a different roster. This doesn't conflict with the storyline nor not make any sense or anything from what I see.

There were some things I enjoyed from this week's RAW. Great opening segment with that Lashley/Lesnar brawl. I loved every moment of it because I have been wanting to see Lesnar take some kind of damage in his limited appearances on RAW. Lesnar took some greats with Lashley getting the upper hand to get this feud off to the right start. There were some solid wrestling matches and I didn't hate much of them. Good Brothers in action getting a win over Alpha Academy who clearly are out there to make others look good now. Damage Control/Belair and LeRae did its thing.

So Rey Misterio was traded to Smackdown in exchange for Baron Corbin with JBL. I'm fine with that although Corbin doesn't need a mouthpiece. I am curious to see where this goes. Dominik/Styles was a nice match with the right decision to have Dominik win with a rollup. The Miz/Dexter storyline continues and Elias is back. At least his beard looks more realistic than his last appearance. Rolllins/Riddle for the US Title match. It was solid but they just recently feuded with each other so it wasn't anything major. But the key thing is this is setting up new feuds with Riddle/Elias and Rollins/Ali. Triple H's booking sets up new feuds and I can't complain about that.

Hit Row vs LDF next week.

Hit Row has a mystery partner for the match.

Could their partner be some random 1 night only teamup like Moss, Ricochet, Nakamura? Or will it be someone who might join Hit Row?

I know Melo/Trick seemed to be against it because of the underlying reason why people suggested they joined, but I think it would be nice for a bit to have it. Melo goes to the main roster, starts off in a faction, and breaks out into a star.

Poor Luke Gallows, comes back only to get body slammed by Rhea a week or two later lol. Guess Triple H wants to make Rhea the new Chyna, which is fine but still, way to make him look terrible going into the Crown Jewel match.

I feel like RAW ended in a odd way, the fans didn't really know how to react to Nikki Cross taking out everyone. Then again, not too sure what other match you end on given the show was ok, nothing special. Just hate the 50/50 booking with Bianca & Bayley. Bayley pins Bianca at Clash, Bianca wins at Extreme Rules and now Bayley wins again. Just give us Bianca & Rhea already.

Raw has ended oddly every time they have Damage CTRL in the main event. Usually it's some half-assed beatdown that goes on too long and nobody cares about. Tonight it was an overbooked finish that nobody cared about.

Or maybe that's just me, I don't know. I don't think this group is meshing well together at all. It's been two months across every show in the company, and they still just feel like three individuals instead of a cohesive group.

I think RAW was okay this week. A ton of action for sure. Opening match between Balor/Karl Anderson was solid. The promo was short and sweet with Judgment Day and Bullet Club. One thing I am enjoying from this angle is that this is a totally fresh angle and has me wondering who will come out on top. Judgment Day has been a solid stable since Dom joined the group. And Rhea's part in it has been fun to watch too. Rhea hitting Gallows with a bodyslam was a sight to see. I enjoyed the Miz/Gargano/Miz stuff too. Was refreshing to see Truth again as I assume the 24/7 Title has been retired.

Did Austin Theory finally win a match? It came against Ali with interference from Rollins as a way to advance their own feud. Rollins/Ali is going to be a fun match though. And what the hell was Rollins was wearing? Elias/Gable was a good match too but it seems like all Gable does nowadays is to help make his opponents look good. Seeing Elias fully back is good however. Corbin/Gargano was a good match too and Gargano's antics were funny. JBL knows how to do his job and I wonder if he is supposed to help elevate Corbin like how MVP did for Lashley. I loved the finish to the Bayley/Belair match as this was enjoyable. Some nice spots they did especially with Belair powerbombing Bayley onto the announce table before slamming her onto the ring post. Nikki Cross interrupting the match was fine with me. It protects Belair from a clean loss. And shows that she's back to her crazy self. No more superhero bs.

This was her idea, she handpicked IYO and Dakota, LMAO. I don't think the group is good or interesting, but Bayley also looks noticeable less athletic compared to three years ago. I think she's lost a step and this group (if they find their groove) can help hide that.
