I'am Not a big fan of the Last Gen universe mode. Does anybody know if the Next Gen versions will be any different? For example, more cut scenes?

Did you see the 2K15 version of Universe? It's improved big time over past versions.

I think they tried keeping it the same on all consoles but the next gen versions have a little more.

cutscene wise, not really in my opinion

Theres not any new cutscenes, but theres a working system that organizes the cutscenes the game already had into multiple rivalries. Now we have a full proof way to trigger cutscenes.

Triple H forced D Bryan to defend against him on RAW and SHIELD helped Bryan and turned on Triple H leading to the SHIELD-Evolution feud
Cena-Wyatt feuding
Cesaro joined Heyman feuded with Swagger
Paige debuted winning Divas title (something I personally wont be doing as I will be keeping Paige in NXT for a little while)

I'm going to keep several real things and throw in a lot of my own storylines.

With Paige not debuting I plan on doing an AJ Lee-Tamina storyline, which I felt was another thing WWE dropped the ball on.

I plan on running Cena-Wyatt and SHIELD-Evolution.
Plan on doing a contenders tournament for the IC Title
Bryan will probably still defend against Kane

Not sure if I will have Ambrose remain US Champion until after Extreme Rules or not.

My plans for Extreme Rules (if I keep that name):
Match 1: Possible tag or US Title match
Match 2: ???
Match 3: IC Title Match: Big E Langston (c) v. tournament winner
Match 4: 6man: SHIELD v. Evolution
Match 5: Cage: John Cena v. Bray Wyatt
Match 6: Divas: AJ Lee (c) v. Tamina
Match 7: World HW: Extreme Rules: Daniel Bryan (c) v. Kane

F: No Way Out (Cage Wars...all cage matches including Elim Chamber and HIAC)

I've been thinking about it a bit here lately and I might try to run a bit of a feud of "what if CM Punk had stuck around?" at some point. Do the CM Punk vs HHH then have him and Daniel Bryan eventually feuding for the title.

While I like this idea I see one problem with it. Had Punk stayed around he surely would have ended his feud with Triple H or would have been in Bryan's spot at WM. Bryan most likely would not have been in the title match at WM as he was pretty much thrust into Punk's spot for the WM season. It will be interesting to see how you do this since everything would have happened prior to WM.

The Cesaro thing REALLLLYYYY burnt me. I like how that dude works in the ring. I kinda wanted to start with Sami Zayn already on the main roster and run a feud with a title on the line between him and Cesaro. That match on the first NXT special is what really got me back into wrestling full time. But I may do that down the road, to introduce Sami to the main roster and feud for a mid-card title and use that as a branch to bump Cesaro up to the next level as well.

Something else I'm going to tinker with are tag-teams. I really want to bring tag-team wrestling back to importance, so I may mess around with a few pairings and see how I like them. I think Xavier Woods and Kofi will work well and I wish they would follow through with that stable.

So will your universe be leading up to Wrestlemania 31?

My Universe is going to start right after WM 30 and run several real storyline and several of my own intertwined. I have some big things planned for some storylines WWE did and some that I felt they dropped the ball on. I will be building up towards WM 31 and it should take as long because I wont have as many shows or as big of rosters and will probably just do Quick Results for a secondary show like Superstars. Will have a 4-5 match NXT and 6-7 match RAW and SMACKdown. Also will not have separate rosters most likely so wont have multiple PPVs. I will do a couple of supershows for NXT every 3 months or so so I have 4 per year. I dont know what I want to build to for WM, but have plans for the summer.

I will be signing some TNA/ROH/Indy/Japan guys (and as much as I want to put them right on the main roster I might put them on NXT we will see) I am sending Adam Rose, Rusev, Xavier Woods and Bo Dallas back to NXT to help that roster. Rusev may move up shortly after but the rest of NXT will remain in NXT pretty much as long as they have in real life. I'm not going to move them up just because I want to. I want to build them up like they have in NXT. I'm debating on whether to have Hideo Itame, Finn Balor and Kevin Owens right away or sign them mid summer and get rid of some other guys who I would have in there just to fill spots.

I might also give some of the legends "new personas" to be able to add more guys to NXT like I am doing at the end of year one of my main roster. One thing I am seriously debating is putting Surfer Sting and Warrior together (depending on if they have Superstar Threads where I can just change their face paint and outfit colors without having to use a CAW spot).

I am also debating going a little old school with the PPVs and putting more emphasis on the BIG 5 and have the other ones be fillers or not.

I plan on putting some tag teams together like Big E and Kofi (without Woods) and as faces.

I keep thinking about running my own feuds and stuff or running some of the real feuds but with my own spin on them. The ones after Mania of course. That mostly goes for WWE and not so much NXT though.
