I'm loving these updates, especially the addition of a NOAH section. A few other requests have come to mind since my last post.

1. Bryan Danielson (ROH run, mid-to-late 2000s)
2. Nigel McGuinness (same era as above)
3. Keiji Mutoh (AJPW, circa 2001 - I don't know if he'd be much different than the '96 one on the sheet but I figured it was worth a shot)
4. Naomichi Marufuji (NOAH, mid-to-late 2000s)
5. Riki Choshu

There are a couple of characters that I cannot understand the ratings of.


1. Bruno Sammartino. For how many years was he champ?
2. 80:s Hogan. He would have been booked above anyone else on this list during that time period. And he remained the guy to beat for about 20 years...

3. Goldberg in WCW. He squashed everyone.

4. HBK seems overrated in the entire spreadsheet. Honestly Rockers rarely won against any good tag teams and Bret Hart was better than him.




But this is a truly interesting spreadsheet... Good job.

All I will say is.

A. Everything doesn't translate directly to video game ratings.

B. We don't manually manipulate each and every attribute to achieve a specific overall rating. It is an intricate system.

C. The Rockers HBK is rated as a mid-card talent. Main Event HBK is recognized as one of the best in-ring performers in WWE history. If you disagree with that, cool.

D. WCW Goldberg is the 2nd highest rated WCW Wrestler in our database. (Behind Hogan)

E. 80s Hogan and Bruno are highly rated but suffer do to athletic ratings (Not related to strength), but I will look at them again.

Just keep that in mind.

Awesome update! I've got a few more suggestions:

1. Nick Bockwinkel [This is a long shot, but he's a big personal favorite.]
2. Jack Brisco (70s)
3. Hiroshi Hase
4. Akira Hokuto (AJW, '93)
5. Katsuyori Shibata ('16-17)
6. Jumbo Tsuruta ('77) [I know this would be a third attribute set for him, but it would fit well with the 70s Baba, Funks, and Mascaras attribute sets, and while he was an UPPER at the time he definitely would have some statistical differences.]
