    Re: WWE 2k16 Attributes Thread

Using last years attributes, Stevens sliders except upped finisher strength to 15. Looking at some of the new categories.
    Played several matches with Bryan/Orton , Rose/Woods and Orton/Rose

Some numbers I tried and what I thought.

Chain wrestling speed. Using around 35 for low card and 45-50 for stars.
Feels like a good speed, could go lower.

Reversal offense. Using 20 for low card and 30-50 for stars. Feels like it's decent back and forth.

Springboard offense. Unsure what to use keeping it around 25 for most a little higher for guys that might fly around, haven't tested much.

Pin escape. I'm using 50 for low card. Had stars at 80. Feel like if it's too low the jobbers were losing on basic moves.

Reversals. The one that determines how many reversal bars guys get.
    0-29=1bar , 30-59=2 bars , 60-79=3 bars 80-94=4 bars , 95+=5 bars
I'm leaning to 1 for jobbers, 2 for most and 3 for stars because it feels like with 4 or 5 with the way they refill your still able to use reversals at will.

Not sure why 2K gave us a 1-100 scale for reversals if it's only 1-4. Maybe the scale applies to amount of time to regenerate the reversal? In your example, if a wrestler has 79, and another with 60...does that mean they both have 3 bars, but the 79 will regenerate faster??

Tried a couple tests, 60 and 79 both about the same time 45 seconds to regenerate. Was hoping there would be some difference.
I guess it's just because everything is 1-100 so it's all the same looking.

Was thinking springboard offense, forget my numbers they are too low. The default numbers are probably good except maybe some like Big Show, Kane should be really low.

Have you noticed anything that feels much different compared to last year that needs to be tweaked?.
I didn't play much last year. Your ratings seem good, I haven't seen anything crazy.

I just went in to take a look at a wrestler's attributes and it defaulted to all 70's which gives a 76 overall. What gives? I figured it'd be the wrestler's actual ratings??? What if I just want to bump up a guy's strength or something a few points? I have to research and then reset his entire attribute set? what did I miss? Please tell me that's not how it works...

I downloaded an Alberto Del Rio caw from the community creations. It's a pretty good one. But what I'm questioning, is that he is a 98 OVR. Not one attribute is in the 90's. A lot are 80's or 70's.

So I'm wondering what is making his OVR so high?? Are there hidden attributes? Is there something else affecting these??

I just checked. Abilities changes it. I added a couple level 3 to a guy and his overall went up by 2.

Figured this out - I was on the main wrestler info rather than the wrestler's attributes in Universe Mode.

Obviously there will be tweaks, but what attributes did you use from last year? If those attributes still work well, I won't have to do too much re-rating.

I used the ones from the first post in 2K15 attributes thread -the changes zip.

One of the things I don't like is the speed of the wrestlers movement.
Even when maxed everything feels so slow. And as soon as guys are tired it's like they're moving at zombie speed.

So in your opinion, and anyone else who's tried it, do the 2K15 changes still work well with the game? Or have there been changes to their mechanics and we should wait for updates?

The attribute changes from last year feel and look good.
I didn't play much last year so I can't compare but when I play, the guys that should win do. There is a nice back and forth between similar skilled wrestlers and the jobbers will get some licks in but don't dominate a superstar.

The pin escape attribute is one that will need to be tested to get Big Shows ko punch putting away a guy while allowing them to kick out of a normal move.
I have superstars at 80 and jobbers at 30 but I haven't tested this as much as some other areas yet.

i been all over the game since it came out doing all modes and find career boring so im going to start re rating and testing the guys/gals out like last year, but the so far last years sheet is a good base line?

Im curious how similar the weight detection is to last year's. I wonder how low we need to lower Kalisto's and X-Pac's strength attributes so they wont be able to suplex heavyweights.

I'm currently inputting the re-rates I did from last year. It'll take me a few days to get them all in, then I'll be able to do some testing. From what I've heard, the re-rates work fine for this year. Just have a few more attributes to change.

Also, I think weight detection might work the same....the strength attribute determines who they can lift, etc.

at 46 kalisto cant suplex sheamus, so 46 is the cut off to not lift heavyweights and supers
