As you guys can tell from a couple of things I mentioned in the notes about the main roster - I'm slowly trying to phase out the older generation of guys (HHH, Kane, Batista, Jericho, etc.), so that I can slowly bring up a lot of guys from the NXT roster. I brought up Rose, Rusev, and Dallas first because those are guys that have all debuted recently.

I have a 30 superstar NXT roster, some of whom will never be brought up, but as the main roster starts to dwindle down, with guys like Christian, Big Show, Mark Henry, RVD, and others leaving, NXT standouts such as Neville, Zayn, The Ascension, Mojo Rawley, KENTA, etc. will make their way up to RAW & Smackdown.

However, the NXT talent pool will continue to thrive, as I have a separate roster labeled "Indies", that consists of people like Kevin Steen, Chris Hero, Roderick Strong, Michael Bennett, Adam Cole, and others. These guys will slowly make their way onto NXT, and eventually to the main roster, as well.

Not to mention free agents like John Morrison, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Kurt Angle, etc. that will eventually return to WWE for sporadic appearances. I certainly envision either a John Morrison vs Seth Rollins feud or a Jeff Hardy vs Seth Rollins feud in the future.

It's time for the next Universe mode on this forum, my three-brand, no auto-rivalries, manually booked Universe! The Universe consists of Raw, ECW, and Smackdown, and it will begin at Extreme Rules. The projected match card for this Raw and Smackdown PPV looks like this:

Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Kofi Kingston (of all people!)
WWE Championship

Kofi actually defeated Bryan with a couple Trouble in Paradise kicks, leading to an upset victory on the go-home event of Raw. Right after the match, the general manager of Raw, Ric Flair, announced that Kofi would get to face Bryan again in an Extreme Rules match on Sunday. Though he may not be the most fearsome competitor for the major title of Raw, we may see an underdog victory.

The Brotherhood (Cody Rhodes and Goldust) vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von)
#1 Contender's Match for WWE Tag Team Championship

The winner of this match gets to face The Shield (Rollins and Reigns) in a Tornado Tag Team Extreme Rules Title Match! Whoa. Both members of the Brotherhood have lost to the tag champions in singles matches (Rollins beat Goldust, Reigns beat Cody), and immediately after the matches, the Shield would shake hands with their opponents (oh yeah, I forgot to say, the Shield are baby faces in this Universe. Maybe there is a trio that will feud with the Shield soon...). As for the Dudleys, they have claimed a reputation as the best tag team on Smackdown. Maybe they can pull off a string of victories and claim the Tag Titles as well...

WWE Tag Team Championship

The Hurricane (c) vs Xavier Woods vs Alexander Rusev
United States Championship

A Triple Threat Hell in a Cell clash between the dominant Rusev, the agile Xavier Woods, and the superhero Hurricane. Rusev wants to win, and change the belt to the Hardcore Championship, Woods wants a claim-to-fame, and Hurricane just wants to retain. We'll see what happens...

Kurt Angle vs Triple H
I Quit Match. Winner Becomes GM of SmackDown.

Both men seem to be ready to hang up their boots and call it a career. Both men are also Raw superstars who look to bring expertise to the blue brand. HHH just lost a match to Cena on Raw, and Kurt Angle had an off-day to prepare for this match. Angle thought he had a shot at Bryan's title at this PPV, but Kingston jumped right in and scooped up the opportunity (thanks to Ric Flair...).

Fandango (c) vs Antonio Cesaro
Intercontinental Championship

Here are the dominant heels of the blue brand. After Chris Jericho's win on the last Smackdown before Extreme Rules, Fandango ran out with a crowbar to attack the World Heavyweight Champion. Why? To make his presence known, which is exactly what Cesaro looks to do with a win against Fandango.

World Heavyweight Championship

On the Smackdown before Extreme Rules, there was a #1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way to decide who would face Y2J. Out of Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, Alberto Del Rio, and Randy Orton, the Viper pulled out the victory. As for the champion, Jericho is coming off of an amazing victory against Undertaker, but he is recovering from a post-match ambush by Fandango. Who will win the blue brand's major title? September Week 2 and SDs BfG PPV will be up when I get home from the movie and then hoping to get Week 3 and RAWs BfG up tonight, with week 4 and the big BfG with all World Titles on the line tomorrow hopefully, which will end this Championship Series cycle.

Anyway, here we are at Extreme Rules 2014

Here's a little briefing on the aftermath of Wrestlemania 30.

*After winning the Intercontinental championship at 'Mania, an over arrogant Cody Rhodes began to grate on his tag team partner and brother, Goldust's nerves. The brothers tried to make the team work, but after miscues in tag matches, it was clear that the two could no longer co-exist, as Rhodes' ego had grown too big. Goldust knew that the only way to bring his brother down to Earth would be to take the championship from him...

*After a classic main event at Wrestlemania, Daniel Bryan & Roman Reigns will have their much anticipated rematch for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules.

*The Usos and Rybaxel will have their rematch for the Unified Tag Team Championships.

*Following his lengthy feud with Randy Orton, Cesaro was of the opinion that he had conquered almost all opponents...but a past relationship would soon rear it's ugly head, as his former manager Paul Heyman returned to the WWE...and with an old friend...Brrrrrock...Lesssnar.

*With Roman Reigns now the WWE champion, and no longer a member of The Shield, Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins are left to wonder where they go from here. Ambrose took umbrage with Rollins failing to take a side (specifically, HIS side) during the beef with Reigns. Rollins points out that Reigns had his back more than Ambrose ever did, and questions if Ambrose was ever truly all about The Shield. He raises the question of whether or not Ambrose was actually looking out for the group, or if he was just jealous that Reigns had supplanted him as the leader of the group. This prompted a post-tag team match loss beat down of Rollins at the hands of Ambrose.

*Since ending the careers of both Kane & Chris Jericho, CM Punk has taken it upon himself to lead the way for the "new generation" of superstars and cleanse the WWE of all of the old dogs in the company; all that he says has been wrong with the WWE for years. He has now set his sights on the man that he says has been too "high" on the pecking order for too long...Rob Van Dam.

(I know it seems like I'm rushing story lines, but I've had some of these things bubbling under the surface for a while, I just didn't have them play out at Wrestlemania. For instance, I forgot to mention Cesaro's split from Heyman back at No Way Out the previous year).

Here's a sample:

Here comes Extreme Rules! The PPV begins with the Shield's entrance music. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns enter the ring, followed by the pair of Cody and Goldust.

Highlights and Key Points
1. Since this is a Tornado Tag match, all 4 contestants are in action at once.
2. The Shield dominate the Rhodes brothers early on
3. Regins struck Goldust over and over with a kendo stick
4. Cody brings... A ladder! from under the ring, then grabs a chair and beats down Seth
5. Rollins looks like he tweaked his ankle after being thrown over the steel steps. We'll follow the injury
6. Seth counters a Cross Rhodes into a Sethwalker! Whoa! "THIS IS AWESOME"
7. Seth powerbombs Rhodes into the corner, then gets the 1,2,3

Your winners, and still the Tag Team Champions: The Shield
Dean Ambrose comes out to celebrate his teammates' smooth victory.

September Week 3 is up with 3 new champions, including 2 new shocking brand champions.

MAYHEM's Bound for Glory will be up this evening. Just planning my final 2 matches.

Then we are on to week 4 which will include EVERY brand title being defended against the #1 ranked person in their division.

And to end up our Bound for Glory Championship Series we will have our unified Bound for Glory PPV with ALL World Titles being defended against current brand champions.

Needless to say, the MAYHEM BfG, along with Week 4 are HUGE for this month.

RAWs Bound for Glory is up with 3 new champions coming out of it going into the final week of this Championship Series.

I am currently working on booking Week 4 so that should be up this week sometime along with the final Bound for Glory PPV where all WORLD titles are on the line.
