    Drew It All Along
    Young CF has career day.
Cincinnati, OH- In what was a subs day for some of the starters on the Reds, one everyday starter has a game to remember. Drew Stubbs 3-6 performance led the Reds past the Cubs in 10 innings, including his walkoff 2 run HR to win the game.

Stubbs also impressed with his glove, he robbed Aramis Ramirez in the 6th of a HR to end the inning. He had an all around great game.

Saturday was also the debut of Aroldis Chapman. He pitched okay, going 5 innings, allowing 3 runs and striking out 8. But this game would go back and forth all the way until the 10th when Stubbs hit a bomb over the Center Field fence to win the game.

You have Chapman up already? lol. Can't wait huh? Looks like he didn't quite have his stuff with him, but fortunately, Stubbs was there to pick him up.

Yeah, Chapman had a ridiculous pitch count, although he only walked 1 he had plenty of 3-2 counts. Luckily, the Cubs not named Soriano, weren't very patient.

                  Spot Start Issues
                  Volquez misses start, Bailey struggles
Miami, FL-Edinson Volquez had to be scratched from his start Monday night after suffering a strained back during warm-ups this afternoon in south Florida.

Dusty Baker gave Homer Bailey the start and early on it looked like the right decision, but after the 4th that was false. Bailey gave up 8 runs in 4+ innings and completely took the Reds out of the game.

The one good thing was Joey Votto. He managed to pick up 2 RBI's in the losing effort.

Jay Bruce has stellar night against Florida

Miami, FL-After last night's tough loss, the Reds looked to rebound behind Bronson Arroyo. Arroyo pitched 6 1/3 very solid innings which was enough to get a victory for the Reds.

Jay Bruce led the offense late in the game. He hit a 439 ft bomb off of Anibal Sanchez that almost made it to the blue seats. He then had a 2 run single that opened the game up in the 9th. Brandon Phillips picked up his first homerun as well Tuesday night.

A scary situation occured in the 5th when Scott Rolen tried to dive for a foul ball. He hurt his back on the dive, but x-rays were negative, and doctors say he will be ready in a couple of days.
