Interesting Easter egg during Raw.

During the Damage CTRL walk backstage, we saw Pearce talking with MVP, Cedric,Benjamin.

We also saw MVP talking to Pearce backstage last week too.

Possible Hurt Business reunion? I'm all for Hurt Business vs Brawling Brutes, LDF, Imperium.

Lol I also came to post “Bianca has momentum?” Everything she was involved with starting with Becky leaving had gotten more and more boring. Faces shouldn’t have really long prolonged title reigns anymore.

Charolette in 10 minutes was more interesting than Bianca has been in 4/5 months.

My dude, your mouth says subjective, but your fingers say this is fact not opinion. These posts aren't you subjectively saying what's interesting or not. You're stating that factually Charlotte is going to make the women's division better and more interesting. Then trying to tell me that a reaction from the crowd is the point of what they do. I really have no interest in Alexa doing stuff with Bray, Triple H needed to get away from that and just let Alexa be her old heel character, with Bray getting a fresh start on Smackdown.

Interesting that the new USA show Barmageddon tonight had Sasha Banks on it. I know it's likely taped in advance but is she really a free agent? Both her and Naomi are listed on the WWE.com Superstar Page still, could she just be doing the New Japan thing the way Nakamura faced Muta?

Yeah it's interesting to me that they're profiles are still there. Naomi's profile on the WWE app was also updated at some point over the weekend too. I looked to see if the profiles were still there yesterday and the profile picture for Naomi was the same as the desktop version. When I checked today her picture had changed to a completely different picture.

Also found the Becky reference to Sasha tonight curious.

Everything about this whole situation has been kind of off. While I admit it honestly looks like they're done with the company, Sasha is certainly doing a good job of selling it with her cryptic posts that leave just enough doubt that things could be different than the reports state, but could just as easily all be signs to her legit being done.

But the reporting has been garbage and highlights what's wrong with wrestling media. All but one dude had said that they had worked things out, were backstage at Raw or Smackdown and were just waiting for the return. That one guy said Sasha had negotiated out of her contract back in the summer. Then all of a sudden after she didn't show up at the Boston show all the other reporters started saying that the dude was right and she was done. Then it turned into she was done at the end of the year. Then the NJPW thing and the Paige mystery partner, the whole while no one said one word about Naomi. Then Sasha was magically a free agent officially January 1st and doing NJPW without it involving WWE. Then all of a sudden today the reports are that Naomi is "slated" to be in Japan with Sasha, but NJPW refused to confirm her involvement and saying she was there of her own accord.

We'll see what happens, but I'm convinced these dudes don't know what the hell they're talking about and just throw **** on the wall to see what sticks and if they get proven wrong, they just say plans changed. We'll see how true things are on Wednesday and on the 11th, but it wouldn't surprise me if Triple H was playing the dirt sheets and allowing them to "hear" what he wanted them to hear on that front.

Could just be a work given that during the match Theory was working on the knee of Rollins, but Graves trying to get help for Rollins and helping him to the back says Seth may have hurt his knee again.

Edit: A fan on reddit who was at RAW said Seth threw up the X multiple times to get the refs and doctors attention but was not happy they didn't respond. Corey was mad nobody was coming to check on Rollins which we see in the video.

The first RAW of 2023 was in Nashville the Bloodline stuff kicked off the show which was fine with me. Then we had Bianca Belair kick off the show against Alexa Bliss. Their match was decent and then we had the Bliss takeover stuff happened to end the match with a DQ finish. Seems like Bliss is going to change character and I'm not sure how I feel about it. The beatdown on Belair was needed though to make her Bliss look like a threat. Seems like the crowd died after this match though. It was quiet throughout the rest of the night.

I was okay with the Elias/Sikoa street fight. The slam onto the piano spot was cool. Nice tag team match between Bloodline and Zayn/Street Profits and Owens. Montez Ford looked visibly upset and it was probably from helping Bianca backstage. I can't help but feel like Ford needs to become a singles guy someday. He has potential. His moments in this match was good. Becky Lynch vs Damage Control. I get the booking of this match with Becky not having time to find a partner and then Mia Yim comes out to become her partner. Someone needed to eat the pinfall here. US Title match between Rollins/Theory was solid. The finish made sense but I felt like the show ended too soon. No cliffhanger or anything.

It wasn't on Raw or Smackdown, but on Main Event Shelton Benjamin celebrated the 20th anniversary of his WWE debut. That seems so crazy to me. I still remember praying that he'd win one of those Wrestlemania MITB ladder matches, and his bizarre ECW run. Definitely an underrated star.

I know it's not going to happen but I'd like to see Drew & Sheamus win the Tag Titles from the Usos tonight. Like if Drew isn't winning the titles from Roman, or Sheamus isn't winning the IC Title from Gunther, let them be tag team champions.

Oh ok... Bloodline not messing around here, taking over the show already.

Cole: Last weeks smackdown was the most watched in 2 years. One of the reasons was because of Ronda Rousey vs Raquel Rodriguez.
