PENN GETS HOT IN SECOND HALF

2/7/13 - Philadelphia, PA: Brown had a 5 point lead going into the half but saw the lead dissolve in the opening minutes of the final 20 minutes. Penn would hit 3 pointer after 3 pointer en route to beat Brown by 7.

"They got extremely hot at the beginning of the second half and hit 4 3s in like the first five minutes if I remember right" commented Rogers, "We did not do what we needed to do on defense to stop them and that is why we lost. We should have won this game."

Tucker Halpern had another disappointing game and did not even score in the first half.

"For whatever reason, Tucker has not been his usual aggressive self" said Rogers, "Everyone has slumps that they go through and I am sure he will start to play his normal game again soon. We definitely need him to."

Another player who had an off night was Taylor Wright, who after hit four 3s against Harvard, went 0-9 from downtown.

The unsung hero for Penn, however, was none other than Matas Alujevic. The freshman from the Bronx had a career high 12 points along with three 3 pointers.

"That kid played out of his mind tonight" said a flabbergasted Rogers, "He had 4 three pointers coming into the game and then boom he did that. We played off of him and he made us pay tonight."

Well I finished the Princeton game but I'm not sure when I'll post it... It's been a bad day as I have just found out that Carly Rae Jepsen is 10 years older then me

I thought she was like 19 or so but I was wrong

And here I was about to dibs her in the Neighborhood

              Yes. Yes I am.

As for the Brown dynasty, I'll try to get the write-up as soon as I can. I haven't touched this legacy in a few days.

                BROWN OFFENSE INEFFECTIVE AGAINST TIGERS

2/13/13 - Providence, RI: In a game where Brown desperately needed to get a win, they could not get it done on their home floor losing 70-58.

"It's always disappointing to lose on your home floor" commented Rogers, "We just couldn't get stops when we needed them and we couldn't get some key baskets."

Brown's offense struggled tonight and their star player Tucker Halpern struggled for most of the night along with Taylor Wright.

"Until the end, Tucker was not able to get baskets like we were hoping. He's gone through a little bit of a cold stretch as of late. I'm not too worried about him but we do need him to step up now if we want any chance at a run. As for Taylor he has really been struggling on offense. This isn't what he normally does so I'm not too worried about him either."

One player who did not struggle was Sean McGonigil, who got the starting nod over Christian Gore.

"Sean played really well until he got hurt" said Rogers, "He hurt his ankle but he is stay able to play. He was able to keep playing and he did really well given the circumstances. He won't start tomorrow against Cornell and we will have to see about playing time."

I'm actually gonna do a write-up about all that after I post the Cornell results... But yea my team's defense and rebounding is pathetic and when you combine that with poor offense... It's just bad.

What I don't get is how last year, the same exact team (without Ravello) did so much better than this year. None of the teams in our conference got too much better either. Oh well, I'm just ready to get the recruits in and hopefully I don't get fired at the end of the season.

The reason they are so low is if I have them up high (higher than 50s) than my team becomes too dominant. I'm trying to find the right balance so they play realistically. Fast Break is so low because my team just can't rebound period. If defensive pressure is higher than it is, then my defense is too good and the team's defense is terrible ratings wise (I think we are like a 62 on defense). Crash Boards is similar in that if they are higher than what it is, we would get too many offensive boards. I've been changing it lately so hopefully I can find the right match and get some wins.

Hey guys I just wanted to let you all know that I have simmed the last 6 games of the season. I did not see any point in playing since I was 4 games back with 6 games left. So I will post the last 7 games and will go from there! Sorry for the anti-climatic finish to Season 2 of the legacy. Hopefully, I can get the recruits I am fighting for...... And more importantly, I hope I don't get fired lol.
