Re: Nuka's C.A.P - The Journey Begins
Reports by Jon Kozulu
Danny Papluka: Theres not much to not like about Danny. A PG who can also play SG, and thank goodness for that. Since he's a SG also, the Celtics put him as 6th man to back up Rondo at PG, and Bradley on SG. Rumor has it that Bradley is on the outs, so get prepared for this guy to start a fire that can't be put out once that happens. In recent talks, Papluka stated that he is in love with Boston and the team, and would like an extension ASAP.
Jimmie Stafford: Former #8 pick in the 2013 draft, Stafford loves the Hornets and playing beside Davis. Took him about 2 years to show his true potential, but once he did, he became a starter. He's averaging 12.7 points a game this year as apposed to the 5.2 last year.
Christian Carter: The former #2 pick is nothing but great. Being able to play SF, he has earned the right and respect to become a starter. He was averaging an average of 11.6 points per game last year, leading the Kings to the finals and the championship. As for his contract thought, he is expected to test free agency. Keep in mind, he still has 1 year left on team option.
James Kemmerer: Committed to Orlando, the former #3 draft pick has started all 25 games this season. He's averaging double the points (6.9 last year, 12.2 this year) and has earned the respect of everyone on the team by doing so. Only problem with Kemmerer is his lack of FG%, shooting only .478 this far.
D'Brickashaw Leonard: Despite having 1 year left on his contract, Leonard made it very clear that he wants to play for a winner, and the Mavericks just aren't that. He showed his ability last year starting all 82 games, and 31 this year. He plays beside fellow C.A.P and newly drafted Blake Kolumber.
Blake Kolumber: This guy doesn't play around. He played a few games, then became injured for a while. I don't know what happened during that time, but the #3 draft pick of 2015 went from Rookie to Starter in a matter of minutes. Despite injuries keeping him limited to playing only 18 games, he has started all of them and averaged 12 points per game, and 35.2 minutes.
Omuis Gobbledegook: After being made fun in the NCAA, the former Harvard graduate is showing people his skill and isn't holding back. He is now a star on Detroit, starting all 33 games this year. The 7'4 C took over Monroe's Center spot, pushing him to play PF. Gobbledegook plans to test his value when the time comes.
Brandon Dean: Winning isn't important to Dean, but a good team is. That being said, he is expected to test his worth in the free agency when the time comes. He showed his capability of being a started, starting 49 games over the past 2 years and 31 this year. He pushed Lowry down to 6th man.
Noah Jackson: The star of the draft, Jackson doesn't care about winning, but cares a lot about the cash-flow. Despite missing a few play-off games due to injury, he has played and started every regular season game since he was drafted. Averaging a double-double (16.4PPG, 10RPG), Jackson is 2nd in his position rank.
Jake White: Slowly he is becoming more and more popular in Washington. Averaging 10.3 minutes this year, it took his a few years to acquire that 6th man spot. Despite this though, he feels committed to Washington, and would like to rejoin, backing up PG Wall, and SG Beal.
Aaron Powers: 3 years in and still a prospect, Powers feels accepted and that he could eventually become the star of Charlotte. He was recently quoted saying that he was happy and would like to resign. He also must have faith, because its important for him to play for a winner.
Alonzo Reyes: With Jennings moving to Phoenix, Reyes acquired the starter postion, averaging 17.4 points and 8.9 assists. unfortunately for the Bucks, he feels that it would be best to see what He could get in the free agency when the time comes. He has started every game for the past 2 years that he's played, 78 in 14-15 and 29 in 15-16Comment
