Lackey Arrested

Red Sox number 3 pitcher John Lackey was arrested, charged, and tried for for 108 counts of murder in the third degree. He will be banned from baseball indefinetley and be executed for each count by firing squad in Russia. The career 4.10 ERA pitcher had a Cy Young year a couple years back but after that did horrible. So He had no chance at the HOF anyway. The Red Sox are expected to formally release him tomorrow.

Well internally there's Matt Barnes, our top pitching prospect. Externally there's Trevor Bauer and Teheran.

We'll stick with Barnes for now. Come deadline we WILL get starting pitching.
