Milwaukee, WI -- The Bucks played in another nail biter tonight, edging out the Suns 114-110. On the back of the Greek Freak's 31 points, Milwaukee was able to extend it's winning streak to three.
In what seems to be a trend, Milwaukee got out to an early lead in the first quarter, only to soften up their defense and allow the opponent to take it right back. Leading by 8 in the first, the Bucks were outscored 29-18 in the third quarter giving Phoenix the lead 53-50 heading into halftime.
"We have a tendency to come out really strong in the opening quarter. But it seems we lack consistency on both ends of the court, giving the other team a chance to get right back in it" said coach Kidd before heading into the locker room.
Phoenix steadily held the lead into the fourth quarter, only trailing once in the third.
Milwaukee put together a strong fourth quarter, pushing out to an 8 point lead with a few minutes left in the game.
The Suns only got it as close as two points, but Antetokounmpo's 12 4th quarter points made sure they would hold on for the victory.
He set a new career-high with his 31 points, and had this to say after the game: "Every day I work on my shot. Every single day I shoot hundreds of jumpers. All I plan on doing is improving and becoming the best I can be." It showed tonight was he shot above 50% and hit quite a few jump shots, as well as three 3-pointers.
Milwaukee has Philly and Minnesota before taking on the Chicago Bulls who are in the top tier with a record of (27-9).
