SEVEN MINUTES!

That's how long it was between when Samis music hit until he started talking! And he only started talking because fans weren't being PG.

Hogan in Montreal is one of the longest ovations I've ever heard on TV back in 2002, and even that was an edited SD. This was insane!

Someone has to tell the Montreal crowd that they can't say "**** you, Roman" on national TV.

That was such a huge ovation for Sami Zayn. I kept waiting for it to end but it wouldn't. Wonder if he was supposed to say more because the crowd reaction lasted for like 5 minutes until he had about 2 or 3 minutes to do his promo. Well deserving for him though so it was nice to see. Canada and their amazing crowd reactions for sure.

The crowd let Ronda hear it as well. You can't wrestle? I still think she had an amazing rookie year. Sucks to see Ronda decline since then. Bray Wyatt wants the winner of the Lashley vs Lesnar. I'm down with that. Asuka defeated Liv Morgan and I'm still not sure who should win the EC match. Gunther/Moss was a solid match but its clear Gunther is mowing everyone down.

I know Cody said he didn't want to see Sami on Raw next week (because he wanted Sami to win the title and be on SD), but Raw is in Ottawa, they wouldn't skip that show for Samis first appearance since the elimination chamber? Won't be the exact same reaction as Montreal, but I'm sure many people will make the drive there too.

Edge vs Theory for the US title tonight.

Edge said he wants to beat Theory because "he grew up a John Cena fan so that means he must suck".

I hope if we get Theory vs Cena that Cena shows up soon. We have 6 weeks of WM build, I hope nothing gets rushed/held back until the final 2 or 3 weeks.

Annnnnd looks like the Bayley/Damage CTRL segment will be getting us the set up for Ronda and Shayna. Ronda needs to just go away at this point. Nobody absolutely nobody wants to see her.

So random as hell and something probably nobody else cares about but me, but does it bother anybody else that WWE has gone with using all white ropes for EVERYTHING now? I miss Raw having red ropes, Smackdown blue, some PPVs doing all black. I like all the shows having differentiating features. Since they ruined everything with the single giant video screen for ALL shows but Mania, it'd be nice to at least get different rope colors.

I hate the white ropes. It makes things feel so bland. I don't get why they don't just have the red ropes for Raw and blue for SD. Black for PLE.

It doesn't impact the show at all, but it's at least nicer to look at. It would be like if an NBA court didn't have team colouring on it and it was just the plain light brown hardwood and that's it.
